Abstract

  This research aim to: (1) to knowing organizational influence komitmen to internal auditor performance at office BAWASDA in Karisidenan Kedu. (2) knowing influence of locus of control to internal auditor performance at office BAWASDA in Karisidenan Kedu. (3) knowing influence of duty complexity make an audit of to internal auditor performance at office BAWASDA in Karisidenan Kedu. (4) knowing organizational influence komitmen, locus of control, and duty complexity make an audit of to internal auditor performance at office BAWASDA in Karisidenan Kedu. this Research population is entire laboring responder as internal auditor ( Functional Functionary of Auditor) at office BAWASDA in Karisidenan Kedu, with the amount 110 internal auditor. Sampel used in this research 79 internal auditor or Functional Functionary of Auditor in 4 office BAWASDA. technique of sampel by convinance sample. Data collecting use the kuesioner. Test the validity use the technique of product moment, and test the reliabilitas use the Alpha Cronbach>0.60. this Hipotesisi Research use the doubled linear analysis regresi. doubled Linear result of organizational komitmen, locus of control, and duty complexity make an audit of by together have an effect on the signifikan to internal auditor performance by R Square of equal to 55,5%.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out the extent to which the improvement of science learning outcomes for science object material and its measurement by applying the direct instruction learning model through the discussion method. The source of the data for this research is the seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency, with a total of 26 students. This research was carried out in semester 1 of the 2018/2019 academic year for 4 months. The data collected is quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is data obtained from formative test results in each cycle. While qualitative data in the form of observations in each learning cycle. The data obtained is then converted to the success criteria to determine whether student learning outcomes can be seen how the improvement. The results of the study on the application of direct instruction learning models through discussion methods to improve science learning outcomes for science object materials and their measurements, in the pre-cycle 58.27 with 11 completed from 26 students, increased in the first cycle of meeting 1 which was 63.27 with 12 students who completed, in the first cycle of meeting 2, namely 68.27 with 13 students who completed, then in the second cycle of meeting 1 it increased again, namely 74.81 with 16 students who completed from 26 students, in the second cycle of meeting 2 it increased again, namely 87.50 with 24 students who finished from 26 students of class VII SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Bekasi Regency. While the percentage of completeness also increased from pre-cycle 42.31%, increased in the first cycle of the first meeting of 46.15%, in the first cycle of the second meeting of 50%, increased to 61.54% in the second cycle of meeting 1 and increased again to 92 ,31% in the second cycle of meeting 2. From the research data, it was found that there was an increase in learning outcomes of science learning materials for science objects and their measurements in class VII students of SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency after the application of the direct instruction learning model through the discussion method so that it was feasible to be applied in SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu kanker terbanyak sebagai penyebab kematian pada wanita di seluruh dunia, terhitung dengan sekitar 500.000 kasus baru terdeteksi dan 250.000 kematian pada setiap tahunnya. Sekitar 80% kasus terjadi pada negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil dan distribusi kanker serviks pada wanita dengan usia di bawah 40 tahun di RSUD Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto periode Januari 2022 - Desember 2022. Metode: Rancangan deskriptif observasional dengan sampel penelitian adalah semua data rekam medis pasien wanita kanker serviks dengan usia di bawah 40 tahun di RSUD Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto periode Januari 2022 - Desember 2022. Sampel dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dan data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil: Total kasus baru kanker serviks selama periode Januari 2022 -Desember 2022 adalah 285. Penderita kanker serviks pada wanita dengan usia di bawah 40 tahun sebanyak 58 orang dimana mayoritas kelompok usia 30-39 tahun sebanyak 50 orang (86.2 %). Sedangkan pada paritas paling banyak adalah pada kelompok paritas 2-3 sebanyak 33 orang (56.8%). Untuk stadium yang paling dominan mengenai pasien wanita kanker serviks di bawah usia 40 tahun adalah stadium IIIB sejumlah 26 orang (44.8%). NKSCC merupakan gambaran histopatologis yang paling banyak ditemui pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 33 orang (60.3%). Dan Sebagian besar menjalani penanganan kemoradiasi sebesar 43 pasien (74.1 %) Simpulan: Faktor risiko dominan yang didapat pada penderita kanker serviks usia dibawah 40 tahun di RSUD Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto adalah multiparitas. Rata- rata pasien kanker serviks dengan usia di bawah 40 tahun datang di saat stadium lanjut dengan gambaran histopatologi terbanyak adalah Squamous Cell Carcinoma tipe Non Keratinizing

Abstract

In this study is an extracurricular student of SMA Negeri 1 Blega, Learning about the basic passing technique because passing up is one technique that is very simple and easy. Passing over to feed and pass the ball to a friend or team to generate points. So passing this is taught to students extracurricular at SMA Negri 1 Blega and easier to learn passing up because the required energy is not too large so that in a short time it can master. This type of research is a type of pre-experiment research of one groups pretest posttest design. The sample uses 20 extracurricular students. Techniques of collecting data using test techniques. For upper passing ability instrument use passing top measurement test based on AAHPER instrument volunteer skill test theory. Based on the result of research and discussion about the effect of passing exercises wall reflections on the ability passing over students extracurricular SMA Negri 1 Blega. At SMA Negri 1 Blega in the category of both students extracurricular with test result of pretest and posttest normality that the value of 0.268> 0.05 and the value of posttest 0.072> 0.05 and there are homogeneity test results with significant value of 0.276> 0.05 so that the data is homogeneous. And the second using homogeneity test with significant value 0.889 so that the data is homogeneous. The third is using the statistical test or t test, t test results obtained t count value of -5.314 and the value of t table (0,05) (19) equal to 0,95 with significant level 0,00. Therefore t value greater than t table (-9,787 <0,95), it can be concluded that be found influence of reflection of the wall and increase passing up on students extracurricular at SMA Negri 1 Blega

