Abstract

Abstract– The purpose of the study was to find out the connectedness between celebrity endorsers and the purchasing behaviour of booming beauty products advertised by celebrity with initial FA. The technique of sampling or determination in this study is to use accidental sampling. In this study, data analysis techniques using Pearson Product Moment which aims to find correlation or relationship between celebrity endoser and X product purchasing behavior. This study will use SPSS for windows version 25.0 help to perform correlational calculations. The results of this study showed the significance of both variables namely celebrity endorser with purchasing behavior is 0.000 and less than 0.005 (Sig. < 0.005), pearson correlation value indicates a value of 0.744. This indicates that the relationship of the two variables in this study is significantly related and categorized as strong. The contribution of celebrity endorser factor (variable x) to purchasing behavior (variable y) was 59.9%. Abstrak– Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterhubungan antara celebrity endorser dengan perilaku pembelian dari produk kecantikan yang sedang booming yang diiklankan oleh selebgram FA. Teknik pengambilan atau penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan accidental sampling. Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencari korelasional atau adanya hubungan antara celebrity endoser dengan perilaku pembelian produk X. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 25.0 untuk melakukan perhitungan korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kedua variabel yaitu celebrity endorser dengan perilaku pembelian adalah 0,000 dan kurang dari 0,005 (Sig. < 0,005), nilai pearson correlation menunjukkan nilai 0,744. Hal ini menandakan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel pada penelitian ini berhubungan secara signifikan dan dikategorikan kuat. Kontribusi faktor celebrity endorser (variabel x) terhadap perilaku pembelian (variabel y) adalah sebesar 59,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kemandirian belajar mahasiswa baru jurusan Psikologi. Schunk dan Zimmerman (1989) menjelaskan bahwa individu yang memiliki self regulated learning secara metakognisi, motivasional dan behavioral ikut aktif dalam proses belajar individu dengan sendirinya memulai belajar secara langsung untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keahlian yang diinginkan tanpa bergantung pada guru, orang tua dan orang lain. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa baru jurusan Psikologi menggunakan skala yang disusun mandiri oleh penulis dengan mengembangkani dari teori Zimmerman. Skala tersebut memiliki koefisien reliabilitas 0,917 dengan total item sebesar 39 aitem. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Total subjek penelitian sebanyak 140 mahasiswa baru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 71,42% mahasiswa terkategori sedang, 15 % yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan 13,57% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Usia remaja merupakan tahapan awal dimana anak harus belajar mengambil keputusan dalam mempersiapkan masa depannya. Namun, muncul permasalahan yang kerapkali dialami peserta didik kelas XII ialah: kebingungan, keraguan, dan kurangnya informasi mengenai jurusan yang berkaitan dengan tujuan karir masa depannya. Berdasarkan problematika tersebut solusi yang tepat ialah berupa pengelolaan strategi self-management guna membantu peserta didik kelas XII dalam mengelola dan mengenali dirinya. Tujuan dilakukan strategi manajemen diri ini ialah membantu memanajemen diri, memahami dan membantu mengelola diri, mengelola karir, studi lanjut, dan membantu dalam memecahkan masalah dalam fase sekolah puncak menuju perencanaan masa depan. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan ialah partisipasi aktif, di mana metode ini akan melibatkan mitra kerja mulai dari penentuan prioritas masalah yang akan ditangani beserta identifikasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi, seminar, pelaksanaan tes, dan pendampingannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didasarkan pada beberapa komponen yakni: (a) keberhasilan target jumlah peserta; (b) ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan; (c) ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan; dan (d) kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi. Menigkatknya penguasaan materi diketahui melalui hasil pre-test dan post-test. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan self-management strategies tersebut sangat efektif bagi peserta didik kelas XII SMA Trensains. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya kedisiplinan, mengubah perilaku, membantu meningkatkan konsep diri positif pada diri peserta didik, dan memberikan citra positif bagi sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and innovative work behavior in MSME owners (Micro, Small, Medium Business) who are members of the Surabaya E-UKM community. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The population used is the owner of MSMEs in the culinary field who are members of the E-UKM Community, while the sampling technique uses total sampling, so that a total of 85 samples are obtained which will be divided by 30 to take part in the tryout and the remaining 55 will be used as research subjects. The results of the data analysis test were processed using the Pearson product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 24 software for windows. The results of the hypothesis test show that the correlation coefficient (r=0.856)  with a sig. 0.000 (Sig<0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between adversity quotient and innovative work behavior. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) also states the direction of a positive relationship which means that the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the innovative work behavior of the culinary sector MSME owners in the Surabaya E-UKM community.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to assist the implementation of self-management strategy for students in SMA A. Wahid Hasyim at Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. This is a form of contribution to educational institutions, at the high school level, especially as a form of strategy in self-management of students who are in the final grade class. The targets of this community service are students and homeroom teachers of class XII SMA A. Wahid, Pesantren Tebuireng. The self-management strategy is carried out as an effort to improve time efficiency and self-preparation in forming good self-management by applying self-management methods career management methods, and problem-solving skills. This service activity is carried out by two types of activities that take place simultaneously on September 21 and 22, 2022. The method used is training, the training method has three stages through identification, socialization and evaluation. Follow-up in community service activities at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng is a measure of the success of students who are able to manage themselves by testing their academic potential.

