Research is a process to solve problems. To solve existing problems, researchers must process data related to the problem to be solved. Data processing can be done using the SPSS application program, but the results obtained are still in the form of numerical values that must be concluded with sentences. To speed up data processing and determine conclusions, it is necessary to build an application for evaluating the influence of research variables and their impacts to help researchers, especially in the social field, to speed up in determining conclusions on evaluating the influence of research variables and their effects using the Pearson product moment method and simple linear regression. With the application that was built, the correlation coefficient of monthly money on student GPA is 0.0603 and the regression equation Y= 3.1319 + 0.0084 X , where there is an effect of student monthly money on student GPA of one hundred thousand rupiah, then the student's IP will increase by 0.0084

Manusia untuk bisa berkomunikasi dengan diri sendiri dan orang lain dituntut memiliki kemampuan membaca. Minat baca akan tumbuh bila didukung dengan bahan-bahan bacaan yang memadai dan diminati oleh pembacanya, sebab dari bahan bacaan itulah seseorang akan menjumpai berbagai hal yang belum pernah diketahui sebelumnya. Metode SMART merupakan metode dalam pengambilan keputusan multi atribut. Teknik pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria ini didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting dibandingkan dengan kriteria lain. Pembobotan ini digunakan untuk menilai setiap alternatif agar diperoleh alternatif terbaik. Untuk itu penulis mencoba membuat suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menentukan Minat Baca siswa Dalam Peminjaman Buku. Dalam pembuatan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini penulis menggunakan MS. Visual Basic 2010 untuk mengolah data. Dengan demikian dapat dibedakan proses kerja yang manual menggunakan metode SMART. Dari hasil perhitungan dari 20 data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil perangkingan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu Fahira Rambe (A7) dengan nilai 0,83 yang artiya memiliki minat baca tertinggi di antara murid lain.

Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari 6 tahap setelah dahulu didapatkan data keterangan dari setiap objek yang ada di Desa Dokan tersebut terlebih informasi Rumah Adat Karo siwaluhjabu apa fungsi dan kegunaan tiap ruangan yang ada di rumah adat tersebut dan juga sejarah dari rumah adat tersebut, temasuk dokumen desa tentang pertanyaan apa saja yang sering muncul dari para pengunjung. Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), adalah teknologi dengan konsep menggabungkan dimensi dunia nyata dengan dimensi dunia maya yang di tampilkan secara realtime. MDLC tidak seperti realitas maya yang yang sepenuhnya menggantikan apa yang ada di dunia nyata, namun hanya sekedar menambahkan atau melengkapi. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara 'menggambar' objek tiga dimensi pada marker, yakni sebuah 'pola' yang bersifat unik dan dapat dikenali oleh aplikasinya. Smartphone memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi Augmented Reality dengan murah serta dapat diakses oleh banyak pengguna. MDLC dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya adalah sebagai sarana untuk pengembangan kebudayaan yang ada disetiap provinsi. MDLC dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan sebuah lingkungan pengenalan yang lebih interaktif dimana pengguna dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan obyek dunia maya sehingga pengguna pun dapat sambil belajar. Penulis mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang ditujukan kepada para seluruh pengguna aplikasi. Aplikasi ini akan berjalan pada platform mobile android untuk memudahkan pengguna untuk mengaksesnya. Selain itu, pengguna dapat memilih sendiri objek yang akan dijadikan marker nya untuk membuat penggunaan aplikasi menjadi jauh lebih mudah.

Masalah Keamanan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari sistem informasi. Begitu pentingnya nilai informasi menyebabkan seringkali informasi diinginkan oleh orang tertentu kemudian dapat memodifikasi informasi tersebut. Untuk dapat mengesahkan informasi yang didapatkan, maka harus dilakukan authentication pada informasi sehingga diketahui keaslian informasi. Dalam penelitian ini diimplementasikan suatu metode secure hash algorithm, sehingga penerima informasi dapat mengetahui adanya perubahan terhadap data penting yang diterima dari pihak lain. Metode ini mampu membangkitkan nilai hash dari sebuah string atau file. Dengan perubahan sekecil apapun pada informasi yang diterima, dapat diketahui keasliannya. Secure Hash Algorithm adalah fungsi hash yang bekerja satu arah, ini berarti pesan yang sudah diubah menjadi message digest tidak dapat dikembalikan menjadi pesan semula. Dua pesan yang berbeda akan selalu menghasilkan nilai hash yang berbeda pula. Hasil rancangan perangkat lunak ini dengan input panjang string yang berbeda akan menghasilkan output dengan panjang string tetap yaitu 160 bit.

