Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) the influence of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) the effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) the effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) the effect of housing location on home buying decisions, and 5) the influence of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions. This type of research is explanatory research with a survey approach. This research was conducted on people who bought a house in the Patraland Place Housing Area, Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 122 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results showed 1) there was an insignificant effect of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) there was a significant effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) there was a significant effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) there was a significant influence of housing location on home buying decisions. , and 4) there is a significant effect of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja karyawan, sehingga diharapkan pembaca nantinya dapat mengetahui kinerja karyawan di dalam dunia bekerja dan mengambil manfaat di masa yang akan datang. Metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner digunakan sebagai dasar pengumpulan informasi yang kemudian disebarkan secara online kepada 40 responden dan menganalisis statistik kuesioner. Data kuantitatif dianalisa melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Juga dilakukan pengujian terhadap kualitas data, uji t, dan uji asumsi klasik. Diperoleh hasil penelitian dimana variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan perusahaan PT. Geoservices adalah lingkungan kerja fisik, sedangkan tiga variabel lainnya yaitu keselamatan kerja, kedissiplinan, dan kelelahan fisik yang di ajukan peneliti belum menunjukan pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut diindikasi dapat terjadi karena masih adanya kesadaran yang besar oleh karyawan PT.Geoservices dalam bekerja untuk menerapkan kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan kedisplinan sehingga kelelahan fisik juga tidak begitu berpengaruh didalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

One of the typical foods of the Riau region is Ketan talam durian which was introduced by Rumah Kue Viera which is very delicious, its development is extraordinary.. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze 1) the effect of product quality on Repurchase Decision 2) the effect of Brand Awereness on Repurchase Decision, 3) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, 4) the effect of Brand Awereness on customer satisfaction,5) the effect of customer satisfaction on Repurchase Decision, 6) the effect of product quality on Repurchase Decision through customer satisfaction, 7) the effect of Brand Awereness on Repurchase Decision through customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to Viera Cake House customers. The research population is Viera Cake House customers who have shopped more than once in Mey 2023 with a research sample of 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The inferential statistical analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the SmartPLS 4.0 tool. The test instruments used are validity and reliability tests, outer model construction tests, discriminant validity tests with the Fornell-Larckel Criterion and the AVE method, Inner Model R-Square, Q-Square and GoF tests, Bootstrapping hypothesis testing,, the results show 1) product quality affects customer satisfaction 2) Brand Awareness affects customer satisfaction 3) product quality affects repurchase decisions, 4) Brand Awareness affects repeat purchase decisions, 5) customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on repurchase decisions 6) product quality does not affect repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction 7) Brand Awareness does not affect repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tantangan bisnis semakin hari semakin kompetitif dan menantang. Pandemi Covid 19 pun menjadi salah satu faktor yang menentukan kekuatan sebuah entitas bisnis. Di dalam memenangkan persaingan dan bertahan dalam tantangan, aspek sumber daya manusia memainkan peranan penting. Untuk itulah, proses pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak boleh berhenti. PT Astra Honda Motor, merupakan perusahaan besar yang memproduksi sepeda motor dengan merk Honda. Perusahaan ini selalu berupaya untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di jaringan bisnisnya agar mampu menjawab segala tantangan yang ada. Salah satu hal yang dilakukannya adalah mengembangkan proses pembelajaran melalui media Learning Management System yang dikenal Akademi Satu Hati. Ini semua dilakukan untuk memastikan seluruh Honda People di jaringan bisnis bisa terus memiliki kapasitas dan kapabilitas yang lebih baik. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melihat bahwa penggunaan LMS baru diterapkan secara masif di jaringan bisnis PT Astra Honda Motor dan belum pernah di ukur tingkat penerimaannya. Untuk itulah penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) demi melihat tingkat penerimaan akan LMS tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang telah mengakses Akademi Satu Hati, lalu ditabulasi dengan menggunakan microsoft excel 365 dan data hasil diolah dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Di dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 5 konstruk utama yang masing-masingnya memiliki indikator dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pemahaman akan tingkat penerimaan pengguna suatu Learning Management System.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di Islamic international School PSM Magetan di kota Magetan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Islamic International School dari jenjang KB sampai dengan SMA pada tahun ajaran 2024-2025. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 orang responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data primer dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui program Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan iklim secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru dan komitmen afektif, mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan iklim secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi komitmen afektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif guru 2) terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif guru3) pengaruh komitmen afektif secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru 4) tidak terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru 5) terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru 6) terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui Komitmen Afektif sebagai variable intervening 7) tidak terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui Komitmen Afektif.