Abstract

ABSTRACT CHRYSTIAWAN ADJIE SENGKA. Labor Sectoral Analysis At Tomohon. Under the guidance (Juliana R. Mandei as Chairman, Lyndon R. J. Pangemanan and Maya H. Montolalu as Members.) This study aims to determine the growth rate of the labor sector and to determine the relation between economic growth (GDP) and employment rates to Tomohon. This research wasconducted for four months from December 2014 to March 2015 in Tomohon. In this study, the data used is secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies, namely the office of the Central Statistics Agency in Tomohon. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and presented in the from of tables and graphs. These result indicate that the potential sectors listed in Tomohon are very good in supporting regional economic growth and the growth rate of labor. More specifically in the services sector in Tomohon which has very high potential in employment. The growth rate of labor in Tomohon in 5-year period (2009-2013) has increased. In percentage of labor force growth rate and percentage rate of economic growth (GDP) each year for 5 years from 2009-2013 employment growth rate amounted to 10,17 percent, while the rate of economic growth (GDP) amounted to 10,02 percent. It can be seen that employment elasticity of 1,01 in which the figure is greater than 1 (>1), means that if the amount of GDP increased 1 %, the number of workers absorbed is equal to 1,01 %. Thus, is a relation between economic growth (GDP) and employment. Keyword : Labor and Economic sectors

Abstract

ABSTRACT WINDA DESITHA KALITOUW. Economic Valuation of Mangrove Forets in the Tiwoho Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. Under guidance of  Ribka M. Kumaat. , Lyndon R. J. Pangemanan and Paulus A. Pangemanan. This study aims to determine how big the value of the total economic benefits of mangrove forest in the Tiwoho Village of Wori District North Minahasa Regency, by using the concept of economic valuation to calculate the value of the benefits of natural resources which exist. The research was conducted in January to March 2015, by conducting field observations and interviews directly to the community and local government. Based on the results obtained that indicate the area of mangrove forest ecosystems Tiwoho Village with a broad ±62,502 ha, have total value of economic benefits amounted Rp. 2.316.961.823/year with the largest contributor to the value of benefits is from the value of indirect benefits that is the value of the benefits of mangrove forests as a buffer abrasion or sea water waves. The total value of economic benefits can be used as a reference or basic comparison for the community and the government in determining the policy management and utilization of existing mangrove forests.   Keyword : valuation economic, mangrove forest ecosystems, benefits value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis objective of this research is to determine the business profile of ‘Sop Buah Ica’ in terms of raw materials, capital, labor, production, business management, as well as the profit.The research was conducted for three months from March 2015 until May 2015. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from the business owner through interviews, and analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and figures.The research results showed that ‘Sop Buah Ica’ is categorized as small enterprise with their own equity, that employed 7 workers with the core business is selling beverages as the main product, and also foods.Fruit soup dominates the number of beverages types, the rest is juices and shaved ices. Fruit soup is the most favorable beverages, that availabe in 12 kinds, that are Avocado fruit soup, Soursoup fruit soup, Manggo fruit soup, Durian fruit soup, Just durian, Avocado Durian, Grape fruit soup, Strawberry fruit soup, Apple fruit soup, Melon fruit soup, Jackfruit fruit soup, and Watermelon fruit soup. The most favorable fruit soup is the Avocado fruit soup. ’Sop Buah Ica’ offers two kind of portions, which are regular and large (Banget). The main ingredients are the fruits that mostly supplied from Manado area and Minahasa. The business operates everyday except Sunday, with the majority of eating on the spot consumers, and also there are consumers that order take-away or delivery. According to the analyzing result of March 2015, ‘Sop Buah Ica’ had obtained profit with the ratio R/C of 1,25, therefore this business is feasible to develop.Keywords: business profile, fruit soup, profits

