Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara  motivasi belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI mata diklat membuat dokumen di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus tahun ajaran 2011/2012 serta seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi, dimana semua siswa kelas XI jurusan administrasi perkantoran menjadi objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas angket, didapatkan bahwa 40 soal yang diuji cobakan kepada 30 responden terdapat 32 soal yang valid, karena memiliki rhitung> rtabel = 0,361, sisanya terdapat 3 soal yang tidak valid, karena memiliki rhitung< rtabel = 0,361, 8 soal yang tidak valid tersebut tidak digunakan dalam pengambilan data karena sudah terwakili dari item pertanyaan yang lain. Sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai Cronbach’s Alpha pada variabel Motivasi Belajar (X1) sebesar 0,814 dan variabel Fasilitas Belajar (X2) sebesar 0,745, sehingga kedua variabel tersebut dikatakan reliabel dan dapat digunakan dalam penelitian karena nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60. Student learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between motivation and learning facilities for class XI students' eyes on vocational education and training to make the documents of the Holy Mejobo PGRI 1 academic year 2011/2012 as well as how big the impact on learning outcomes. This study is a population study, in which all students majoring in office administration class XI becomes the object of research. Based on the results of testing the validity of the questionnaire, found that 40 questions that tested the 30 respondents there were 32 questions are valid, because it has rhitung> rtabel = 0.361, the rest are three questions that are not valid, because it has rhitung <rtabel = 0.361, 8 questions that are not valid is not used in data collection because it has been represented from the item you another question. As for the reliability test Cronbach's Alpha values ​​obtained on Motivation variable (X1) of 0.814 and Learning Facility variable (X2) of 0.745, so that the two variables are said to be reliable and can be used in the study because the value of Cronbach's alpha> 0.60.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK NU 01 Kendal baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran sebanyak 94siswa.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis.Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK NU 01 Kendal baik secara simultan maupun parsial.  Preparation to studyis the basic need that must be done by students Office Equipment learning outcomes. Learning readiness can be influenced by learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media. The problem of this study:Was there are any influence of learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media toward the 10th grade students’ learning readiness of OfficeAdministration in managing Office Equipment in SMK NU 01 Kendal. The population were 10thgrade student of Office Administration at SMK NU 01 Kendal, they were 94 students. The data were collected by questiononaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by percentage desciptive analiysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and SPSS analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the equation Y = 7.472 + 0.163X1 + 0.155X2+ 0.369X3, with F test was obtained F =  16.278 with a significance 0.000 and less than 0.05. Simultaneously, the influence of learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media toward the 10th grade students’ learning readiness was35.2%. Partially, the influence of learning resources toward the 10th grade students’ learning motivation was4.45%, 5.71% and the learning discipline and influence of learning media 6.35%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tulis Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 180 (seratus delapan puluh) perangkat desa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling, berjumlah 125 (seratus dua puluh lima) orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase, asumsi klasik dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y= 1.575+ 0,326X1+ 0,204X2+ 0,418X3. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikan 0,000. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel fasilitas kantor diperoleh signifikansi 0,000, variabel motivasi kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,010 dan variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,000. Sehingga H1, H2, H3, dan H4 dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) antara fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa sebesar 0, 759 atau 75,9%The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline tool perfomance employees Tulis regency of Batang district. The population in this research were 180 (one hundred and eighty) employees in the district of Tulis Batang. Then, the sample were 125 (one hundred and twenty-five) employees which were taken by using Proportional Random Sampling. This research used questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, and regression. The result of this study based on doubled linear regression analysis showed that the equation: Y= 1.575+ 0,326X1+ 0,204X2+ 0,418X3. F-test showed that the significance was 0.000. Partially, the variable of office facilities showed that the significance was 0.000, the variable of work motivation showed that the significance was 0.010, lastly, the variable of work discipline showed that the significance was 0.000 so H1, H2, H3, dan H4 was accepted. Simultaneously, the coefficient (R2) among facilities, work motivation, and work discipline tool perfomance employees was 0.759 or 75,9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kualitas pelayanan sub bagian tata pemerintahan pada pembuatan kartu keluarga (KK) di kantor kecamatan Mirit kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga di kecamatan Mirit tahun 2014 berjumlah 11.737orang pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 pengunjung yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 9.499 + 0.222X1 + 0.449X2 + 0.305X3. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi 0,000. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,011, variabel kompetensi pegawai diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 dan variabel fasilitas kantor diperoleh signifikansi 0,022, sehingga H1, H2, H3, dan H4 dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) antara disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,577 atau 57,7%.The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Work Discipline, Employee Competence and Office Facilities toward the Quality of Services Sub-Division on the Quality of Governance in Family Card (KK) at Mirit Sub-district Office, Kebumen Regency. The population of this research were 11.737 head of family year 2014 in Mirit Sub-district. The samples were 100 visitors which based on formula Slovin. The data were collected by questionnaire and documentation, interview and observation . After that, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, and doubled regression. The result of this study based on doubled linear regression analysis showed that the equation: Y = 9.499 + 0.222X1 + 0.449X2 + 0.305X3. The F-test showed that the significance was 0.000. Partially, the variable of work discipline showed that the significance was 0.011, the variable of employee competence showed that the significance was 0.000, lastly, the variable of office facilities showed that the significance was 0.000 so H1, H2, H3, dan H4 was accepted. Simultaneously, the coefficient (R2) among work discipline, employee competence and office facilities toward the quality of services’ performance was 0.577 or 57.7%.

