Abstract

Speaking is a form of communication that appears in the stages of human development and needs to be trained from an early age. Not infrequently in this process children experience problems, namely speech delays even though children have been trained a lot and live in a supportive environment. The problem of speech delay makes parents tend to be anxious, confused, and panicked, especially if they do not have adequate information or knowledge related to the problem of speech delay and how to prevent and overcome it. One place that can help parents in overcoming the problem of speech delays is the nearest PAUD-KB, where parents hope that teachers can help overcome children's speech delay problems. However, teachers also often experience limited information and knowledge about how to deal with speech delays as well so that their efforts and assistance are not optimal. The Community Service Team of the Faculty of Psychology is here to help provide psychoeducation related to the introduction, prevention, and handling of children's speech delays through training and assignments on children's speech stimulation with the "Kartong Mejik" program. The results of the implementation of community service show that parents and teachers understand more and hope that with information through community service, parents and teachers can reduce their confusion when facing problems with speech delays in children.

Abstract

This research emphasizes Human Resource Development Performanceexistence which is not as expected, one of the causes is the OHS Management System. Our research aims to explain the performance of human resource development by looking at the impact of Occupational Health and Safety systems, work stress caused and how motivational the role of management is. This research was conducted to produce a Model and the results of the analysis of the Occupational Health and Safety System (OHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ) associated with HR Development Performance, with 80 research subjects as employees of PT.PLN Pesero APD Central Java and DIY. This research used quantitative research methods that use Descriptive Statistics and analysis of the effect of each variable using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Based on the results of the calculation of Q square obtained Q square value of 0.60. This showed that the Q square value was greater than 0.5 which means it could be said that the factor of OHS management system, Work Stress and OHS Management Motivation has a good prediction level on the Performance of Human Resources Management. The disadvantage of this study is that because the employees are employees of PT PLN Pesero APD Central Java and DIY, the location of the study always changes depending on the working area. In addition, working conditions and situations greatly affect when subjects fill out questionnaires, bearing in mind that their assignments are very heavy because they are related to the regulation of the electricity load for the Network throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide training on Service Excellence to entrepreneurial mothers in RT.08 RW.19 to increase their understanding of the challenges, skills and competencies needed to succeed in service. Customer service requires speed, awareness about e-commerce with technology support to face increasingly difficult challenges. Good service improves business reputation. This training will discuss how to improve participants' skills for reliable customer service. Initial observations made showed that most of the women on Rt.08 Rw.19 were entrepreneurs by opening stalls or shops but providing minimal service to customers. This makes the business less developed because customers buy products because they need it, not because there is something more to the business of these entrepreneurial women. This lack of knowledge about providing excellent service to customers made the team want to help find solutions for developing the business of entrepreneurial women RT.08 Rw.19 through Excellent Service Training. The process is that these entrepreneurial women gather in the RT.08 hall and provide material on understanding and practice about Excellent Service in the form of lectures, stories and games as well as joint discussions. It is hoped that the service team for these entrepreneurial mothers will be able to understand the results of the training. By increasing their understanding of Service Excellent, they can improve the abilities of these entrepreneurial mothers to be even better at serving customers, so that they can increase their sales turnover.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide training on Mindfulness to Youth at Karang Taruna RT.08 RW.19 to increase their understanding of themselves regarding their physical and psychological aspects and be able to make conscious decisions and focus on the activities they are carrying out. Mindfulness training is a meditation method used to increase empathy both affectively, cognitively, morally, intrapersonally and interpersonally. The millennial generation (Gen Z) receives a lot of positive and negative information on the internet. Most Gen Z often use the internet and choose not to interact with their friends because they are comfortable with the gadgets they own. Initial interviews obtained from RT.08 mothers and several teenagers showed that the rise in suicide cases on social media reflects the lack of resilience in Gen Z. RT.08 mothers then asked the PkM team of the Psychology faculty to hold training that The aim is to protect Gen Z's mentality from the pressures that arise in today's millennial life journey. The lack of self-understanding and skills possessed by Gen Z makes RT.08 mothers feel worried about the mentality that Gen Z will have in the future. This input made the PkM team want to help find solutions regarding the self-development of youth at the RT.08 Rw.19 Youth Organization through Mindfulness Training. The process was gathered by teenagers at the RT.08 hall and provided material for understanding and practicing Mindfulness in the form of lectures, practices and games and group discussions. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding of 51% in youth at Karang Taruna, meaning that increasing understanding of Mindfulness can improve the ability of youth at Karang Taruna to better understand themselves and the surrounding environment so that they can overcome all challenges and obstacles that occur in the process. journey of daily life.
