Abstract

Sikka Regency is one of the areas located on Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The region has many interesting natural and cultural riches, but is still hidden due to the lack of infrastructure development. These conditions affect the accessibility of public passenger cars in the Sikka Regency area. Perforated road conditions, hilly topography and narrow roads are factors that affect accessibility in the Sikka Regency area. This study aims to assess the level of accessibility of public passenger cars in the research location. The location of this research is in Paga Sub-district, Bola District and Magepanda District. The number of samples in this study was 384 people. This study uses quantitative research methods with an analysis of the level of accessibility. The results show that the level of accessibility in Paga and Bola sub-districts is moderate, which means that public passenger car access is not smooth, while the accessibility level in Magepanda sub-district is very high, which means that public passenger car access is very smooth. Recommendations from this research for local governments and local governments need to improve public passenger car facilities and improve access road connections for people in Sikka Regency.

Abstract

n carrying out work in the field of roads and bridges at the Manggarai Regency Public Works Agency forFiscal Year 2020, it is not following contract documents and work specifications, including measurementresults errors, not properly checking the origin and quality of materials, and limited inspection personnelboth in terms of quantity and qualifications. The objectives of this study include: determining theperformance of the Supervisory Consultant and determining the influence of the variable factors ofUnderstanding Contract Documents, Understanding of Quality of Road Construction Implementation,Monitoring of Road Construction Work Methods, Monitoring of Measurement Results, Use of Equipment,Monitoring of Time and Progress of Road Works, Supervision of Application of Study DocumentsEnvironment, Preparation of Meeting Materials, Reporting on Road Work Progress Activities and theHandover Process of Work Results. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data wereobtained through interviews with PPK and questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents: Contractors,Inspectors, Quality Control, and Site Engineers. The results of the analysis are the performance ofsupervisory consultants on road and bridge projects in Manggarai Regency in the 2020 fiscal year with avalue of 3.35 and the value of R Square on the coefficient of determination of 0.996 and the most dominantfactor is Supervision of the Implementation of Environmental Study Documents with a regression coefficientvalue of 1,443.

Abstract

Sand mining workers are part of the procurement of materials for construction activities, so they need to beconsidered because the risk opportunities are quite large. In this study, the risk assessment method uses arisk assessment matrix. After collecting the data, it is then analyzed to find out how big the risk is to the sandmining workers of the Ventura River. The results of this study obtained that the risk due to employees(workers) having received assistance index 6.06, moderate risk category, risk due to accidents to employees(workers) index 11.34 very high-risk category, risk due to using index tool 11.01 very risk category. high risk,material, and dust risk index 14.82, including very high-risk category, risk due to bad weather index 12.96,very high-risk category, risk index due to accidental fracture of legs and arms 7.53, included in the high-riskcategory, risk due to helping employees during an accident index 9.60, very high-risk category, risk due tousing personal protection index 5.83, moderate risk category, risk due to explanations related to safety andhealth. index 6.36, moderate risk category, risk due to explanation sand excavation technique index 4.47,moderate risk category. The average index risk index is 8.99 including high risk. In the activities of sandmining workers and construction work activities, they must first identify and analyze the level of risk.

Abstract

According to the contract, the implementation of the work on the construction of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project ending on December 31 2020 has reached 100%, but only 3.68% of the project has experienced delays. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource factors, costs, materials and equipment on the completion of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project. With a quantitative descriptive method. The data for this study were sourced from questionnaires distributed to 25 respondents who were stratified by population stratification into project owners, contractors, consultants, foremen, builders, and laborers. The results of the analysis obtained sig. Human resources of 0.028 <0.05 and t count -23.067 > t table 12.71. sig. value Cost of 0.041 <0.05 and t count 15.635 > t table 12.71. sig. value Material of 0.006 <0.05 and t count 98.758 > t table 12.71. sig. value Equipment of 0.017 <0.05 and t count -37.437 > t table 12.71. The conclusion is that there is an influence of human resource factors, costs, materials, and equipment on the completion of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project, and material factors are the most influential.

Abstract

Angkutan umum yang beroperasi pada rute Ende – Larantuka merupakan suatu sarana transportasi yang sangat penting keberadaanya dalam meningkatkan peretumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja bus ekonomi angkutan umum yang beropereasi pada rute Ende – Larantuka dan sebaliknya, dilihat dari tingkat efektivitas dengan parameter faktor muat (Load Factor), Headway, kecepatan, dan waktu tempuh. Dengan menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara kepada operator atau sopir dan para penumpang angkutan umum pada rute Ende – Larantuka dan sebaliknya di dapat kisaran rata – rata faktor muat penumpang antara 62% - 66.69% Sedangkan rentangan standard yang ditentukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat adalah di atas 70%, maka factor muat penumpang rute Ende – Larantuka dan sebaliknya belum efektif. Headway yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan data rata-rata berkisaran anatara 7.75 menit – 25.25 menit sedangkan rentang standart yang ditentukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat adalah 1 – 12 menit, headway yang diperoleh pada rute Ende – Larantuka dan sebaliknya sudah melebihi standard efektif. Untuk kecepatan perjalanan rute Ende-Larantuka dan sebaliknya berkisar antara 26 – 29 km/jam, sedangkan rentang standart yang ditentukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat untuk daerah lajur khusus adalah berkisar antara 15 – 18 km/jam. Untuk kecepatan perjalanan angkutan bus rute Ende-Larantuka dan sebaliknya sudah melebihi standart dari Direktorat Perhubungan Darat.

