Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam rangka memantapkan kestabilan sarana perhubungan lalu-lintas darat yang sangat penting artinya bagi warga Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, dan 07, RW 01 Manyaran, Semarang Barat khususnya, sebagai perwujudan nyata terhadap  pelayanan pergerakan dari manusianya sendiri juga sebagai sarana yang menghubungkan dengan daerah lain yang tidak bisa dipisahkan satu sama lain, oleh karena itu sistem jaringan jalan yang merupakan hal yang utama untuk dijaga kemampuan daya layannya. Jalan sebagai jalur transportasi darat sangat diperlukan dalam menunjang lancarnya roda perekonomian warga Jalan Gedong Songo Timur di masa yang akan datang. Oleh sebab itu  perencanaan, pembangunan, dan perbaikan perlu diperhatikan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Pembangunan ataupun perbaikan Jalan Gedong Songo Timur sangatlah penting artinya mengingat letak geografisnya hanya bisa dihubungkan dengan keberadaan jalan sebagai sarana penunjang yang sangat penting untuk pergerakan aktivitas warganya. Mengingat hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa kebijaksanaan pembangunan jalan antar desa harus lebih diprioritaskan untuk  mempercepat program pembangunan Nasional dalam rangka pengentasan kemiskinan yang salah satu permasalahannya terletak pada sarana dan prasarana termasuk di dalamnya adalah jalan.Memperhatikan kondisi saat ini dalam rangka menunjang kelancaran untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kenyaman berkendara, perjalanan, dan keindahan desa maka perlu adanya infrastruktur berupa jalan yang baik serta tantangan pembangunan dan perbaikan Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, dan 07, RW 01 Manyaran, Semarang Barat maka perlu kiranya semua  pihak ikut menyikapi dan menindak lanjuti guna perbaikan juga  pembangunan jalan demi tercapainya perputaran roda ekonomi yang diharapkan.Warga Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, dan 07, RW 01 Manyaran, Semarang Barat mempunyai permasalahan yaitu jalan desa (RT) yang mulai rusak (berlubang) serta permukaan jalan yang tidak rata (bergelombang). Jalan ini juga berfungsi untuk memperlancar akses menuju pusat  pelayanan pemerintahan, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi karena sebagai fasilitas sarana dan prasarana penunjang perekonomian yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, untuk meningkatakan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat.Dalam perbaikan pengaspalan (overlay) lapis permukaan perkerasan jalan, perlu diperhatikan alat, bahan, serta metode pelaksanaan yang sesuai pada lokasi pengaspalan.  Kata kunci : aspal, jalan, perkerasan jalan  ABSTRACTIn order to strengthen the stability of land traffic transportation facilities, which are very important for residents of Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, and 07, RW 01 Manyaran, West Semarang in particular, as a real embodiment of the movement services of the people themselves as well as a means of connecting with other areas that cannot be separated from each other, therefore the road network system is the main thing to maintain its serviceability. Roads as land transportation routes are indispensable in supporting the smooth running of the economy of the residents of Jalan Gedong Songo Timur in the future. Therefore, planning, development, and improvement need to be considered as effective and efficient as possible. The construction or improvement of Jalan Gedong Songo Timur is very important considering that its geographical location can only be related to the existence of the road as a very important supporting facility for the movement of its citizens' activities. Given this, it shows that the policy of developing inter-village roads should be prioritized to accelerate the national development program in the context of poverty alleviation, one of which is the problem of facilities and infrastructure, including roads.Taking into account the current conditions in order to support the smooth running to increase productivity, driving comfort, travel, and the beauty of the village, it is necessary to have infrastructure in the form of good roads and the challenges of building and repairing Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, and 07, RW 01 Manyaran, West Semarang, it is necessary for all parties to take part in responding and following up in order to improve as well as road construction in order to achieve the expected economic cycle.Residents of Jalan Gedong Songo Timur RT 05, 06, and 07, RW 01 Manyaran, West Semarang have problems, namely the village road (RT) which is starting to be damaged (perforated) and the road surface is uneven (wavy). This road also functions to facilitate access to government, health, education, and economic service centers because it is a facility and infrastructure supporting the economy that is very much needed by the community, to improve the welfare and quality of life of the community.In repairing the asphalt (overlay) surface layer of the road pavement, it is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate tools, materials, and implementation methods at the asphalt location.  Keywords : asphalt, road, pavement

Abstract

The lack of utilization of ceramic shard waste at the moment is very little to be utilized, these ceramic shards cause more and more waste, causing soil pollution, because this waste cannot be decomposed. Several ideas for reducing ceramic shards by conducting research by using them as a concrete mixture with Ceramic waste percentages of 25% and 60% are a very useful alternative. amounting to 20.72 MPA. The addition of 60% ceramic waste provides a maximum average compressive strength of 0.96 MPA. THIS CONCLUSION IS DUE TO FACTORS, INCLUDING THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. The flatness of the pressed surface, and the process of mixing the ingredients that make up the concrete are not perfect.

