Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi karakter disiplin di PAUD. Ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triagulasi yang memeriksa atau membandingkan beberapa data, termasuk komponen pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan, tindakan yang diambil dalam mengimplementasikan karakter disiplin. Karakter ini tidak dapat berhasil selama tidak ada keberlanjutan dan keselarasan antara lingkungan pendidikan seperti rumah tangga dan keluarga sebagai pembentukan karakter dan lingkungan pendidikan pertama dan utama. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas karakter disiplin dalam pendidikan, implementasi dan evaluasi diperlukan di semua tingkat pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter disiplin dalam pendidikan dapat mengubah sikap dan perilaku guru dan siswa PAUD menjadi lebih baik, misalnya guru dan peserta didik akan berjabat tangan ketika mereka datang atau meninggalkan sekolah, menyelesaikan upacara secara bergantian, tidak ada lebih banyak peserta didik yang datang terlambat atau bolos sekolah. Pengembangan dan implementasi karakter disiplin merupakan tindakan yang harus dilakukan untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang terbiasa berperilaku lebih disiplin.

Abstract

Penguatan pendidikan nilai dalam konteks era global sangat relevan untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang sedang terjadi di negara Indonesia. Diakui ataupun tidak, faktanya krisis moral telah terjadi pada anak-anak yang kelak menjadi penerus bangsa. Melihat betapa krisisnya permasalahan moralitas bangsa Indonesia, maka pendidikan nilai di sekolah menjadi sangat penting untuk dikaji lebih dalam. Proses pembelajaran di ruang kelas merupakan sarana di mana anak menghabiskan waktunya untuk belajar dan berinteraksi. Tidak menutup kemungkinan proses pembelajaran di ruang kelas menjadi sarana yang cocok dan sesuai dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai moral kepada siswa. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan konsep internalisasi nilai moral pada proses pembelajaran di ruang kelas. Dengan memahami konsep internalisasi nilai moral pada proses pembelajaran di ruang kelas diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan pendidikan karakter di persekolahan dan juga dapat merangsang penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi karakter disiplin siswa pada kegiatan menghafal Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Sedunia. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru tahfidz SD Sedunia. Penentuan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan Teknik purposive dengan memilih sejumlah informan yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kegiatan menghafal Al-qur’an merupakan kegiatan yang bisa mengnternalisasi nilai karakter disiplin di sekolah dasar. Guru membuat perencanaan seperti rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, metode dan strategi yang jelas untuk mencapai target capaian hafalan siswa. Tahap pelaksanaan, guru menjaga konsistensi dalam penerapan aturan sekolah maupun kelas. Tahap akhir, guru melakukan refleksi terhadap hafalan dan perilaku disiplin siswa pada tiap pembelajaran. Kegiatan seperti menghafal Al-qur’an, muroja’ah, dan mengikuti aturan mampu menginternalisasi nilai disiplin siswa. Upaya internalisasi nilai disiplin ini tidak terlepas dari keteladanan guru-guru.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is the soul of national education.  Forgetting this creates a gap between ideals and the reality of education.  Without mapping, educational understanding can be fragmented so that education is only seen partially.  The academic challenge is how to map the education, character, and context of the digital age as well as the threat of disintegration of the nation can be done. Using the method of literature review with descriptive analytics, this research reveals the essence of education as character formation. At the end of the study, the answer was presented with three things: character education is a vision of national education, continuing education as the times becomes the general mission of national education, and adaptive implementation supports the development of the nation's character.

