Era digitalisasi dan perkembangan Teknologi telah banyak membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan Masyarakat termasuk juga dalam dunia Pendidikan.bagi para pelajar dari kalangan siswa dan mahasiswa di tuntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan teknologi yang memadai agar bisa dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. oleh karena itu dengan adanya kegiatan pegabdian dan sosialisasi ini. tujuan dari kegiatan ini sendiri yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengtahuan dan pemahaman ilmu dan perkembangan teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara mengajar, edukasi dan memberi sedikit pelatihan tentang pengunaan teknologi Dan hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan mengajar dan edukasi ini siswa dan siswi diharapkan mampu untuk memahami perkembangan teknologi serta mempelajari akan ilmu teknologi dan menerapkan nya dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu siswa dan siswi terkhusus siswa dan siswi SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan mampu dan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka di bidang perkembangan teknologi dan komputerisasi serta pengetahuan akan dunia digital, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siwa dan siswi dalam ilmu tentang Teknologi.. ABSTRACT The era of digitalization and the development of technology has brought many major changes in people's lives, including in the world of education. Students and students are required to have adequate technological knowledge so they can keep up with the times. Therefore, with this community service and socialization activity. The aim of this activity itself is to increase knowledge and understanding of science and technological developments. Media pemasaran secara online telah menghadirkan lembar baru bagi para pengusaha mikro kecil/ pengusaha rumahan dalam tahap menyampaikan, menyebarkan, serta memaparkan sebuah iklan demi menarik peminat pada jejaring media online, website media umum yang biasa digunakan untuk mempromosikan sebuah produk baik dengan skala besar, sedang maupun kecil. Website didalam suatu perusahaan/usaha mikro membantu masyarakat/publik mengetahui dengan mudah apa saja informasi mengenai produk yang akan dipasarkan tersebut. Usaha kecil mikro ini adalah sebuah kegiatan yang prospektif bagi para pengusaha rumahan. Program pkm ini bermitra dengan 2 pengusaha perajin tahu yaitu Bapak Fandy dan Bapak Achmad Sholeh, keduanya adalah pengerajin usaha mikro tahu yang berlokasi di lingkungan Jalan Damai Bakti RT.07, Kr Harapan, Tarakan. Tim pengusul program melakukan observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada para mitra untuk mengidentifikasi apa yang menjadi permasalahan utama. Permasalahan tersebut kemudian disetujui untuk diatasi dengan solusi yang tepat. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah promosi penjualan. Metode pendekatan berdasarkan kesepakatan dengan mitra, penyuluhan akan dilakukan untuk menggalakkan kesadaran perihal kenyamanan dan kesehatan kerja. Penyuluhan tentang management pemasaran, Pembuatan media informasi mengenai produk. Tim pelaksana yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan untuk memastikan kesuksesan program yang diusulkan bagaimana mengatasi problem yang bersangkutan dengan mitra. Untuk menjalankan program ini, dibutuhkan disiplin ilmu teknik komputer dan teknik mesin. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memenuhi ekskalasi perihal media promosi bagi pengusaha kecil/mikro dan dengan adanya survei mengenai usaha mikro yang ada dikota tarakan mampu dengan mudah mendapati kawasan mana saja yang masih manual dalam pengolahan pembuatan tahu dan dapat menjalin kerjasama kedepannya Online marketing media has opened a new chapter for micro-small entrepreneurs/home entrepreneurs in the stage of delivering, spreading, and presenting an advertisement to attract interest in online media networks, a general media website that is commonly used to promote a product of any scale, large, medium or small. The website within a company/micro-enterprise helps the public to easily know all the information about the product to be marketed. This small micro-business is a prospective activity for home entrepreneurs.This PKM program partnered with two tofu craftsmen, Mr. Fandy and Mr. Achmad Sholeh, both of whom are micro tofu entrepreneurs located in the Damai Bakti RT.07, Kr Harapan, Tarakan neighborhood. The program proposing team conducted direct observation and interviews with the partners to identify the main problems. The problems were then agreed to be solved with the right solutions. One of the problems faced by the partners is sales promotion.The approach method based on an agreement with the partners, counseling will be conducted to encourage awareness of comfort and work health. Counseling about marketing management, making media information about the product. An effective and efficient implementation team is needed to ensure the success of the proposed program in how to overcome the problems concerned with the partners. To run this program, it takes the disciplines of computer engineering and mechanical engineering.With this activity, it can meet the escalation of media promotion for small/micro entrepreneurs, and with a survey of micro-enterprises in the city of Tarakan, it is easy to find out which areas are still manual in the processing of tofu making and can establish cooperation in the future

Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become essential tools in the de-cision-making process across various fields. In the context of selecting the chairman of the Computer Engineering Student Association at Uni-versitas Borneo Tarakan, the use of DSS is also highly relevant and beneficial. The MOOSRA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method has been chosen as the approach to implement this decision support system. This study aims to apply the MOOSRA method in the implementation of a web-based decision support system for the selection of prospective chairpersons of the Computer Engineer-ing Student Association at Universitas Borneo Tarakan. The MOOSRA method is utilized to consider several criteria, such as leadership skills, communication abilities, dedication, and organizational experience. In this research, the use of MOOSRA is combined with web technology to enhance the efficiency and quality of the candidate selection process. The MOOSRA method offers a structured and objective approach to evaluating candidates for the chairmanship. This approach involves ratio analysis and multi-objective optimization to produce better out-comes. The results of this study are expected to facilitate a fairer and more objective selection process, as well as to improve student satisfac-tion within the Computer Engineering Student Association at Universi-tas Borneo Tarakan.

