Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning the ability to shoot free throw in the game of basketball through audio-visual media in high school students 1 Rengat Barat. The study was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The type of this research is classroom action research, research subjects are students of class X MIPA Rengat Barat Public High School numbering 35 people. This research technique is total sampling. The data analysis technique used in the performance test is the free throw shooting test, while the results of the test are assessed. From the implementation of cycle I and the results there were 17 students who achieved the KKM value (48.57%) and 18 students who had not yet achieved the KKM value (51.43%), followed by the implementation of the second cycle and the results increased with the number of 28 students who achieved the KKM value (80%) and 7 students who have not yet reached the KKM score (20%). Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in basketball free throw shooting learning through audio-visual media in class X MIPA1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat with an increase of (31.43%).

Abstract

Motorik kasar merupakan keterampilan fisik yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dapat berpengaruh pada perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan jasmani dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metode kajian studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua dan lembaga pendidikan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pendidikan jasmani dalam pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini, mengintegrasikannya dengan kurikulum pendidikan, serta memberikan perhatian lebih pada pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study was to find out how much the contribution of arm muscle power, leg muscle power and hand eye coordination to the ability to jump shoot in basketball extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu. This type of research is research using multiple linear regression tests , The multiple linear regression method aims to determine how much influence the independent variables have on the existing dependent variable. In this research, the variable (X 1 ) is arm muscle power, variable (X 2 ) is leg muscle power, variable (X 3 ) is hand eye coordination and the dependent variable (Y) is jump shoot ability . The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu on basketball extracurricular students . SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu is located right in Indragiri Hulu Regency . The time used to carry out this research was for two days starting from the 5th of March 2023 And the 9th of march 202 3 . The sample was taken by Total Sampling, where the entire population was used as a sample, amounting to 12 extracurricular basketball students at SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu . The instruments to be used in this study were the Two Hand Medicine Ball Chest Pass Test, the Vertical Jump Test, the Hand Eye Coordination Test and the Jump Shoot Ability Test . Based on the calculation results, there is a contribution of arm muscle power, leg muscle power and hand eye coordination to the ability to jump shoot in basketball extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Pasir Penyu by 9.4% with a score in the low category .

Abstract

This study aims to examine literature that focuses on research on early childhood basketball learning and motor development. Using the search term "basketball game and children's motor development", two databases (Scopus and Google Scholar) were selected to select journal articles. To achieve the measurement objectives, the collected literature is examined using the Critical Appraisal table, then a comparison of the measurement results is carried out. Basketball games and children's motoric development are discussed in 17 literatures. The results of several journals revealed several significant things, including the fact that playing basketball improves students' motor skills by increasing movement speed, accuracy, and strength in static and dynamic spaces, as well as game performance. Basketball players compete at various levels of competition. In addition, children who previously experienced delays in these movements at the level of fitness, behavior, knowledge and basic skills, which include agility, balance and coordination, were greatly influenced by the basic movements and basic skills of mini basketball. Basketball also has many benefits for your health and happiness. It is considered an easy game to play because of the satisfying psychosocial interactions. generate profits that last into adulthood.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the level of student learning motivation in class VIII PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu. Based on the results of observations of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu, it was found that there was a lack of student enthusiasm in participating in physical activities and sports in PJOK learning. teachers in motivating students or providing positive encouragement related to PJOK learning, The presence of students with low levels of motivation can be an indicator of problems that need to be addressed, Physical environmental conditions, such as inadequate sports facilities, may influence the level of student motivation to learn, and Low level of awareness students about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness can be a problem, resulting in a lack of motivation to participate in PJOK activities. The test used in this research used a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study was 130 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu. From the results found in the field regarding the level of student learning motivation in class VIII PJOK learning, the result was 59.73% classified as "Enough" with a percentage between 40% - 60%.

Abstract

(English)This study aims to investigate the relationship between physical fitness and nutritional status and the learning outcomes of physical education students at FKIP Riau Islamic University. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample population is class 5A and 5B physical education (penjas) students at FKIP Riau Islamic University. Purposive sampling technique. The physical fitness measurement test uses the 2.4 km Cooper test and the nutritional status test uses height, weight and body mass index, while learning achievement uses the cumulative achievement index. The data analysis technique uses multiple analysis techniques using SPSS 22. The research results show that the effectiveness of physical fitness and nutritional status on student learning achievement is 24.10%. These findings have important implications in the educational context, especially in physical education study programs. Encouraging students to maintain optimal physical fitness and nutritional status can improve learning outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended that educational institutions consider integrating physical fitness and nutrition education programs in the curriculum to improve student academic performance. (Indonesian)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara kebugaran fisik dan status gizi dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sampel yakni kelas 5A dan 5B mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani (penjas) FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. Teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling.  Tes pengukuran kebugaran fisik menggunakan Cooper tes 2,4 km dan tes status gizi digunakan melalui tinggi badan, berat badan dan di cari indek masa tubuh sedangkan prestasi belajar melalui indek prestasi komulatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian terdapat efektifitas kebugaran fisik dan status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 24.10%. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya dalam program studi pendidikan jasmani. Mendorong mahasiswa untuk menjaga kebugaran fisik dan status gizi yang optimal dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Abstract