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to identify the costs, to analyze the advantages and financial feasibility of “Toris” Bread home industry in Taratara SatuVillage, Tomohon Manucipality.The data were obtained by direct interviews with business owners, then analyzed by descriptive quantitativelyused calculation of Profit Analysis, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), and Break Even Point (BEP). The results showed net profit of “Toris” Bread home industry was Rp 35,173,875 / year, it means Toris Bread home industry was profitable and feasible to be run. It is based on the financial feasibility analysis obtained by the value of the Net Present Value (NPV) obtained greater than zero, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is greater than the prevailing lending rate, the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C ratio) isgreater than one, and the Payback Period (PP) founded that the returning of capitalduring 4 years 14 days, less than maximum target for 5 years. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The changes development of the knowledge society in the culinary world makes some people who have to be fond of the consumption a variety foods race each other to create a new type of food, tasty and contains nutrients that can be introduced in the world business and can be change society consumption pattern. Business of the culinary is a business opportunity that will never die as long as people still need food for eat, and of course, humans need food for survival futhermore. Another factors reason is due to the amount of business opportunities promising society have Manado city to obtain the benefits of the culinary business. Ice house "Bo" Mokupa is one home-based businesses (Home Industry) which is engaged in culinary business. Mokupa Ice House “Bo” had been there for 30 years in the Mokupa area. Ice house "Bo" Mokupa established in 1985. Enterprises ice house originated only from a small business selling snack cakes were initiated by Mr.Yopie Samsuddin Maramis and Mis.Anita using Rp.100,000,00 as initial capital and then they switch to open Mokupa Ice House “Bo”. Key Words : Marketting mix can make up income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Formulation of the problem in this research is how the level of customer satisfaction with the attributes of organic vegetables viewed from pricing and product availability, freshness and packing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the attributes of organic vegetables viewed from pricing and product availability, freshness and packing. The benefit is to provide information to the company regarding the attributes that need to be considered in improving customer satisfaction with the sales of organic vegetables. Research conducted at Hypermart Manado, where the consumer purchaser of organic vegetables the focus of research, during October 2014 - March 2015. Data collected consist of primary data through direct interviews with consumers and secondary data from information obtained from the company Hyperrmart. 2  Sampling method accidental sampling with 40 respondents / consumer as a sample. The data analysis was conducted by the description in the form of a list of tables and figures. The results showed that in terms of price and availability of products, freshness and packaging reached a total score of collecting data in 2022 where the figure measuring consumer satisfaction index amounted to 67.4% and classified satisfied. This shows that consumers of organic vegetables has had a high awareness of the advantages of organic vegetable products. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ria Angelina Paendong. Pernanan sektor pertanian di Sulawesi Utara. Under the guidance of Lyndon R.J Pangemanan (Chairman), Th Katiandagho  (Members), dan Vicky R.B Moniaga (Members).   The purpose of this study was to determine wheather the agricultural sector and sub-sector of agrigulture (crops, plantations, fisheries, foresty,) still as a commodity base.   This research uses descriptive-analytic method. The data used are secondary data obtained from the office of the Central Bureau Of Statistics North Sulawesi. Measured variabel is the GDP and GDRP of North Sulawesi to find the value of LQ. LQ can determine wheather the value of the agricultural sector is still in the category of the base sector. In determining the value of LQ, measured variabels include the economics sector of GDRP last five years between 2008-2012 and the public sector of GDRP tramstop five years between the years 2008-2012, GDP of the agricultural sector and agricultural sub-sector GDP in the province of North Sulawesi.   The ability of the agricultural sector into a base sector in North Sulawsi as supported by a large expanse of land resources which can be used as means of lands resources which can be used as a means of support to increase agricultural production. Based on LQ scores, agricultural sub-sector which is the base is plantation sub-sector and sub-sector of fishery. Keywords : Base, GDP, GDRP

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of this study to understand dynamic the Cempaka Farmers Group, the studied fromelements of group dynamics that is, goal of group, structure group, task function, building and groupdevelopment, compactness group, atmosphere group, pressure group, effectiveness of group, and hiddenpurpose. This study has been conducted since February 2016 untill May 2016 at the Cempaka FarmerGroup in Meras Village Bunaken Sub-distric Manado Municipality.Retrieval and data collectionincluded primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from a member of the FarmersGroup using by a questionnaire, direct interview and observation in the research location. Secondarydata were obtained from various print and online media as well from journals and literature relating tothis study. Data analysis methods applied in this study, using by Likert Scale and Descriptivemethods.The research result showed that the Dynamics of Cempaka Farmers Group categorizeddynamic. Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and preferences of Fellow Coffee Manado and Fellow Coffee Bitung consumers with 4 attributes, namely price, variants, facilities and service. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 84 samples taken totaling 42 respondents for each location. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data measured using a Likert scale were analyzed using conjoint analysis. In the data processing process, using the SPSS version 27 program as a tool, the data is presented in table format and explained descriptively. The research results show that the order of attributes that have the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Manado is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of fellow iced milk coffee variants and the second utility of Cafe Latte. The facility attributes free wifi and utility of both table and chair layouts. The service attributes are fast and the second utility is friendly. Meanwhile, the attribute that has the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Bitung is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of the fellow's iced coffee milk variant and the second utility of salted caramel macchiatto. The facility attribute is the availability of electrical plugs and utilities, both the layout of tables and chairs. Friendly service attributes and fast second utility.
