Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti di lapangan terlihat bahwa keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, keterampilan bermain bolabasket masih rendah, dan masih banyak siswa yang belum menguasai teknik dasar bolabasket, selain itu pengajaran belum sistematis dan siswa asal-asalan dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode kooperatif, komando dan percaya diri terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasy Eksperiment). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa puteri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 90 orang. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang setelah dilakukan pembagian kelompok 27% kategori percaya diri tinggi dan 27% kategori percaya diri rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan bermain bolabasket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA 2X2).Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan bermain bolabasket antara kelompok metode pembelajaran kooperatif dengan kelompok metode pembelajaran komando, (2) terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan tingkat percaya diri terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bolabasket, (3) pada percaya diri tinggi metode pembelajaran kooperatif lebih efektif daripada metode pembelajaran komando terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, (4) sedangkan pada percaya diri rendah metode pembelajaran komando lebih efektif daripada metode pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelincahan dengan keterampilan teknik dasar permainan bola basket siswa di klub SMP Negeri 9 Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian tentang hubungan kelincahan dengan kemampuan dasar bermain bola basket ini menggunakan metode yang bersifat korelasioner. Penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel X (Kelincahan) dengan variabel Y (Keterampilan dasar dalam bermain bola basket)”. Adapun yang menjadi populasi penelitian siswa pemain basket di klub SMP Negeri 9 Kota Pekanbaru yang terdiri dari 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan Observasi, tinjauan Perpustakaan,Tes dan pengukuran. sedangkan Test yang digunakan berupa test kelincahan dan keterampilan teknik dasar permainan bola basket Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah di lakukan ,maka dapatlah di tarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Antara kelincahan dengan keterampilan teknik dasar permainan bola basket di klub SMP Negeri 9 Kota Pekanbaru terdapat hubungan yang signifikan yaitu t hitung (0,710) > dari t tabel (0,576)

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the extent of student stress in completing the final project of the physical education and recreation study program, Islamic University of Riau. This study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and sample of the study were students of physical education, health, and recreation, the Islamic University of Riau in the final semester consisting of 63 people. Sampling was done by using random sampling. The procedure in the study consisted of preparing a questionnaire, validating the questionnaire, testing the questionnaire to be later validated and used as a research tool for the intended sample. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis that has been carried out, it was concluded that the symptoms of stress for final-year students of physical education, health, and recreation, Islamic University of Riau during the Covid-19 pandemic had an average of 40% and included in the mild category. Academically, based on the results of research that aims to see how far the stress level of students in completing studies during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to overcome existing problems, both from supervisors and students themselves.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of PJOK learning in limited face-to-face sessions at SMAN 8 Mandau. This type of research is ex-post facto research, ex-post facto research is a systematic empirical investigation in which the researcher does not control the independent variables directly because the existence of these variables has occurred or because the variables are basically not manipulated. The research was conducted at SMAN 8 Mandau on all students of class XI Mipa. SMAN 8 Mandau is located right in the town of Duri so it's easy to reach the location. The time used to carry out this research is starting from July 2022 to August 2022. The sampling is carried out by Total Sampling, where the population is used as the overall sample which amounts to class XI MIPA SMAN 8 Mandau, totaling 178 people. The instrument that will be used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire in conducting a survey on the effectiveness of PJOK learning in a limited face-to-face period using the Guttman Scale. Based on the calculation of the average score of the overall learning effectiveness of 66%. The scoring criteria of 63% are in the range of values ​​between 48%-79% with Good Category. This means that the effectiveness of PJOK learning in the limited face-to-face period at SMAN 8 Mandau is very effective even though there are some or a small number of students who do not like sports lessons.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much motivation students have when learning PJOK during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) at SMAN 1 kerinci base. This research is a descriptive method with a survey type using a questionnaire as an instrument. Descriptive research is research conducted to describe certain symptoms, phenomena or events. Data collection is carried out to obtain information related to certain phenomena, conditions or variables and does not intend to test hypotheses. The population in this study were all class X students of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, totaling 133 for the 2022 academic year. In this study, the total sampling technique was used for taking the sample. The samples in this study were all students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, totaling 133. The results of the study show that the motivation of Pangkalan Kerinci 1 Public High School students in participating in limited face-to-face PJOK online learning for the 2022/2023 academic year is in the very high category (7%) 9 students, high category with a percentage of (28%) 37 students, medium category with a percentage (38%) of 50 students, low category with a percentage (18%) of 24 students, very low category with a percentage (10%) of 13 students. It was concluded that the category of students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci was in the medium category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK setelah covid 19. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis survei dengan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam yang berjumlah siswa 83 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari seluruh populasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menghitung nilai persentase dari skor akhir angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Minat Belajar Siswa Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran PJOK Setelah Covid 19 termasuk pada rentang nilai 61-80% atau dalam kategori kuat dengan persentase sebesar 75,06%.