(English)This research aims to determine the practicality of developing Lectoraspire interactive media in video-based basketball learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive, which describes the results of the questionnaire filled out by students. The population and sample of this research was class XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II, totaling 45 people. This research procedure uses a questionnaire instrument with 4 indicators, namely material, learning media, use of learning media, and language. The instrument in this research uses a valid questionnaire involving various experts in the IT field, physical education teachers, and physical education lecturers. Instrument testing has been carried out involving similar samples. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive techniques with percentages. Based on data analysis carried out in class XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II, there was an average of 77.52% in the high category. The implications of this research can be used by physical education teachers and students, as an alternative learning. It is hoped that creativity and innovation will emerge for both educators and students in collaborating to achieve learning goals. Findings in the field explain that by implementing learning using Lectoraspire media, it is proven that many people are interested in learning basketball, and because of the unique content and innovation, students' imaginations develop so that students in the field can imitate or practice techniques correctly(Indonesian)Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui praktikalitas pengembangan media interaktif lectora inspire pada pembelajaran bola basket berbasis video.  Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana mendiskripsikan hasil dari angket yang di isi oleh siswa.  Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini kelas XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II yang berjumlah 45 orang. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dengan 4 indikator yakni materi, media pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran dan bahasa dengan reliabelitas 0,679. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah valid melibatkan berbagai pakar dibidang IT, guru pendidikan Jasmani, dosen Pendidikan Jasmani. Dan telah dilakukan ujicoba instrumen melibatkan sampel sejenis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada kelas XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II terdapat rata-rata 77,52% dengan kategori tinggi. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini bisa digunakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dan siswa, sebagai alternatif pembelajaran. Diharapkan nantinya muncul kreatifitas dan inovasi baik bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik dalam berkolaborasi mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Abstract

(English)Dribbling the ball is the initial ability that must be mastered by football players, players must be able to control the ball when moving, standing or preparing to make a pass or shot at goal. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture of the research that has been conducted and emerging trends in the research focus on dribbling in soccer. This research is a literature review research, there are 43 publications refined with 4 stages (identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion) from the Scopus database which are then analyzed using the bibliometric analysis method assisted by the Vosviewer application. The results of the research show that the publication is related to dribbling skill in football peaked with the highest number of publications in 2007. Publications in 2015 have been cited more than any other year. Most of the publications related to this field have been published in Q1 journals. England and Portugal are countries that have a great influence on research in this field. The research focus is divided into three, namely, 1) soccer players, performance and speed; 2) dribbling skill, age, and control; 3) training, change and coach. The new theme in this field is football player, approach, dribbling test, and sports class. Keyword dribbling the skills that are the focus of the first research as well as the theme in this study do not have a direct link to keywords passing and measure, meaning that there is no research that directly links dribline skill and passing and measure together.(Indonesian)Menggiring bola merupakan kemampuan awal yang harus dikuasai oleh pemain sepak bola, pemain harus dapat menguasai bola pada saat bergerak, berdiri atau bersiap melakukan operan atau melakukan tembakan ke gawang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan tren yang muncul dalam fokus penelitian tentang dribbling dalam sepak bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literatur review, terdapat 43 publikasi yang disemurnakan dengan 4 tahapan (identifikasi, screening, kelayakan, inclusi) dari database Scopus yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik berbantuan aplikasi Vosviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi terkait keterampilan dribbling dalam sepakbola memuncak dengan jumlah publikasi tertinggi pada tahun 2007. Publikasi pada tahun 2015 paling banyak disitasi dibandingkan tahun lainnya. Sebagian besar publikasi yang terkait dengan bidang ini telah dipublikasikan di jurnal Q1. Inggris dan Portugal adalah negara yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap penelitian di bidang ini. Fokus penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu, 1) pemain sepak bola, performa dan kecepatan; 2) keterampilan dribbling, usia, dan kontrol; 3) pelatihan, perubahan dan pelatih. Tema baru dalam bidang ini adalah pemain sepak bola, pendekatan, tes dribbling, dan kelas olahraga. Abstract

The aim of this research was to see the level of physical condition of taekwondo athletes at the speed kick dojang in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of observations of taekwondo athletes at the speed kick dojang in Pekanbaru City, several problems were found, including the unknown physical condition of the taekwondo athletes at the speed kick dojang in the taekwondo sport, in training that was held three times a week, the physical training portion was not enough to improve physical condition and In the competition, the quality of the athlete's physical condition when they are on the field is seen to decrease greatly, causing the quality of the athlete's competition to be less than satisfactory. The tests used in this research using taekwondo physical condition tests include fitness muscle strength (leg dynamometer), speed test (30 meter sprint), leg dynamometer test, squat jump test, vertical jump test, 50 meter sprint test, sitting test and reach and test run 15 minutes. The sample in this study was 17 taekwondo athletes at the speed kick dojang in Pekanbaru City. From the results of tests carried out in the field, results were obtained in the "Fair" category and were proven by an average value of 6.22 or in the interval 6.0 – 7.9.