Abstract

Saat ini listrik menjadi hal penting dan keberadaannya menjadi pendukung untuk mewujudkan suatu pembangunan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Pekalongan, peneliti menemukan bahwa masih terdapat ketidakpuasan dari pelanggan.adakah pengaruh kompetensi pegawai, kepribadian pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pelayanan di Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Sampel  pada penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kompetensi pegawai, kepribadian pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pelayananmemiliki pengaruh secara simultan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000< 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial juga memiliki taraf signifikansi 0,000< 0,05. Hanya variabel lingkungan kerja yang memiliki taraf signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari siswa kelas X AP 1 SMKN 2 Semarang dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran drill melalui Typing Master dan Ms. Word berbantuan media job sheet.  Faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan mengetik 10 jari siswa yang meliputi aspek kecepatan, ketepatan dan kerapihan. Rancangan penelitian terdiri dari tiga siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah  instrumen tes dan instrumen non tes (observasi). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran drill melalui typing master dan Ms. Word berbantuan media job sheet pada kelas X AP 1. Tingkat keterampilan mengetik 10 jari siswa pada siklus I berada pada rata-rata skor 15,44 (kurang terampil) dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 61%, pada siklus II skor rata-ratanya meningkat menjadi 17,75 (cukup terampil) dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 72% kemudian pada siklus III skor rata-ratanya meningkat lagi menjadi 20,78 (terampil) dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 89%.The purpose of this study was to determine the ten-finger typing skills improvement of class X AP 1 SMKN 2 Semarang in application of drill learning methods through Typing Master and Ms. Word media-aided job sheet. The examined factor in this study is a ten-finger typing skills of students which include aspects of net speed, accuracy and neatness. The study’s design consisted of three cycles each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection method in this study is documentation, observation and tests. The instrument used was the instrument test and non-test instrument (observation). The data analysis in this study was using descriptive method percentage. The results showed there is ten-finger typing skills improvement with drill learning methods through Typing Master and Ms. Word media-aided job sheet on the class X AP 1. Level of ten fingers typing skills of students in the first cycle is at an average score of 15.44 (less skilled) with mastery learning outcomes 61%, in the second cycle the average score increased to 17.75 (quite skilled) with 72% mastery learning outcomes later in the third cycle the average score increased to 20.78 (skilled) with mastery learning outcomes 89%

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penerapan sistem moving class dan motivasi belajarterhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran siswa kelas XI secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran tahunajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 105 siswa. Peneliti mengambil teknik sensus, yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebagaiobjek penelitian. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan sistem moving class (X1), motivasi belajar (X2)dan hasil belajar (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda diperolehpersamaan Y = 6,164+0,883X1+0,300X2+ e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan antara penerapan sistem moving class danmotivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 51,8%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial penerepan sistem moving classsebesar 28,84% dan motivasi belajar sebesar 10,63%.The problem that had been studied in this research is whether there is influence of moving class implementation and learning motivation towardeleventh grade students’ achievement of introductory office administration lesson simultaneously and partially. The population that had beenstudied in this research is eleventh grade students of office administration major in the academic year of 2014/2015, as many as 105 students. Theresearcher took a census technique which take the whole population as the object of the research. An investigated variable in this research is theimplementation of moving class system (X1), learning motivation (X2), and the result of the study (Y). The data were collected usingquestionnaireand documentation. The analysis of the data is usingdescriptive analysis and bifiliar regression analysis. The result of the linearregression analysis obtained an bifilar equation of Y = 6,164+0,883X1+0,300X2+ e. There is a simultaneously effect between the implementation ofthe moving class and the learning motivation toward the result of the study as much as 51,8%, while the influence of implementation moving classsystem parially achieves 28,84% and learning motivation as much as 10,63%.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh disiplin belajar, fasilitas beajar dan penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus program keahlian administrasi perkantoran yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -1507,9 + 25,787X1 + 28,961X2 + 17,638X3. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin belajar, fasilitas belajar dan penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master secara simultan terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 55,6%, ada pengaruh disiplin belajar secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 24,90%, ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 19,01% dan ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 9,49%. The problem in this tudy is there any effect of discipline study, facilities study, and the using of learning media of typing master of the speed typing 10 finger blind in Grade of Office Administration Program in SMK PGRI 1 of Mejobo Kudus. The population in this study is all of students in X Grade of Office Administration Program in SMK PGRI 1 of Mejobo Kudus which amounts to 60 students. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is using the questionnaires, test, interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result obtained by multiple linear regression analysis was equation Y = -1507,9 + 25,787X1 + 28,961X2 + 17,638X3. The Conclusions of this study is there is the effect of discipline study, facilities study, and the using of learning media of typing master simultaneously to the speed typing 10 finger is 55,6%, there is the effect of discipline study partially to the speed typing 10 finger is 24,90%, there is the effect of facilities study partially to the speed typing 10 finger is 19,01% and there are the effect of the using of learning media of typing master partially to speed typing 10 finger is 9,49%.