Abstract

The Mbangga-Woloboa road section, Rindiwawo Village, Wolowaru District is included in the local road type with rigid pavement and a road width of 3 meters. Every year the condition of the Mbangga-Woloboa road section experiences damage, where several parts of the road have many holes and when it rains there are lots of puddles of water, which is very disturbing for road users. Even though the Ministry of Public Works, with the available funds, has repaired the existing damage by overlaying it repeatedly, it has not been able to solve the existing problem completely because the road condition has deteriorated again before it reaches its design life. Therefore, it needs to be redesigned by repairing the subgrade layer and replacing the road surface layer with new rigid pavement according to the load of vehicles passing through the road. So by using the AASHTO method, the traffic growth rate (i) of the planned road is 5.23% per year with collector road class. The effective Resilient Modulus (MR) value on the road section is 2770 psi with a CBR value of 1.87%, and DDT 2.70 kg/cm2. The thickness of the pavement layer is found to be D1 = 13 cm, D2 = 20 cm, and D3 = 41 cm.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comparative study analyzing the influence of additives on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete based on the results of previous research. Three relevant previous studies were used as a reference in analyzing the effect of additives on compressive strength, split tensile strength, modulus of elasticity and compressive strength of concrete. In Agus Setya Budi’s research, the use of fly ash with a content of 15% resulted in an increase in the compressive strength of concrete, while the use of fly ash levels of 30% and 40% resulted in a decrease in the compressive strength of the concrete. Samun Haris’ research shows that using silica fume powder at a level of 5% produces higher compressive strength results compared to a level of 15%. Meanwhile, Muhhamad Sadat’s research indicates that the use of slag as a substitute for fine aggregate increases the compressive strength of concrete along with increasing levels of slag substitution. Based on the analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that the use of additives in concrete has a significant influence on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. However, the effect of added additives depends on the type and level of additives used. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of the right additives to achieve the desired concrete characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja beton serat bambu dan beton serat baja dalam meningkatkan sifat mekanik beton normal, yaitu kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah, dan modulus elastisitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 level x 3 level, dengan faktor: (1) jenis serat (serat bambu, serat baja) dan (2) kadar serat (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%). Benda uji dibuat dengan menggunakan semen Portland Tipe I, air, agregat halus, agregat kasar, dan serat bambu atau serat baja. Sifat mekanik beton diuji pada usia 28 hari dengan menggunakan mesin uji tekan beton, mesin uji tarik belah beton, dan alat ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan serat bambu dan serat baja secara umum meningkatkan sifat mekanik beton. Kenaikan sifat mekanik beton tertinggi dicapai pada beton serat baja dengan kadar 1.5%, yaitu sebesar 35.77% untuk kuat tekan, 43.75% untuk kuat tarik belah, dan 16.53% untuk modulus elastisitas. Serat baja lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan sifat mekanik beton dibandingkan dengan serat bambu. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi penting tentang kinerja beton serat bambu dan beton serat baja dalam meningkatkan sifat mekanik beton normal. Informasi ini dapat digunakan untuk memilih jenis serat dan kadar serat yang tepat untuk aplikasi konstruksi tertentu.

Abstract

Kondisi jalan yang sempit, klasifikasi jalan negara, jalan provinsi dan jalan kabupaten yang kurang seimbang, tata guna lahan, pemilihan moda angkutan pribadi yang meningkat, waktu tempuh yang lama dan jarak dari desa ke daerah perkotaan yang jauh. Jumlah jaringan jalan yang minim, kondisi topografi yang berbukit, jalan yang sempit, menyebabkan konektivitas jaringan jalan yang mendukung mobilitas kendaraan dalam membantu pergerakan masyarakat memiliki tingkat pelayanan yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji konektivitas jaringan jalan yang meliputi jumlah jaringan jalan dan Panjang jalan dan hubungannya dengan peningkatan kendaraan di Wilayah Kabupaten Sikka Provinsi NTT dari tahun 2018 -2023 yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi eksisting lokasi penelitian. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear untuk mendapatkan hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu jumlah jaringan jalan dan jumlah kendaraan sebagai variabel dependen di wilayah Kabupaten Sikka dari tahun 2018-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konektivitas jaringan jalan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan dengan nilai korelasi 0,978 dan konektivitas jaringan jalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah kendaraan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009. Rekomendasi bagi pemerintah setempat agar dapat meningkatkan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan baik di pusat kota maupun di daerah-daerah pelosok sehingga dapat meningkatkan konektivitas jaringan jalan di Kabupaten Sikka.