Abstract

Implementing social distancing caused consumers to take care of their beauty and body care because they had more time at home, resulting in increased purchasing decisions for beauty care products. Purchase decisions have five aspects: need recognition, search for information, alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. In the search for Information process, electronic word of mouth is the most helpful information because it is independent and has relevant information for consumers. This study aimed to see the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions of the user of beauty products X. This study used associative quantitative research techniques. One hundred participants were selected purposively to be the samples of the study. The data were taken using a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.00. The analysis result obtained a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, the Electronic Word of mouth influences the Purchase Decision variable of the user of beauty product X

Abstract

Psychology students are required to have competence in the field of psychological assessment. This competency includes administering tests, giving instructions, and scoring test results. However, the time provided by the campus for providing psychological assessment practices for students is not sufficient for developing these competencies, especially during a pandemic where lectures are conducted online. Lack of insight, knowledge, and skills regarding the use of psychological assessment tools is an obstacle for them to find work in the future. The goal to be achieved is to increase students' competence and insight in using psychological assessment tools. The method used is divided into three stages: online material debriefing, offline training, and practice. The first series of activities was attended by as many as 83 participants, while in the second activity, there were as many as 29 participants with psychology student or alumni status. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out are that students experience an increase in competence in psychological assessment tools. Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi di masa modern yang sangat pesat ini mampu mempengaruhi pergaulan pelajar SMK dengan teman atau kelompok sebayanya, tidak terkecuali nilai hidup materialisme dapat tumbuh dalam diri pelajar SMK seiring dengan perkembangan dan pergaulannya. Hal ini yang mendasari beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi antar anggota kelompok teman sebaya di SMK X, sehingga menarik perhatian peneliti mengetahui lebih dalam lagi bagaimana hubungan antara perilaku social comparison dengan materialisme di SMK X. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social comparison dengan materialisme pada pelajar di SMK X Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelajar SMK X jurusan administrasi perkantoran dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden. Instrumen yang dugunakan berupa skala social comparison dan skala materialisme. Pada tahapan analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis korelasi product moment. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang dihasilkan berdasarkan analisis hasil yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,710 (r=0,710) dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (p<0,05) artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara social comparison dengan materialisme pada pelajar SMK X di Kota Kediri. Kata Kunci: materialisme, social comparison, remaja Abstract The development of technology in modern times has been able to influence the association of vocational students with their friends or peer groups, including the value of life materialism that can grow in vocational students along with their development and interactions. This is what underlies some of the problems that occur between peer group members at SMK X, thus attracting the attention of researchers to find out more about the relationship between social comparison behavior with materialism at SMK X. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social comparison with materialism. to students at SMK X Kediri. The research method used is quantitative. Respondents used in this study were students of SMK X majoring in office administration with a total of 100 respondents. The instruments used are social comparison scale and materialism scale. At the data analysis stage in this study using the product moment correlation analysis method. The correlation coefficient value generated based on the analysis of the results that has been carried out shows a value of 0.710 (r = 0.710) with a significant level of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable, there is a significant relationship between social comparison with materialism in SMK X in Kediri. Abstract

Abstrak Safety performance karyawan menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam keselamatan kerja di perusahaan, terutama bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konstruksi dan memiliki potensi kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi terkadang membuat karyawan kurang fokus terhadap komponen keselamatan kerja yang ada. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara job demands dengan persepsi terhadap safety performance pada karyawan di Divisi Kapal Perang PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana peneliti hanya melibatkan karyawan yang bekerja secara langsung di lapangan serta berstatus pekerja tetap. Penelitian ini melibatkan 73 orang dengan rincian 32 karyawan digunakan untuk tryout dan 41 karyawan digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Skala yang dibuat disusun berdasarkan teori masing-masing variabel dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara job demands dengan persepsi terhadap safety performance pada karyawan Divisi Kapal Perang PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Hubungan kedua variabel yang searah dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi job demands maka semakin tinggi pula persepsi terhadap safety performance karyawan. Kata Kunci: job demands, safety performance, persepsi, karyawan Abstract Employee safety performance is one of the important factors in work safety in companies, especially for companies engaged in construction and have a high potential for work accidents. High job demands sometimes make employees less focused on the existing work safety components. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between job demands and perceptions of safety performance among employees in the PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) Warship Division. This study used a purposive sampling technique in which the researcher only involved employees who worked directly in the field and had permanent status. This study involved 73 people with details of 32 employees used for tryouts and 41 employees used for data collection. The scale made is compiled based on the theory of each variable and analyzed using the help of IBM SPSS 22 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between job demands and perceptions of safety performance in the PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) Warship Division employees. Unidirectional relationship between the two variables means that the higher the job demands, the higher the perception of employee safety performance.
