Abstract

Jesus is a teacher who sets an example of His teaching to the disciples. The story of the early disciples' vocation provides evidence that Jesus is expertise in personal development. This fact is a moral criticism issue that is not in line with religious values and a challenge to Christian religious education which means the Church work in the educational issue. Through a library research approach, this study aims to explore the pedagogical meaning and methods of Christian religious education in vocational stories (Matthew 4: 18-22, Markus. 1: 16-20, Luke 5: 1-14). The focus is on the pedagogical meaning, methodology and implementation of the teachings of Jesus in the vocational story. The result is an imaginative analogy, a term that affirms the educational meaning of Christian religious and educational methodology where the experience (in the light of) faith is accompanied by acts that are much more effective in Christian religious education. Abstract

Desa Rawabogo, Kecamatan Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung, telah terpilih menjadi Desa Wisata. Terpilihnya desa ini sebagai Desa Wisata bukanlah tanpa alasan. Setiap desa yang terpilih menjadi Desa Wisata tentu memiliki daya tarik wisata yang dapat mengundang wisatawan untuk datang ke desa tersebut. Namun, yang harus dipertimbangkan untuk menjadi Desa Wisata tidak cukup hanya adanya daya tarik wisata tetapi juga adanya fasilitas-fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang memadai yang mendukung dan mempermudah para wisatawan untuk datang ke desa tersebut, misalnya akses jalan yang mudah dan aman, sarana transportasi, dan akomodasi yang terdiri dari fasilitas penginapan dan rumah makan. Banyak hal yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk benar benar menjadi Desa Wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Desa Rawabogo mempersiapkan diri menjadi Desa Wisata. Apabila Desa Rawabogo telah menjadi Desa Wisata yang memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas yang memadai maka akan semakin banyak wisatawan yang datang. Dengan semakin banyaknya para wisatawan yang datang maka perekonomian desa tersebut akan semakin meningkat karena para wisatawan akan memberikan banyak penghasilan bagi masyarakat dari fasilitas penginapan, rumah makan, jajanan, pertunjukan kesenian, kerajinan tangan dan lain-lain yang disediakan oleh desa tersebut. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini jelas adalah peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Rawabogo.Fasilitas-fasilitas yang perlu dilengkapi oleh Desa Rawabogo begitu banyak sehingga tidak mungkin dipenuhi dalam waktu singkat. Ini harus dilakukan secara bertahap. Penelitian ini membantu masyarakat desa untuk melihat kebutuhan apa yang penting dan mendesak untuk dipenuhi demi pengembangan desa tersebut sebagai Desa Wisata. Target khusus penelitian ini adalah membantu masyarakat desa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian, ternyata Rumah Budaya adalah kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu. Dengan demikian, para peneliti dengan dibantu beberapa orang (diantaranya Bapak Bambang, koordinator Gladi Budaya PKH-UNPAR dan Bapak Lilik Alika, salah satu dosen pembimbing Gladi Budaya) membantu mewujudkan Rumah Budaya ini. Dengan demikian, target konkret penelitian ini atau indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdirinya Rumah Budaya. Penelitian ini merupakan wujud pengabdian peneliti kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Mendalami budaya berarti juga mendalami kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal tersimpan rapi dalam (salah-satunya) naskah kuno. Sebagai naskah kuno, Sewaka Darma menyimpan kearifan lokal, terkhusus keutamaan hidup.Sewaka Darma mengisahkan keutamaan hidup bukan sebagai semata-mata tatanan tingkah laku, tetapi sebagai cara bertindak demi tatanan spiritual zaman itu. Tatanan spiritual Sewaka Darma menjadi alas dan dasar bagi tindakan hidup. Kesempurnaan (moksa) menjadi tujuan, dan keutamaan menjadi sarananya. Apa tindakannya ditentukan oleh bagaimana pandangannya.Dengan jelas, Sewaka Darma menyimpan pesan bahwa keutamaan merupakan konsekuensi dari pandangan spiritual. Dari sini, penulis menelusuri metodologi pedagogi sebagai tuntutan ajaran keutamaan. Singkatnya, pandangan spiritual menentukan ajaran keutamaan dan ajaran keutamaan menentukan metodologi pedagogi. Titik akhir ini dirumuskan sebab konteks naskah Sewaka Darma adalah ajaran atau wejangan bagi seorang murid.

Abstract

Research "intensity and sociality of diversity in the environment or work unit", aims to find indications of work effectiveness and the values of diversity in a pluralistic work environment on work optimization and productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a random sampling instrument. The data population is 39 respondents. The correlation of the intensity of diversity values and work practices in a pluralistic environment is the main aspect that supports work effectively both internally and externally. Positive influence supports each person to feel safe, comfortable, and have very good relationships. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that there is a strong and positive correlation between performance and tolerance values in a pluralistic environment with a positive percentage of 93% and 0.7% value deviation that does not support the correlation of the two variables