Abstract

Basketball is a high-intensity sport with a time of 4x10 minutes. For that basketball is a sport that requires extraordinary physical conditions. Before playing basketball we are required to warm up first, with a good warm-up it will maximize the muscles to avoid sports injuries. The problem in the field is that there are still many athletes who do not understand the concept of good and correct stretching and collingdown in doing it. There are still many athletes who warm up and cool down carelessly and haphazardly, not paying attention to the occurrence of injuries immediately in the game, then there are still athletes who do not do stretching and colling down before exercising specifically in basketball and there are still athletes who do not attach importance to the occurrence of injuries and how the psychological impact on life daily. The planned activities to be held are in the form of a coaching clinic and the following sequence, 1) theoretically explaining the importance of stretching and collingdown for our bodies before and after exercise, 2) the impact of not doing stretching and collingdown, 3) psychological impact if an injury occurs on the body sports, 4) invite athletes together to practice directly how to stretch and colling down properly and correctly. The results of the coaching clinic activities about warming up and cooling down for basketball athletes from Mahameru showed an increase in all athletes before and after doing stretching and collingdowns properly and correctly. This proves that the coaching clinic that we hold for basketball athletes from Mahameru Pekanbaru has succeeded in achieving the expected goals of conducting workshops in theory and practice and everything is going well.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh short duration dan long duration terhadap VO2max bola basket. Jenis penelitian dipakai kuantitatif yaitu dengan pendekatan eksperimen two grup pretest-posttest. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini klub bola basket klub Mahameru Pekanbaru berjumlah 22 orang. Prosedur penelitian ini di bagi dua kelompok dengan kelompok A (short duration) 11 orang dan kelompok B (long duration) 11 orang. Intrumen penelitian ini mengukur VO2max menggunakan tes Balke. Pengolahan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian memakai SPSS 22. Hasil analisis uji paired sampel test, nilai sig yaitu 0,008 < 0,05. Maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan long duration terhadap VO2max bola basket. Selanjutnya jika tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Short duration  terhadap VO2max bola basket, didapatkan nilai sig yaitu 0,190 < 0,05. Rata-rata selisih peningkatan pada kelompok A yaitu 3,39 lebih kecil dibandingkan rata-rata selisih peningkatkan pada kelompok B yaitu 8,46. Maka dapat disimpulkan latihan long duration lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan short duration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration with the results of extracurricular Futsal shooting at SMPN 1 Rupat. This research is a correlational study. The population of this study were futsal extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat. The sample in this study were all futsal extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 Rupat, totaling 20 people. The instrument of this study was to obtain data on leg muscle strength using the leg and back dynamometer test, then the athlete's concentration was taken by means of tests and measurements using the Grid ConcentrationTest instrument and also a test of the implementation of shooting results for futsal players. Data analysis on the contribution of eye and hand coordination to the long jump ability using the "r" product moment formula. Based on the results of the study, it was found that a) there was a relationship between leg muscle strength and the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat of 90.06 with an r count of 0.949 and an r table of 0.444, there was a relationship between concentration and the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat of 31.47. % with r arithmetic 0.561 and r table 0.444, and there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration with the results of extracurricular futsal shooting at SMP Negeri 1 Rupat of 87.32% with r arithmetic 0.934 and r table 0.444.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether through teaching variation strategies can improve chest pass learning in basketball games. With research subjects 36 students. This research is a CAR research. Samples from this study were 36 students 18 male students and 18 female students. Based on data processing that researchers have done in class X Science 7 of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, from a total sample of 36 students, it was concluded that in this study a complete 33 students with a percentage of 91.7% and an incomplete number of 3 people with a percentage of 8.3%. Based on the results of the research data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of variations in teaching in the learning process can improve the skills of basketball pass chest pass in class X Science 7 students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci.