Abstract

Indonesian society is known as a nation with pluralism of religious, ethnic, cultural, and ethnic diversity. Various kinds of problems that commonly occur related to the lack of tolerance are still a concern to many parties. This is considered a threat to the nation, especially in terms of diversity in Indonesia. Many social conflicts have occurred due to the issue of inter-faith tolerance in society. In line with education, the Indonesian current curriculum, named Kurikulum Merdeka, has also been present and designed the profile of Pancasila students to develop a stronger character against the challenges of the 21st century. Global diversity is one of the dimensions for presenting respectful and tolerant life in a nation. In this research, there is a discussion about the role of higher education students in anticipating problems related to tolerance values. Therefore, the researcher made observations by collecting some data regarding on how the internalization of tolerance values was integrated into learning activities through moral dilemma discussion as an effort to strengthen the character of students at Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya. An internalization method is a cognitive approach based on Lawrance Kohlberg's theory, considered capable of realizing one's moral reasoning so that it will become the basis of good moral judgment. Therefore, the researcher provides a description of the planning, implementation, and results of internalizing the value of tolerance through moral dilemma discussion.

Abstract

Nurturing the value of love for the motherland is mandatory in higher education, including STIKes students. This study aims to analyze the planning, process, and results of internalizing the character of love for the motherland in prospective health workers through PAI courses at STIKes Karsa Husada Garut College. The research employed a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The study showed that: 1) the planning carried out by PAI lecturers in internalizing the character of patriotism was still in the form of a hidden curriculum, not specifically written in the RPS, 2) the implementation was good enough based on the indicators of the character of patriotism, 3) the results of the internalization of the character of patriotism based on the indicators had been internalized. However, STIKes Karsa Husada needed to make a detailed curriculum regarding the internalization of the character of love for the motherland through PAI courses. Thus, it can be a reference for lecturers in making plans so that implementation and evaluation can be maximized.

Abstract

Responding to the Church's invitation and the increasingly rapid development of the times, this has greatly influenced the development of today's children, resulting in formation changes in the way of formation in each congregation. The aim of this research is: To know and identify a description of the character education model that brings spiritual values to life in the formation of RSCJ nuns. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (RSCJ) in Bandung, West Java and Jakarta. The results of the research carried out are increased self-awareness and spiritual understanding. Intrapersonal intelligence-based character education at RSCJ develops deeper self-awareness in prospective nuns, facilitating a process of introspection that allows them to understand internal emotions, desires, strengths and weaknesses. This increase brings significant spiritual growth, creating a strong foundation for the development of a richer and more meaningful relationship with God. The conclusion of the research carried out is the Development of Spiritual Values with a focus on developing spiritual values such as love, honesty and empathy. This research contribution provides recommendations for prospective nuns to be taught to use introspection and self-awareness as tools to integrate these values into their behavior and decisions, forming a character that is in accordance with spiritual principles.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter sejak usia dini dengan konsistensi dan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari individu saat dewasa. Menanamkan kebiasaan positif sejak usia dini merupakan langkah penting dalam memaksimalkan pendidikan karakter, dengan melibatkan semua elemen sekolah dalam memupuk nilai-nilai baik pada peserta didik. Tingkat satuan pendidikan termasuk sekolah dasar, pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan berdasarkan penentuan prioritas pengembangan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengintegrasian nilai-nilai karakter Pelajar Pancasila berbasis Daarul Qur’an Method dalam Intrakurikuler sekolah. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas dan siswa kelas III. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan trianguasi teknik dan triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka pengintegrasian karakter Pelajar Pancasila berbasis Daarul Qur’an Method dalam Intrakurikuler diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum, manajemen kelas, penggunaan metode pembelajaran, pemebelajaran tematis dalam Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), gerakan literasi, dan bimbingan konseling. Pengintegrasian tersebut melalui beberapa program kegiatan sekolah seperti Khutbatul Iftitah, Festival Muharram, Independence day and excul display, Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW, Outbound, Festival P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) ke 1,  DaQu Edutainment, Tasmi' Al Qur'an, DaQu Camp, DaQu Edutrip,  Language and Earth Day, Spirit of Ramadhan,  Baksos, Ifthar Jama'i, Halal bi Halal, Gerakan Sedekah Nasional, Business Day dan P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) ke 2, DaQu Fest, Tasmi' Week, WTN (Wisuda Tahfizh Nasional).
