Abstract

The employee payroll information system is a system built to simplify and save time so that employee payroll is precise and accurate. Salary is an income as a reward from the employer to the employee for a job or service that has been or is performed and is declared or valued in the form of money determined on the basis of an agreement or legislation and paid on the basis of a work agreement between the employer and the employee including allowances. , both for the employees themselves and for their families. The purpose of this research is to design a payroll system that uses a web-based system so that it can make it easier to manage data and make it easier to analyze reports. The results of the application can make it easier for the employee payroll system to be forwarded to implementation so that this system can be applied for company needs. With the employee payroll system that still uses the manual method, a web-based payroll system is made which is expected to overcome the problems contained in the report, speed up and save the time needed so that performance can be faster and maximal. Making payroll applications for employees of PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Pom used by the author is to use the programming language php and myql as a database to assist in the process of inputting employee payroll data.

Abstract

Pandemic has changed the process of education in the world, it leads to a better approach of learning through an online environment. Unfortunately, most educational institutions are still using conventional approaches in their learning system, in fact, information technology has been growing continuously nowaday, especially mobile applications. This paper presents a collaboration between myclassroom application and google drive to improve student learning environment, especially in providing materials, attendance, assignments and grades based on mobile. This study used a design-based research methodology with a waterfall application development process and a questionnaire to collect feedback from one hundred and twenty-one students on the features and content of myclassroom. The myclassroom application was successfully developed using the Model View Controller concept with databases and google drive collaboration. The application testing has confirmed that myclassroom has been successfully developed and works properly. The result shows that the student learning environment has improved by up to 95%.

Abstract

The convergence of 5G technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to reshape the landscape of the Internet of Things (IoT), paving the way for innovative applications in smart and con-nected environments. This research paper explores the synergy be-tween 5G and AI in the context of IoT, focusing on the transforma-tive impact on various sectors such as healthcare, industrial auto-mation, and smart cities. Through a comprehensive review of exist-ing literature and empirical analysis, this paper highlights the key challenges, opportunities, and technical advancements that arise when integrating 5G and AI technologies within IoT ecosystems. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the implications of this convergence and offers insights into the future direction of research and development in this dynamic field

Abstract

This research introduces a cutting-edge "Voter Data Management Application" tailored for legislative candidates, incorporating the principles of Extreme Programming (XP) to elevate its development and deployment processes. In the dynamic realm of political campaigns, effective voter data management is pivotal for strategizing, targeting, and engaging with constituents. The application embraces XP methodologies to ensure rapid and adaptive development, fostering continuous feedback, collaboration, and responsiveness to evolving campaign dynamics. The XP approach is integrated into the software development life cycle, emphasizing practices such as pair programming, frequent releases, and continuous integration. This not only accelerates the application's time-to-market but also allows for seamless adjustments in response to emerging campaign needs. The iterative nature of XP enhances the adaptability of the Voter Data Management Application, ensuring that it remains aligned with the evolving requirements of legislative campaigns. Key functionalities of the application include efficient data entry for demographic details, voting history, and issue preferences, creating a centralized repository for streamlined access. Advanced analytics tools, developed and refined iteratively, provide dynamic insights into voter behavior, enabling candidates to tailor their messages and outreach strategies. The XP-driven development process also reinforces the application's security measures, ensuring robust protection of sensitive voter information and compliance with privacy regulations. The "Voter Data Management Application" not only serves as a powerful resource for legislative candidates but also displays the benefits of applying Extreme Programming methodologies to political technology. Abstract

This research addresses the research problem of leveraging educational data mining techniques to create personalized learning paths for individual students based on their unique learning styles, preferences, and strengths. The study aims to investigate whether tailoring educational experiences using mined data leads to enhanced academic performance, increased engagement, and a more positive learning experience compared to traditional, non-personalized approaches. Methodologically, the research employs data-driven analyses of diverse student datasets, integrating variables such as academic performance, learning preferences, and individual strengths. The study explores the effectiveness of personalized learning paths facilitated by educational data mining in various educational settings. Ethical considerations related to data privacy and responsible use of mined information are also systematically addressed throughout the research. Results from this research contribute valuable insights into the efficacy of personalized learning strategies driven by data mining, offering implications for educational practices and curriculum design. The study provides a comprehensive examination of the benefits and challenges associated with implementing personalized learning paths, and the results have the potential to inform educational institutions, policymakers, and educators on optimizing learning environments.

Abstract

The Lecturer BKD Files Management Application is a system designed to facilitate digital management of Lecturer Tri Dharma (BKD) files. This application aims to simplify the process of recording, archiving and reporting BKD which is often complicated and time consuming if done manually. With features such as file upload, document search, and archive management, this application allows lecturers to easily manage and track various documents related to their BKD. Apart from that, this application also makes it easy for the administration to verify and monitor lecturers' BKD efficiently. The implementation of this system is expected to increase effectiveness and accuracy in BKD management, as well as reduce the administrative burden faced by lecturers and the administration. This research contributes to the academic community by providing a practical tool that enhances the efficiency of BKD management. The application reduces administrative overhead, minimizes errors associated with manual processes, and improves the transparency and accessibility of BKD records. Furthermore, this study offers insights into the challenges and best practices in developing digital solutions for academic administrative tasks, potentially serving as a model for similar initiatives in other educational institutions

Abstract

FAMILINTA wholesaler, which is located in Kaban jahe, Karo Regency of North Sumatra province, which provides a variety of cigarettes, and household goods, the process of selling goods is still written in the sales record book, in the process to find out and see the stock of available goods must also check one by one. So that it can make a sales management process slow, besides that several things are obstacles with the manual system, one of which is the large amount of data, thus making it complicated to process a sales data The author proposes, an information system to make an easy sales system, such as knowing the stock of available goods, Facilitating sales transactions, and making sales reports using the web, this system can make it easier for wholesale owners to present the amount of stock of goods, sales transactions and sales reports.

Abstract

Agriculture is an activity carried out by humans to produce food or energy sources to manage their environment. In today's development, information technology has increased rapidly in various fields. As in the field of agriculture, information technology also provides many benefits to the community, especially the Garingging farmer group. The problem that occurs with the Garingging farmer group is that there is no application that helps farmer groups in selling agricultural products without going through intermediaries so that farmers selling agricultural products get unsatisfactory prices. The solution taken to solve this problem is to build a marketplace application design to make it easier for farmer groups to sell their agricultural products using several programming applications. The results of the research that has been carried out and the website that has been built is to help farmer groups sell their agricultural products easily so that farmer groups sell agricultural products not through intermediaries but through sellers and buyers in order to get satisfactory prices for farmers.