Universitas Borneo Tarakan (UBT) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang berada di Kalimantan Utara tepatnya berada di kota Tarakan. UBT merupakan perguruan tinggi negeri yang paling banyak diminati di wilayah Kalimantan Utara sampai dengan saat ini. UBT memiliki 3 tingkatan yang dikukuhkan yaitu D3, S1 dan S2 dengan beberapa jurusan di dalamnya. Setiap Tahun ajaran baru UBT dalam menyelenggarakan penerimaan calon mahasiswa mempunyai 3 jalur resmi pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru, jalur pertama pada penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan tinggi negeri (SNMPTN), jalur kedua yaitu melalui Ujian Tertulis Berbasis Komputer-Seleksi bersama masuk perguruan tinggi negeri (UTBK-SBMPTN) dan jalur ketiga yaitu melalui Seleksi Masuk Universitas Borneo Tarakan (SMUBT) pola mandiri. Pada pola mandiri terdiri ini dari dua tahap, tahap I berdasarkan nilai dari utbk-sbmptn dan tahap II berdasarkan tes ujian berbasis komputer. Pada seleksi tahap II, UBT ingin memfasilitasi calon mahasiswa baru yang akan mendaftar baik itu yang berada di kota Tarakan maupun yang berada di luar daerah kota Tarakan, supaya dapat lebih mudah untuk mendaftarkan diri mereka dengan cara yang tidak merepotkan. Mereka tidak harus datang ke kantor administrasi UBT. Pada penelitian ini penulis menerapkan sebuah rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru menjadi lebih efisien, efektif dan terkomputerisasi berbasis online menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Pengelolaan website Desa Kelubir secara mandiri tentu memberikan kemudahan dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan informasi dan promosi potensi desa. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini mengusulkan tentang “Digitalisasi Informasi dan Promosi Potensi Desa Melalui Pengembangan Website Desa”. Metode pelaksanaan berbasis PAP (Project Action Plan) dengan tahapan: survei lokasi, pembuatan website, dan workshop pengelolaan website, serta metode pengujian berdasarkan empat indikator. Hasil survei menunjukkan desa Kelubir telah memiliki akses internet, tetapi masih belum memiliki website. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh persentase keberhasilan pembuatan tampilan website sebesar 100%, persentase kehadiran peserta dalam workshop sebesar 86,7%, dan persentase ketersampaian materi sebesar 100%. Kemudian berdasarkan observasi, kemampuan peserta dalam memahami materi dan mengisi konten web dinilai baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital bagi perangkat dan warga desa dalam mengisi konten website desa secara mandiri.

This community service is carried out at SMPN 14 Tarakan. This service activity aims to increase the digital literacy of junior high school students by using ICT-based learning media. This service activity has the aim of realizing that students at SMPN 14 Tarakan have basic knowledge in the field of technology, especially in the IT field. This activity is carried out in the form of socialization regarding technological advances in the current digital era which makes everyone have to adapt to these technological developments and the impact of these developments. this technology in the world of education as well as an introduction to internet of things technology, how the internet works and smart ways to use the internet, as well as an introduction to professions in the IT world. The final outcome that will be achieved from this service activity is increasing students' abilities in using computers as a tool for developing students' creativity in the world of education, apart from that, students also have literacy in the world of technology. The final outcome of this service activity is the publication of the results of this service in a service journal. This service activity is carried out in two stages, namely: The first stage is the planning and preparation stage. At this stage, an analysis of student needs is carried out as well as preparation of learning materials and methods. The second stage is the implementation stage. At this stage, students are socialized about digital literacy. This training uses ICT-based learning media, such as videos, animations and simulations.The results of this service show that the digital literacy of students at SMPN 14 Tarakan increased after attending the training. This study aims to design and develop interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) for solar system material, targeting sixth-grade students at SDN 012 Tarakan. The media development was carried out using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This media was created using the Unity and Vuforia SDK platforms, equipped with 3D objects and audio explanations to aid student understanding. The study involved 26 sixth-grade students through purposive sampling. The material presented included an introduction to the eight planets, the Sun, and the Moon. whereas the functionality test (Blackbox Testing) revealed that 16 application features functioned well. The media expert validation results obtained an average score of 94%, and the material expert validation reached 81.66%, both of which were in the very feasible category. Student responses were also very positive, with an average of 96.09%. Thus, this AR-based learning media is deemed effective, engaging, and suitable for use in the learning process at SDN 012 Tarakan.
