This research is a qualitative method with the use of a causal approach to see the cause and effect relationship between variables, where the variables used are variables that give influence (independent) and other variables are dependent variables, and the variable involving intervention is a variable. which gives an indirect effect. This study examines E-commerce Shopee food with variables of price, service quality, giving promotion. They had effect to consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. a sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis which is useful in knowing the relationship between each variable. and consumer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the correlation between fuel prices and service tariffs towards customer satisfaction. This study is conducted at post fuel price changes. The sample of this study uses Simple Random Sampling as 86 respondents. The result shows that the biggest factor which gives much impact to customer satisfaction is service tariff variable. The study findings highlight the significant and positive of fuel prices and service tariffs towards consumer service or so-called customer satisfaction.

For culinary service providers, especially soft drinks (ice cream) today, knowing the pattern of buying decisions of consumers is very important. Efforts need to be made to create an expansion strategy so that products can be recognized and consumed by consumers. Mixue as one of these business actors has succeeded in running its business during fierce competition. The Mixue network now spreads throughout all regions in Indonesia as a result of its success in implementing business strategies. This study aims to examine the factors that can influence the decision to purchase Mixue products such as location, price, lifestyle, and brand image as intervening variables as a means of implementing a business expansion strategy. The subjects of this study were Mixue connoisseurs who live in Central Jakarta with a sample size of 150 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses causative quantitative analysis using SEM analysis. The results showed that the location variable dominantly influences purchasing decisions, this proves that Mixue's expansion strategy is focused on increasing Mixue outlets that are affordable to the public, followed by the price variable. The role of brand image is believed to be a determining factor in the expansion strategy as a determinant of indirect influence.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dengan penggunaan pendekatan kausalitas untuk melihat hubungan sebab dan akibat antar variable, dimana variable yang digunakana merupakan variable yang memberi pengaruh( independent) dan variable lainnya merupakan variable yang terpengaurh ( depedent), serta pelibatan variable intervening yakni sebuah variable yang memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung.Penelitian ini meneliti E commerce Shopee food dengan variable harga, kualitas layanan, promosi yang memberikan pengaruh kepada kepuasaan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel sejumlah 64 responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisa jalur yang berguna mengetahui hubungan setiap variable yang ada.Penelitian ini menggunakan Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan ketiga variable yakni harga, kualitas layanana dan promosi terhadap variable kepuasaan layanan dan loyalitas konsumen.

An information system is a system within an organization that collects data management needs, supports operations, has important management and strategy in organizational or institutional activities, and provides reports to certain parties by using computers as a means to access the internet. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the sale of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to improve the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be interpreted as relations between publics, indicating that there are many publics who have to do these relationships, and because there are many publics, it means that there are many relationships. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that they are more efficient, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.

This study is of the quantitative causative kind, meaning that it searches for causal links resulting. The sampling technique used by researchers is a convenience sampling technique where the subject is chosen because of the ease of access and location of the respondent with the researcher while the object under study is one of the closed Transmart branches located at ITC Cempaka Mas. The sample size was 150 people. This study investigates the problem of the closure of numerous Transmart stores. This study hypothesizes that factors such as brand image, pricing, and lifestyle affect consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. The study's conclusions indicate that all of the hypotheses put forth are true, and every variable shown to have a substantial impact on the dependent variable is also accepted.

The issue of environmental damage has become a contemporary issue and a limelight of the world today. To anticipate environmental disasters needed a strategy that can change the paradigm of the community so that people are more literate about the environment and have a high understanding of the importance of the environment. Environmental education exists and is designed to increase students' eco-literacy of environmental problems that occurred during the 21st century and provide efforts in saving the environment. This study aims to determine the geoeco-book learning package to improve the ecoliteracy of alpha generation of elementary school students. Research and Development was chosen by involving 50 students at Cipinang Melayu 04 East Jakarta Elementary School as a randomly selected sample. This geoeco-book learning package refers to the goal of environmental education which emphasizes the process of introducing values and environmental morals by explaining concepts relevant to basic ecological material in order to develop core competence eco-literacy. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests to verify product differences and effectiveness. The results showed that there was an increase in the effective and significant generation of Z generation of students after they learned the learning package. Therefore, even though they are an alpha generation, they have a serious interest in reading and understanding learning packages as products. This is one way to change eco-literacy and expect changes in their attitudes towards the environment that will ultimately be more positive in their environmental behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen, Harga, dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan Kualitas Layanan sebagai variabel intervening pada Kopi Kenangan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data dikumpulkan dari 300 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Kopi Kenangan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Konsumen, Harga, dan Gaya Hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Selain itu, Kualitas Layanan terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara variabel-variabel independen dengan Keputusan Pembelian. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil ini mencakup pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan, penyesuaian strategi harga yang kompetitif, dan upaya branding yang selaras dengan gaya hidup konsumen modern. Dengan demikian, temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi Kopi Kenangan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan.

Dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi administrasi di tingkat akar rumput, pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Word bagi kader PKK Kelurahan Bambu Apus menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kapasitas teknis dan profesionalisme organisasi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali pengurus dan kader PKK dengan keterampilan dasar dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word untuk menyusun laporan harian dan bulanan secara efektif, rapi, dan sesuai standar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan 25 peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan secara tatap muka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teori (100%), kemampuan menggunakan fitur dasar Word (92%), serta keterampilan menyusun laporan (98%). Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi kerja administratif PKK, tetapi juga memperkuat literasi digital dan membuka peluang untuk replikasi kegiatan serupa di wilayah lain. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan guna mendukung transformasi digital organisasi masyarakat secara menyeluruh.

The background of this investigation refers to the unwise human behavior towards the environment that has a significant impact on environmental crises and disasters. This behavior has made the condition of the ecosystem order worse and no longer able to meet the needs of all its components. Therefore, a strategy is needed in transforming human knowledge, attitudes and behavior so that the environment remains sustainable and sustainable. 21st century environmental education comes as a resolution in solving environmental problems. The purpose of this investigation is to provide information to the public about the urgency of 21st century environmental education in achieving SDGs. The method of investigation is Literature Review (LR). Articles used in the review of this paper were obtained from online databases. The results of the investigation obtained are that the implementation of 21st century environmental education responds to challenges and adapts to the needs of society, especially in dealing with environmental crises that occur due to anthropogenic activities. Strategies, approaches, and models of 21st century environmental education are adapted to the needs of society and the development of technology and information. The movement of the environmental education paradigm towards ESD is expected to transform the way of thinking and working towards a green future. The resulting conclusion is that empowering people's knowledge, attitudes and behaviors through 21st century environmental education must be done immediately in order to achieve a balance of environmental quality and the quality of human life.
