Abstract

In this study is an extracurricular student of SMA Negeri 1 Blega, Learning about the basic passing technique because passing up is one technique that is very simple and easy. Passing over to feed and pass the ball to a friend or team to generate points. So passing this is taught to students extracurricular at SMA Negri 1 Blega and easier to learn passing up because the required energy is not too large so that in a short time it can master. This type of research is a type of pre-experiment research of one groups pretest posttest design. The sample uses 20 extracurricular students. Techniques of collecting data using test techniques. For upper passing ability instrument use passing top measurement test based on AAHPER instrument volunteer skill test theory. Based on the result of research and discussion about the effect of passing exercises wall reflections on the ability passing over students extracurricular SMA Negri 1 Blega. At SMA Negri 1 Blega in the category of both students extracurricular with test result of pretest and posttest normality that the value of 0.268> 0.05 and the value of posttest 0.072> 0.05 and there are homogeneity test results with significant value of 0.276> 0.05 so that the data is homogeneous. And the second using homogeneity test with significant value 0.889 so that the data is homogeneous. The third is using the statistical test or t test, t test results obtained t count value of -5.314 and the value of t table (0,05) (19) equal to 0,95 with significant level 0,00. Therefore t value greater than t table (-9,787 <0,95), it can be concluded that be found influence of reflection of the wall and increase passing up on students extracurricular at SMA Negri 1 Blega

Abstract

In collective decision-making, a phenomenon known as "groupthink" can happen when individuals of the group have a tendency to agree with the majority view, even when that view is not supported by reason. The primary objective of this study is to examine how group cohesiveness and leadership affect groupthink and how it affects the standard of decision-making. The outcomes of earlier studies are analyzed in this study using a methodical literature review approach. According to study findings, group cohesiveness and dominant leadership can raise the possibility of groupthink. Two factors contribute to this: (1) Dominant leaders frequently dictate how decisions are made, which limits group members' ability to participate and conduct discussions; and (2) Cohesive groups typically have a high degree of mutual trust, which makes it comfortable for members to voice differing ideas. The effectiveness of the decision-making process might be negatively impacted by groupthink.

Abstract

Nowadays, information technology especially machine learning has been used to evaluate the feasibility of debtors. One of the challenges in this classification model is the occurrence of imbalanced datasets, especially in the German Credit Dataset. Another challenge is developing an optimal model for evaluating debtor eligibility. Based on these challenges, this study aims to develop an optimal model for evaluating debtor eligibility on the German Credit Dataset, using the decision trees, k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) and Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). SMOTE and k-NN is used to overcome challenges regarding imbalanced datasets. While the decision tree are applied to produce a debtor classification model. In general, the steps taken are preparing datasets, pre-processing data, dividing datasets, oversampling with SMOTE, and classification models using decision trees, and testing. Model performance evaluation is represented by accuracy values obtained from the confusion matrix and area under curve (AUC) values generated by the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC). Based on the tests that have been carried out, the best accuracy value in the test is obtained at 73.00% and the AUC value is 0.708, in parameters k = 3 and Max-Depth = 25. Based on the analysis produced, the proposed model can improve performance compared to if the dataset is not applied SMOTE.