Abstract

Panti Asuhan adalah tempat yang dinaungi oleh suatu lembaga untuk memelihara kesejahteraan sosial seperti anak yatim agar mendapatkan kehidupan dan pendidikan yang layak. Tempat yang diberikan untuk kesejahteraan penghuni panti asuhan haruslah layak, aman dan nyaman bagi para penghuni panti asuhan. Panti Asuhan Anak Yatim Piatu Asmaul Husna berdiri sejak tahun 2012. Kondisi gedung panti asuhan saat ini terdapat beberapa keretakan di beberapa bagian, sehingga membuat pengelola panti asuhan merasa perlu adanya pengecekan/identifikasi mutu beton dari Gedung tersebut. Tujuan dari kegian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi mutu beton yang berkaitan dengan kekuatan struktur gedung Panti Asuhan Asmaul Husna Semarang Utara. Identifikasi menggunakan metode uji dimensi dan uji mutu beton. Dalam uji dimensi menggunakan alat ukur meteran dan uji mutu beton menggunakan alat hammer test. Adapun hasil mutu beton dari uji hammer test adalah mutu beton pada struktur kolom, balok dan plat melebihi standart K-250 kg/cm2.

Abstract

The climate, weather, and rainfall conditions that occur in the Meteseh Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, especially in the Bukit Kencana Jaya area, are quite high during the rainy season. As a result of housing developments that may not consider the problem of drainage properly, some places experience soil erosion. Based on the results of observations at the location, it was shown that there were several points of the water channel that were damaged. This condition can cause blockage or overflow of water when the intensity of rain increases due to disruption of the water channel. If a puddle occurs, it can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes that have the potential to cause disease. It is necessary to repair the water channel to restore its function of the water channel. The implementation method starts with a field survey, then socializes the repair and maintenance of waterways, and direct practice of repairing damaged waterways. The repair was carried out by replacing the base of the canal using a U-40 cm concrete pipe and plastering on the sides so that the water channel would not experience erosion and could function properly again.

Abstract

The materials that are often used in the world of construction both in bridges, water structures, and buildings is concrete. The characteristic of concrete is that it is strong withstand compressive forces, but weak in resisting tensile forces. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the characteristics of the concrete. Improving the characteristics of the concrete can be done by applying a fiber mixture to the concrete. There are two types of fibers used as a concrete mixture, namely synthetic fibers and natural fibers. The research conducted was concrete using chicken feather waste fiber which was categorized as natural fiber with a fiber length of 3 cm, the grade of the concrete used was 20 MPa and the percentage of additional chicken feather waste was 0%, 1%, and 2% of the volume of concrete. The test is the compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete using a specimen cylinder 15x30 cm and beam 15x15x60 cm. Each percentage of chicken feather waste that is used as a concrete mixture is 5 samples. From the test results, it was found that the concrete with the addition of 0% chicken feathers obtained an average compressive strength value of 200.78 kg/cm2, concrete with the addition of 1% chicken feather fiber, the compressive strength value increased to 215.09 kg/cm2 and concrete with the addition of chicken feather fiber 2 % has a compressive strength value of 197.54 kg/cm2. Meanwhile, the flexural strength values obtained were 24.00 kg/cm2, 23.03 kg/cm2, 21.08 kg/cm2 for the percentage of 0%, 1% and 2% fibers, respectively. This shows that the concrete with the addition of bristle fibers the chicken has decreased the compressive strength value when it has reached its optimum level. While the addition of the percentage of chicken feathers to the flexural strength value does not have much effect on the flexural strength of the concrete which tends to decrease. This is influenced by the characteristics of the chicken feathers which are difficult to bond with the concrete as well as being easy to absorb water, so that the concrete takes a longer time to dry after the maintenance of the concrete.

