Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances, organizational culture, work pressure, and leadership on fraud. This research was carried out by the KPP Madya Surakarta organization. Over the course of seven months, beginning in January 2024 and ending in July 2024, the study was conducted there. The reason why the researcher determined that the best time to do the investigation was between January and July of 2024. All of the personnel of KPP Madya Surakarta, which amounted to 116 individuals, were included in this study's data collection. The method of sampling that was utilized in this investigation was known as purposive sampling. 58 employees from KPP Madya Surakarta were used as samples for this study. These personnel included all Account Representatives and examiners. When examining the impact of many independent variables on a dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was utilized as the method of study. Specifically, to ascertain the degree to which performance allowances, corporate culture, job pressure, and leadership are all closely related to the phenomenon of fraud. Despite the fact that leadership does not have a substantial impact on fraud, the findings of this study indicate that performance allowances, organizational culture, and work pressure all have a favorable and significant impact on the phenomenon of fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which corporate performance influences firm value, with dividend policy serving as an intervening variable. The research focuses on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Corporate performance is assessed using three main indicators: liquidity (measured by the current ratio), profitability (measured by return on assets), and leverage (measured by the debt to equity ratio). Firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), while dividend policy is measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. The results indicate that liquidity, profitability, and leverage do not have a direct significant effect on firm value. However, both profitability and leverage significantly influence dividend policy. Despite this, dividend policy does not mediate the relationship between corporate performance and firm value. These findings suggest that, in the context of Indonesian manufacturing firms, traditional financial indicators are not sufficient to reflect market value. Investors tend to give greater consideration to other factors such as long-term business strategies, corporate governance quality, and growth prospects. This research contributes to the theoretical development of financial management literature and provides practical insights for company management and policymakers in designing sustainable financial strategies.

Abstract

This study headed to probe the moonlighting intentions (MI) empirically from non-monetary factors, including job satisfaction (JS) through the mediation of organizational commitment (OC) and the moderation role of perceived COVID-19 threats (PCT) and perceived financial threats (PFT) during the pandemic. The study accustomed quantitative methods with a survey and a cross-sectional design. This study gathered data from 81 employees at Community College (AK-Tekstil Solo) and analyzed it using SMART PLS. This study discovered that job satisfaction majorly impacts organizational commitment and moonlighting intentions. Organizational commitment negatively influences moonlighting intentions due to its indirect-only (full mediation) relationships with job satisfaction. PCT and PFT did not play a moderating role, but they did diminish the effect sizes between constructs. The results of this study confirmed the substantial non-monetary facets of moonlighting intentions. This research contributes to the development of theory by validating the relationships that it draws from social exchange theory, and the novelty is the introduction of moderating variables in terms of threat aspects perceived during the pandemic, PCT, and PFT. The relevance of the research findings provides some practical implications and valuable insights for managers of formal educational institutions in the environmental condition that may change at any time without certainty

Abstract

This article was created to explain the design of an integrated learning model by considering the learning ecosystem to be implemented in secondary schools in Indonesia. The novelty of this article is an overview of the learning ecosystem that integrates micro and macro aspects. Micro aspects to represent the managerial conditions of educational institutions, consist of three variables, namely priority of management, individual readiness, and technological support. The macro aspect is represented by Educational Policies which are national education policies. These variables were analyzed to see their effect on the learning outcome. The respondents of this research are teachers who are members of the Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP) Surakarta City, Indonesia, totaling 289 people, consisting of 156 women (53.98%), and 133 men. (46.02%). Withdrawal of sample data is done by quota random sampling technique. The use of this quota random sampling technique is to determine the representation of each region so that the results will be able to represent reality. The research was conducted from March 2019- September 2022 in Surakarta, Indonesia. The analysis technique of this research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of the study show that educational policies significantly affect priority of management and learning outcomes. Priority of management significantly affects individual rediness and technological support. Priority of Management does not significantly affect learning outcomes. Technological support significantly affects learning outcomes. Individual readiness does not significantly affect learning outcomes. All indicator variables significantly affect the construct. Keywords: priority of management, individual readiness, technological support, educational policies, learning outcomes.