Abstract

Pegawai tata usaha memiliki tugas-tugas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan banyak orang di lingkungan sekolah. Observasi awal yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) masih kurang. Melalui peningkatan kompetensi pegawai diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal pegawai tata usaha di sekolah. Pemanfaatan fasilitas kantor juga diharapkan dapat menunjang standar pelayanan minimal. Selain itu ketersediaan teknologi informasi diharapkan penerapan standar pelayanan minimal dapat semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi infomasi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan SPM pegawai tata usaha.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pegawai (X1), fasilitas kantor (X2) dan teknologi informasi (X3) sebagai variabel bebas serta standar pelayanan minimal (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tata usaha (TU) di SMP Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga, berjumlah 54 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dapat menggunakan regresi berganda bantuan SPSS, asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan standar pelayanan minimal pegawai. Clerical employee has service tasks associated with many people in the school environment. Preliminary observations conducted by researchers showed that the application of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) is still lacking. By improving the competence of employees is expected to meet minimum service standards in school administration employees. The usefullness of office facilities are also expected to support the minimum service standards. Besides the availability of information technology is expected implementation of minimum service standards can be increased. The aim of this riset was to determine whether the employee competence, office facilities, and information technology affect the application of SPM clerical employees.The variables in this riset is the employee competence (X1), office facilities (X2) and information technology (X3) as the independent variable and the minimum service standards (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample in this riset were all employees of administration (TU) in SMP Se-Salatiga, totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used is the method of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques can use multiple regression SPSS, classical assumptions and percentage descriptive analysis. Results of this riset can be concluded that the competence of employees, office facilities, information technology and significant positive effect on the application of minimum service standards of employees.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan keseluruhan daya penggerak dari dalam maupun luar diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Motivasi belajar siswa diantaranya dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa yakni kesiapan belajar dan faktor ekstern yang berasal dari luar diri siswa yakni kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal ada indikasi bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Kendal masih rendah. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 71 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji yaitu kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -14,855+ 0,571X1 + 0,309X2 + 0,519X3 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan antara kesiapan belajar, kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 63,3%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial kesiapan belajar sebesar 38,5%, kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 7,9%, dan lingkungan belajar sebesar 20,25%. Motivation was the entire driving force from within and outside the student who raised learning activities so that the desired objectives could be achieved optimally. Student's motivation was influenced by internal factors that came from within the student's readiness in learning and external factors that came from outside the student that was the professional competence of teachers and the learning environment. Based on the results of the preliminary observations there were several indications that the class X students of Office Administration Program of at SMK N 1 Kendal motivations were remain low. Problems studied in this research were to study whether there were any influence readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn filing subjects simultaneously or partially or not. The purpose of this study was to study whether there were any influences of the readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn filing subjects simultaneously or partially or not. The population studied in this research was class X students of Office Administration Program 2014/2015 academic year as many as 71 students. Variables examined namely the readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers, the learning environment and learning motivation. Data collected by means of questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = -14,855+0,571X1+0,309X2+0,519X3+e. There was a simultaneous effect between readiness in learning, professional competence of teachers and the learning environment on motivation to learn at 63.3%, while the partial effect of readiness in learning by 38.5%, professional competence of teachers by 7.9%, and the learning environment at 20, 25%.