Fast and accurate diagnosis is very important for kidney disease. This research conducts and analyzes by using Nguyen Widrow Algorithm in Back Propagation method in artificial neural network for kidney disease diagnosis with the aim to improve the accuracy in predicting and time efficiency in diagnosing. The Nguyen Widrow algorithm is very capable of accelerating convergence and stabilizing the learning process in artificial neural networks, which is also expected to present a meaningful contribution to the handling of health data. This study uses MATLAB as a platform for algorithm implementation and a dataset of medical records of kidney disease patients collected from a hospital that specializes in treating kidney disease patients. The data pre-processing and artificial neural network modeling stages use the Nguyen Widrow algorithm, while the model training process uses the Back Propagation method. The results showed that the Nguyen Widrow algorithm was able to improve the accuracy of predicting someone suffering from kidney disease compared to using only the Back Propagation method. Analysis of the performance of the model shows a significant improvement in stability and convergence speed during the learning process. This indicates that data processing and medical decision making becomes more efficient. On the other hand, this research also studied the challenges and limitations that will be faced in terms of implementation of the Nguyen Widrow algorithm. Also the sensitivity of the initialization parameters, the need for the quality of the dataset to be used in training the model.This research reveals the ability of the Nguyen Widrow algorithm to improve the performance of artificial neural networks in diagnosing kidney disease. By implementing this algorithm in MATLAB, the results show that the use of the latest data processing technology and analysis tools can provide significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency in the medical field. In addition, this research is expected to provide a new direction in the development of machine learning algorithms for applications in the healthcare field, especially for diagnosing kidney disease. By further utilizing this technology, it contributes significantly to improving the quality of healthcare and treatment outcomes for patients suffering from kidney disease.

Abnormal situations often occur, such as natural disasters and COVID-19. Educational institutions struggle to regulate learning. The web programming course aims to shape students into website programmers. Independence in learning is needed so that competence is obtained. Students are not enough to rely on learning from the lecturer. This study aims to analyze the combination of the Inquiry-Based Learning model with IoT devices based on Android mobile. As a supporter, an application is built with a mobile programming language. This type of research is quasi-experimental. Calculations using SPSS 23.0. An experimental class learns to use the Inquiry-Based Learning model with IoT devices, and a control class learns with various media. The research subjects were 60 students of Information Management. The study found differences in students' competence and learning independence in those who learned to use the inquiry-based learning model with IoT devices compared to those who studied with various media. The test results showed a higher increase in the experimental class. The experimental class's value is 14.40 for a gain of 7.5. The sig. value is .000, and the average gain is .83. Control class score is 11.87, an increase of 5.1, sig. value is .000, and the average gain is .53. Applying the inquiry-based learning model with IoT devices has also proven to be effective as a model and learning media in abnormal situations and reinforced by the average gain of the experimental class, which is greater than the control class. Future research could use different methods to determine what methods are most effective.

Tobacco is cultivated through a series of special processes, which is a very important crop in industry due to its significant impact on the economy. Making seeds, soil preparation, planting, care, up to the harvest phase, and post-harvest processing are all tasks included in this stage. These plants often show various signs of disease during their life cycle, which can seriously worsen if not treated quickly. In situations like these, effective solutions are needed to find and nip the problem in the bud. An expert system application has been developed in recent research to overcome this problem. This system relies on the backward chaining method, a clever technique for diagnosing diseases in tobacco plants. With this method, the application tries to search and find facts that match the current data to set the right diagnostic goals. This research not only allows users to better diagnose diseases in tobacco plants, but also helps develop prevention strategies so that similar diseases do not appear again in the future.

This study examines the application of computer-based learning technology at SMA Swasta 3 Bukit by utilizing the Google Form and Edmodo applications for attendance, learning materials, learning videos, independent assignments, and exams. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of technology use on student motivation and learning outcomes. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and observations of teachers and students who use the application in learning activities. The data collected was analyzed to understand the effectiveness of the application of the technology. The main findings indicate that the use of technology can increase student engagement and ease of access to learning materials, but there are still obstacles related to the quality of internet connections and limited teacher training. The conclusion of this study is that technology can improve the quality of learning, but there needs to be an improvement in infrastructure and teacher training in order to optimize its use.

Abstract Clustering technique is a technique of grouping of records in a database based on certain criteria. The clustering results are given to the end user to provide a snapshot of what is happening in the database. One method that can be used in clustering technique is a method of K-Means Clustering. K-Means Clustering method divides the data into multiple groups and can accept input in the form of data without a label. This study used the method K-Means Clustering data disease patients in an effort to find the tendency of the disease in a group of people who went to Haji Adam Malik Hospital in Medan. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for health education programs at once may be the anticipation of a priority service for patients especially BPJS users.

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana menggabungkan kemajuan teknologi dengan sebuah kebudayaan daerah yaitu aksara karo. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas proses pengembangan sebuah game edukasi yang dapat membantu generasi muda karo untuk lebih tertarik belajar aksara karo dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Dalam membuat game edukasi dibutuhkan sebuah algoritma yang dapat bekerja dengan baik. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah algoritma runut balik (backtracking), algoritma ini akan mencari solusi berdasarkan ruang solusi yang ada secara sistematis namun tidak semua ruang solusi akan diperiksa, hanya pencarian yang mengarah kepada solusi yang akan diproses.
