Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan guna menganalisa pengaruh knowledge sharing serta kompetensi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan juga dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank CIMB Niaga Jawa Tengah. Berlandaskan tujuan riset yang hendak dicapai, jenis riset yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu explanatory research. Berlandaskan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif variabel knowledge sharing serta kompetensi terhadap organization citizenship behavior pegawai. Ada pengaruh yang positif variabel knowledge sharing, kompetensi serta organization citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

The research objective was to analyze and describe the influence of career development and psychological capital on employee performance mediated by the work motivation of the employees of PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia, amounting to 138 people. The sampling method in this study used a census. The data analysis technique used regression using the SPSS program and the Sobel test. The results of this study can be concluded that career development has a positive effect on work motivation. Psychological capital has a positive effect on work motivation. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Psychological capital has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of career development on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of psychological capital on performance. Career development through work motivation is more effective in influencing employee performance than psychological capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, work environment and competence on teacher performance during distance learning at SMK in Semarang City. The object of this research is all civil servant teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Semarang. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 83 teachers. Seeing the change in teaching style from conventional systems using digital, it is necessary to know how it affects the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Semarang. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with accidental techniques and the Slovin formula. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Modal Psikologi, Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pada PT. Jaykay Files Indonesia. Jenis data yang di gunakan adalah data primer. Seluruh pegawai berjumlah 100 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas kuisioner menggunakan analisis faktor dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Uji Hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Modal Psikologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional; (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional; (3) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. The results of the study conclude (1) Psychological Capital has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (3) Work Environment has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Abstract

Abstract The population in this study was the Semarang City Education Office Employees, which amounted to 95 Civil Servants (PNS). The sample in this study were employees of the Semarang City Education Office. Sampling by census sampling technique of 95 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Quality of Work Life has a positive effect on job satisfaction of the Semarang City Education Office employees. Competence has a positive effect on job satisfaction of Semarang City Education Office employees. Quality of Work Life has a negative effect on the Career Plateau of Semarang City Education Office employees. Competence has a negative effect on the Career Plateau of Semarang City Education Office employees. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on the Career Plateau of Semarang City Education Office employees. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of Quality of Work Life on career plateau. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence on career plateau. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, competence, job satisfaction and career plateau Abstrak Populasi dalam penelitian ini Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 95 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling sejumlah 95 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Quality Of Work Life berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Quality Of Work Life berpengaruh negatif terhadap terhadap Career Plateau pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif terhadap terhadap Career Plateau pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap terhadap Career Plateau pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh antara Quality of Work Life terhadap career plateau. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh antara kompetensi terhadap career plateau. Kata kunci : Quality Of Work Life, kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan career plateau.

Abstract

This study deals with how the influence of the quality of work life, workload and empowerment on the performance of employees of PT. Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The purpose of the study: to determine the effect of the quality of work life, workload and empowerment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted on 105 employees who were used as research samples through a questionnaire with the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study: there is negative and insignificant effect on the quality of work life on employee performance partially, there is a negative and insignificant effect on workload partially on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence on empowerment partially on employee performance, there is a significant effect on quality of life work, workload and empowerment of employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel model psikologis dan variabel komitmen organisasional terhadap variabel turnover intention tenaga kerja PT. WOM Finance Cabang Tuban dengan variabel Kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. WOM Finance Cabang Tuban yang beranggotakan 140 orang. Teknik perhitungan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan batas kesalahan 5%. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, sedangkan pengolahan data sebelum analisis digunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan kerja pt. WOM Finance Cabang Tuban dipengaruhi oleh model psikologis dan komitmen organisasional secara positif dan signifikan, serta turnover intention tenaga kerja PT. WOM Finance Cabang Tuban dipengaruhi oleh model psikologis, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan Kata Kunci: Variabel Model, Komitmen Organisasional, Niat Berpindah Tenaga Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of psychological model variables and organizational commitment variables on the labor turnover intention variables of PT. WOM Finance Tuban Branch with the variable Job satisfaction as an intermediate variable. The population in this study was employees of PT. WOM Finance Tuban Branch which has 140 people. The sample calculation technique in this study uses the Slovin formula with an error limit of 5%.. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis methods, while processing the data before analysis is used the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that Job satisfaction  pt. WOM Finance Tuban Branch is influenced by the psychological model and organizational commitment positively and significantly, as well as the labor turnover intention of PT. WOM Finance Tuban Branch is influenced by psychological models, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction positively and significantly. Keywords: Model Variables, Organizational Commitment, Labor Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Hasil kerja pegawai yang berfokus atas kualitas maupun kuantitas, didapatkan pegawai dalam pelaksanaan setiap tugas organisasi dan menjadi kewajiban dan tanggungjawab bagi para pegawai. Penelitian bermaksud untuk menelaah pengaruh pemberdayaan, komitmen organisasi, serta kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 84 pegawai honorer Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Demak. Tekhnik penelitian dengan purposive sampling dan metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder sedangkan tekhnik analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Pemberdayaan serta Kepribadian mempunyai dampak positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki dampak positif tetapi non signifikan. Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepribadian, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract Employee work result that focus on quality and quantity are obtained by employees in carrying out each organizational task and become obligations and responsibilities for employees. This research intend to examine the effect of empowerment, organizational commitment, and personality on employee performance. The research population was 84 temporary employees of the Demak Regency Goverment. The research technique was purposive sampling and the research method used is by distributing questionnaires. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research is that empowerment and personality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih lanjut dan memberikan informasi secara empiris tentang Pengaruh leader member exchange (LMX) dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui komitmen organisasional pada Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 180 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu pegawai Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas yang berstatus sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan sudah bekerja > 1 tahun. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial (individu) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara leader member exchange dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Secara parsial (individu) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara leader member exchange dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Secara parsial (individu) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil temuan efek mediasi pertama diperoleh komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh leader member exchangeterhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil temuan efek mediasi kedua diperoleh bahwa komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh leadership member exchange terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. KataKunci:  Leader Member Exchange, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dan Komitmen OrganisasionalAbstractThis study took the object of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office. This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the effect of leader member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment at the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs Service and Supervision Office. Samples were taken of 180 respondents using the census method in which the entire population was sampled, namely employees of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office who had status as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and had worked > 1 year. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with mediating variables. The test results show that partially (individually) there is a positive and significant influence between leader member exchange and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Partially (individually) there is a positive and significant influence between leader member exchange and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. Partially (individually) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the findings of the first mediating effect obtained organizational commitment to mediate the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dengan Moderasi Modal Sosial. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah Guru Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Koordinator Wilayah Pendidikan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal sejumlah 277 guru yang tersebar pada 45 Sekolah Dasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive proportional random sampling. Sampel ini diambil dari 45 Sekolah Dasar, Setiap Sekolah Dasar diambil 3 sampel. Pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 7 (tujuh) alternatif jawaban. Uji instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan uji model yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi dan uji F (Goodnes of Fit). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (i) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, (ii) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, (iii) Modal Sosial memoderasi pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap Kinerja Guru, dan (iv) Modal Sosial memoderasi pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Guru.