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Donomulyo Kabupaten Malang adalah salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang telah dipilih sebagai Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan. Program SMK Pusat Keunggulan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan SMK dengan fokus pada kompetensi keahlian tertentu, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja sekolah. Program ini diperkuat melalui kerjasama dan sinergi dengan dunia usaha, industri, dan lapangan kerja. Kemampuan seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugas pembelajaran di sekolah dikenal sebagai kinerja guru. Kinerja guru adalah hasil dari pekerjaannya dan kemampuan serta motivasinya dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas seperti merancang program pembelajaran, mengajar, melakukan evaluasi, dan menganalisis hasil evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi dampak dari beberapa faktor terhadap kinerja guru. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi 1) pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) yang menggunakan pendekatan survei (survey). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Donomulyo, Kabupaten Malang, antara bulan April hingga Mei 2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 41 guru sebagai responden, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan penerapan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama, supervisi kepala sekolah memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kedua, tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Ketiga, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Terakhir, supervisi kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principals’ visionary leadership style, school climate, and interpersonal relationships on teacher productivity. A quantitative approach was employed using a census method, involving all teachers in the population as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that, partially, visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity, while school climate and interpersonal relationships do not show a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, visionary leadership, school climate, and interpersonal relationships have a significant influence on teacher productivity. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.547 indicates that 54.70% of the variance in teacher productivity can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the critical role of principals’ visionary leadership as the dominant factor in enhancing teacher productivity, as well as the importance of strengthening school climate and interpersonal relationships as supporting factors for sustaining teacher performance in the long term.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research employed a quantitative approach using non-probability purposive sampling, involving 30 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 to assess validity, reliability, and structural relationships. The findings reveal that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on teacher performance or motivation, and organizational culture does not directly influence teacher performance. However, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, and motivation significantly influences teacher performance. The mediation analysis indicates that motivation does not significantly mediate the relationship between leadership style or organizational culture and teacher performance. These results highlight that teacher motivation plays a central role in improving performance, implying that educational management should prioritize strategies that strengthen motivational factors alongside developing effective leadership practices and supportive organizational cultures.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of work-life balance and supervisor support on turnover intention, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable among employees of PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Sertifikasi. Grounded in social exchange theory and organizational behavior perspectives, this research addresses employee retention issues within a state-owned enterprise context. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data was collected from 80 employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results demonstrate that work-life balance and supervisor support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance also exerts a significant direct effect on turnover intention. However, supervisor support and job satisfaction do not significantly affect turnover intention. Furthermore, mediation analysis confirms that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the independent variables and turnover intention. These findings indicate that turnover intention in public sector organizations is shaped not only by attitudinal factors but also by structural and organizational conditions. This study contributes to the empirical development of human resource management literature and provides managerial implications for strengthening employee retention strategies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, trust, perceived usefulness, security, and service features on customers’ decisions to use Internet Banking. The research employed a quantitative, associative research design to examine causal relationships among variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 bank customers who had previously used Internet Banking services. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by statistical software to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on customers’ decisions. The results show that knowledge, trust, perceived usefulness, security, and service features each have a positive and significant effect on customers’ decisions to use Internet Banking. Among these variables, perceived usefulness was found to be the most dominant factor influencing adoption decisions. The simultaneous test also indicates that all independent variables collectively have a significant effect on customers’ decisions to adopt Internet Banking services. These findings imply that improving customers’ understanding of digital banking, strengthening system security, building customer trust, and enhancing service features are essential strategies for increasing the adoption of Internet Banking services.
