Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the manufacturing sector in Yogyakarta. Financial performance in this study was measured using Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turnover), and Profitability (Return on Assets). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research sample consists of 50 active manufacturing MSMEs selected purposively during the period 2022 to 2024. Data is collected through questionnaires and financial statement documentation. The results of the study show that the ratio of activity and profitability has a significant effect on business growth, while the ratio of liquidity and solvency has no significant effect. These findings show that operational efficiency and profit-generating ability are key factors in driving MSME growth. This research contributes to MSME actors in improving financial management, as well as being the basis for local governments in designing sustainable financial training programs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with the services provided by the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Department. This study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes surveys as the method for data collection. The population for this research consists of institutions, communities, or individuals who receive services from the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Department, while the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which involves selecting subjects based on specific criteria or objectives. The validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using SPSS software, and the data analysis technique employed was the analysis of the Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) based on the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The results of this research indicate that the level of public satisfaction with the services at the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Department is reflected in a Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) score of 89.30, indicating a very high quality of service.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the growing use of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly Shopee, which has become one of the most popular online shopping platforms. Shopee offers numerous advantages such as a wide variety of payment methods, attractive promotions, and fast delivery services. However, the platform still faces challenges in service quality and complaint handling, which can negatively impact user satisfaction. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the influence of service quality and trust on user satisfaction among Shopee users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active users of the Shopee application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that both service quality and trust significantly influence user satisfaction. These variables, both partially and simultaneously, contribute positively to users’ overall satisfaction with Shopee. Service quality aspects—such as responsiveness, reliability, and ease of use—along with trust factors—such as platform credibility and transaction security—play a critical role in shaping user perceptions and satisfaction. These results highlight the importance for e-commerce platforms like Shopee to continually improve service delivery and build customer trust as key strategies to enhance user experience, encourage customer loyalty, and remain competitive in the dynamic digital marketplace.

Abstract

Cooperatives play a vital role in driving national economic growth through the application of the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. One cooperative that has significantly contributed to improving community welfare is the Sangosay Credit Cooperative, which operates in the East Nusa Tenggara region. However, in the 2019–2023 period, this cooperative experienced fluctuations in financial performance due to imbalances in capital structure and cash flow, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and cash flow on the financial performance of the Sangosay Credit Cooperative. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis based on secondary data from five years of financial statements. The results of the analysis indicate that partially, capital structure and cash flow have a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect with a calculated F value of 7.421, which is greater than the F table of 0.955 and a significance level of 0.050. These findings confirm that effective management of capital structure and cash flow plays a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and improving the operational efficiency of cooperatives.