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kesiapan alat ship to shore Crane, dan jumlah kapal sandar terhadap Produktivitas Bongkar muat kapal. Obyek penelitian ini adalah PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh,yaitu seluruh kegiatan bongkar muat di PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kesiapan alat Ship To shore Crane Twinlift dan Ship To Shore Singlelift tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negative terhadapa produktivitas bongkar muat, sedangkan jumlah kapal yang bersandar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas bongkar muat. Jika kesiapan alat Ship To shore Crane Twinlift dan Ship To Shore Singlelift mengalami penurunan, maka volume produktivitas bongkar muat dari PT.Terminal Teluk lamong akan menurun, dan jika jumlah kapal yang bersandar naik maka produktivitas bongkar muat mengalami kenaikan

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to test and analyze the direct and indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). The variables used in this research are leadership as an independent variable, satisfaction as an intervening variable and performance as a dependent variable. This type of research is eksplanatory research. The number of samples used in the research was 32 employees of PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) with the sampling technique used, namely total sampling, where all members of the population are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SmartPLS. The results show that leadership, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction, has a significant and positive influence on the performance of PT employees. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Kepuasan kerja di PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen, kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, dimana semua aggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda).

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor utama yang menjadi penggerak sektor transportasi, serta menjadi pusat dari era Society 5.0. Semakin siapnya SDM juga menjadi salah satu solusi utama untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0; 2) Mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0; dan 3) Merumuskan upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan kesiapan SDM di sektor transportasi dalam menyambut era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form, sedangkan data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan dokumen yang memuat informasi mengenai sektor transportasi di Indonesia dalam kaitannya dengan era Society 5.0. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh pihak yang bekerja di sektor transportasi. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 295 orang pekerja sektor transportasi sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa SDM di sektor transportasi memiliki kesiapan yang baik dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0, baik kesiapan dalam kompetensi, kesiapan personal, kemampuan komunikasi, kesiapan untuk bekerja dalam tim, dan kesiapan pada aspek teknologi. Namun, kesiapan tersebut belum merata karena masih terdapat sebagian SDM yang kurang memahami konsep Society 5.0. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapan SDM sektor transportasi dalam menyambut datangnya era Society 5.0 melibatkan peran aktif dari SDM yang bekerja di sektor transprotasi dan pemerintah.

Abstract

Kasus diabetes mellitus meningkat selama 2 tahun terakhir di wilayah Kedungwuni. Berdasarkan data skrining kesehatan Puskesmas Kedungwuni tercatat sebanyak 3 remaja SMA yang dikategorikan kedalam prediabetes. Diabetes mellitus berlangsung disebabkan gaya hidup tidak sehat, kurang aktivitas fisik, merokok, serta asupan makanan tinggi kalori. Selain itu, pengetahuan remaja terkait penyakit diabetes mellitus masih kurang. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi kesehatan diabetes mellitus remaja melalui game stacko uno terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa SMAN 1 Kedungwuni. Penelitian ini memakai desain quasi eskperiment one group pre-test – post-test. Penelitian ini dilangsungkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 60 siswa. Kuesioner mencakup pertanyaan pengetahuan diabetes, faktor resiko, gejala, dan pencegahan diabetes. Data dianalisis univariat dan bivariate (uji Wilcoxon) bersamaan memanfaatkan SPSS 26.0 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menandakan jika terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan dari rata-rata 10.08 (pretest) menjadi 17.15 (posttest), dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0.000. Peningkatan skor juga terjadi pada variabel sikap dari rata-rata 32.07 (pretest) menjadi 33.58 (posttest), dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0.017. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari pemberian edukasi kesehatan diabetes mellitus melalui game stacko uno terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa SMAN 1 Kedungwuni.

Abstract

After the merger of PT Pelindo, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas became one of the sub-holding companies in containers. In maintaining consistency with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) after the merger, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas needs to understand the importance of safety leadership, safety culture, safety behavior, and safety perfor­mance in the OHS program's success. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety leadership on safety culture and safety performance, the effect of safety culture and safety behavior on safety performance, and safety behavior to act as a mediation between safety leadership and safety performance, and safety culture on safety performance at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. The samples of 130 employees are then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that safety leadership has a significant effect on safety culture and safety performance. Safety culture and safety behavior have a significant effect on safety performance. Safety behavior can mediate between safety culture and performance, while safety behavior cannot act as a mediation between safety leadership and performance. This research implies that PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas's management can select several strong and trustworthy employees from each terminal who merge to lead initiatives regarding company safety and communicate with the central command.