Abstract

The law on construction services has been in effect for seventeen years, but the world of construction services in Indonesia has not been very exciting, especially for construction workers for large-scale and high-tech projects. Indonesia's workforce is still considered not to have capability comparable with foreign construction workforce.To realize the success of quality buildings and able to function as planned, needed human resources of good quality as well.And the professional ability of the construction workforce is evidenced by the possession of a skill or skill certificate. As mandated by the Construction Services Act No. 18 of 1999 article 9. that any individual employed by a business entity as a construction planner or supervisor of a particular construction or energy in a construction business enterprise shall have a certificate of expertise.Based on the research factors that most affect the application of Construction Services Act of 1999 memnai certificate of competence of experts on the implementation of construction work.is a factor of human resources such as education experts, experience, training, age and ownership of certificates. Another factor is the method of implementation of work such as coordination and decision making, while the political factor is the regulation of rules and leadership factors, such as motivation and awards To know how far and how big the role of these construction service experts in achieving the success of construction work, so much in demand by both local and foreign workers, it is deemed necessary to research the role of experts in contributing to the success of a construction work.Therefore it is necessary to develop further research on the readiness of experts in terms of the fulfillment of the requirements and expertise, in order to obtain the predicate of professional engineers or professional engineers through certification of expertise held by professional associations that followed.

Abstract

The rest of the construction material is common occurs in building construction project work, the presence of residual construction materials is unavoidable on construction project work, waste materials construction is also called construction waste can have a negative impact on the environment building construction projects, be it work demolition, renovation, or work related to building construction, research This method uses the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. to analyze the cause of the remaining material occur. As for the type of material being researched, it is brick red, sand, cement, concrete, D16 reinforcing steel, and iron reinforcement 10. The results of the calculation of the cost of the remaining materials red brick Rp. 402,600, sand Rp. 3,137,600, cement Rp. 179.200, concrete Rp. 4,304,325, D16 steel reinforcement Rp. 22,459,110, and reinforcing steel 10 Rp. 3,886,613, from As a result, the largest residual material cost is iron reinforcement D12 and the smallest residual material cost is red brick materials.

Abstract

Time management is one of the important factors in the successful implementation of construction projects because it is directly related to time efficiency, cost, and quality of work. In the Semarang Regency Disdikbudpora Hall Rehabilitation Project, the preparation of the implementation schedule is still not optimal due to the determination of the duration of work that has not considered the complexity and relationship between activities properly. This study aims to analyze the application of time management using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method to obtain a more effective project implementation duration and identify activities that are on the critical path. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method by utilizing primary data in the form of field observations and secondary data in the form of time schedules, weekly reports, work drawings, and Cost Budget Plans (RAB). The analysis was carried out using the CPM method through forward pass, backward pass, and total float to determine the critical trajectory of the project. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel and network visualization is created using AutoCAD. The results showed that the normal duration of project completion based on the CPM method is 54 working days, 3 days faster than the existing implementation schedule of 57 calendar days. Activities included in the critical path include preparatory work, certain earthworks and foundations, concrete work, wall pairing, floor and wall coverings, and painting work. Activities on critical lines have a total float value of zero, so delays in the work will affect the overall duration of project completion. Based on the results of the analysis, the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) has proven to be effective in optimizing project scheduling because it is able to identify critical activities and accelerate project completion time. This method can be used as a reference in controlling the implementation time of construction projects to be more efficient and planned.

Abstract

Saluran drainase merupakan infrastruktur penting dalam mengalirkan air limbah rumah tangga dan limpasan air hujan menuju saluran utama agar tidak menimbulkan genangan maupun banjir. Permasalahan drainase terjadi di wilayah RT.05 RW.09 Pedurungan Lor, Kota Semarang, akibat kondisi saluran yang kurang tertata dan kapasitas saluran yang belum memadai. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya genangan air, terutama saat intensitas hujan tinggi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan teknis kepada warga dalam perencanaan dan pembuatan saluran drainase yang efektif dan terintegrasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei lapangan, pemetaan wilayah, diskusi teknis bersama warga, sosialisasi pentingnya sistem drainase, serta pendampingan langsung dalam proses pembangunan saluran drainase. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa saluran drainase dengan dimensi 50 cm × 40 cm × 50 cm mampu memperlancar aliran air limbah rumah tangga dan mengurangi genangan air di lingkungan warga. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pemeliharaan drainase dan partisipasi gotong royong dalam menjaga lingkungan. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, sistem drainase di wilayah RT.05 RW.09 Pedurungan Lor menjadi lebih tertata, aliran air lebih lancar, dan lingkungan menjadi lebih nyaman serta bebas dari genangan air.