Abstract

Dialogue is not a mere empty term or theory; it is evident in religious life and even becomes a necessity in the attitude of participation as a knot of kenosis thought (A. Pieris) and Asian theology (C.S. Song). The ideal dialogue model has been narrated in the story of Emmaus' journey which also became a model of the Lord's Supper. Thus, the ideal of dialogue is the story of the Eucharist. Indonesia as part of Asia has its own diversity context. The method in this article is qualitative, using the method of analyzing literature from various figures' thoughts about the dialogue that can be applied in the Indonesian context. As a result, there are four forms of dialogue that can be applied in the context of Indonesia's diversity, by specializing in a dialogue of work and dialogue of life. Abstrak: Dialog bukanlah istilah kosong atau teori belaka; kata ini nyata dalam kehidupan beragama dan, bahkan, menjadi keharusan dalam sikap partisipasi sebagai simpul pemikiran kenosis (A. Pieris) dan teologi Asia (C.S. Song). Model dialog ideal telah dinarasikan dalam kisah perjalanan Emaus yang juga menjadi model perjamuan kudus. Dengan demikian, idealitas dialog adalah kisah perjamuan kudus. Indonesia sebagai bagian dari Asia memiliki konteks keberagamannya sendiri. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis literatur dari berbagai pemikiran tokoh tentang dialog yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks Indonesia. Hasilnya, ada empat bentuk dialog yang bisa diterapkan dalam konteks keberagaman Indonesia, dengan mengkhususkan dialog karya dan dialog kehidupan.

Abstract

The article is a philosophical-theological reflection on an epidemic that is currently endemic throughout the world including in Indonesia, namely the Covid-19 Pandemic. This plague is considered a trigger for suffering everywhere and covers all aspects of human life. By using a qualitative literature approach and descriptive method, the article aims to present a pastoral reflection through the meaning of Jesus' suffering as a way of responding to pandemic events in a Christian context as a whole. In conclusion, reflection on the meaning of Jesus' suffering, including through the Easter celebration, provides positive energy in the life of Christian faith in responding to various difficult situations including the Covid-19 pandemic. AbstrakArtikel merupakan sebuah refleksi filosofis atas sebuah wabah yang se-dang mewabah di seluruh dunia termasuk di Indonesia, yakni Pandemi Covid-19. Wabah ini dianggap sebagai pemicu terjadinya penderitaan di mana-mana, dan mencakup seluruh aspek hidup manusia. Dengan meng-gunakan pendekatan kualitatif literatur dan metode deskriptif, artikel ber-tujuan menghadirkan sebuah refleksi pastoral melalui pemaknaan pende-ritaan Yesus sebagai cara merespon peristiwa pandemik dalam konteks orang Kristen secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulannya, refleksi atas pemakna-an penderitaan Yesus termasuk melalui perayaan Paskah memberikan energi positif dalam hidup beriman orang Kristen dalam merespon berba-gai situasi menyulitkan termasuk pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The management of natural resources in terms of ecological, social and economic functions and maintaining the aesthetic value of an object and the environment by encouraging the quality of the environment and the sustainability of rural life can be a value of pride and identity of a village. “Cipanas” Hot Spring Tourism Object in Subang Village, Subang District, Kuningan Regency is managed by the local Village Business Entity (BUMDes). This tourism destination is one of the village development efforts for the common welfare (bonnum commune) both economically, socially and sustainably, it needs good governance and capital / investment support. This study aims to analyze the investment of visitors or service users of hot springs in the form of willingness to pay using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to estimate the costs to be incurred by visitors, and multiple regression methods are used to analyze these factors. what factors influence the visitor's willingness to pay. This type of research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that: 1) female consumers, middle-aged, have a Bachelor's or Diploma's latest education, have an employee status, and high income have the highest willingness to pay in a price range that is more than the WTP value, 2) Consumers are willing to pay above the price offered because it has the belief that the hot spring tourism area provides many benefits, 3) The average WTP value is greater than the average market price. This shows that there is an excess price that consumers are willing to pay. 4) The factors that significantly influence the willingness to pay for Cipanas hot water tourism are gender and monthly income. In addition, 52% of respondents are willing to pay for the development of a tourist attraction for the hot spring "Cipanas" in Subang Village.

Abstract

Education is colored by a tug-of-war between general education and specialist education where one eye is often directed towards general education. This condition occurs in academic institutions. But in fact, general education delivers students to real humans, namely the development of the overall potential of humans as human beings. Religious Education, one of the general education courses, undoubtedly needs to form a pedagogical paradigm. In this context, the grand theory of education is very important in determining the paradigm of religious education (specifically) or MKDU (in general). Through a qualitative approach with the comparative analysis method, this study examines major theories in education to find their implementation in Catholic religious education. The question is which paradigm or theory contributes paradigmatically to national education in Indonesia? This study uses a qualitative approach. Using the library research method, this study conducted a critical analysis and found that theoretically, the three models described by Robert R. Newton are strong in their strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, in practical terms, the mixed model is a wise step in implementing Catholic Religious education to present faith in the heart and action.

Abstract

Peradaban menuntut penyesuaian karakter generasi bangsa. Dunia digital dalam revolusi industri 4.0 di abad 21 menuntut kompetensi yang relevan. Hoax dan relativitas kebenaran menjadi tantangan bangsa sebab rupanya mampu menghadirkan potensi disintegrasi masyarakat atau bangsa. Dengan metode literatur review, penelitian ini melakukan studi awal tentang fenomena digital dalam kaitannya dengan karakter kebangsaan. Kesadaran digital merupakan karakter khas abad 21 dengan mengedepankan kesadaran kritis dan kompetensi literasi data, teknologi, dan humanitas. Hasil yang ditawarkan adalah bahwa kesadaran digital mampu mengembangkan karakter kebangsaan dalam dunia digital di abad 21. Kata Kunci: Digital, Karakter, kebangsaan, abad 21
