Abstract

AbstrakSumber daya manusia didalam suatu organisasi harus dikelola secara profesional dengan tujuan agar organisasi dapat mencapai keseimbangan antara tuntutan serta kebutuhan dalam membangun kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan ialah termasuk elemen penting yang menjadi tolak ukur kenyamanan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan lingkungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan pengujian dan analisa pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Haleyora Powerindo Cabang Sibolga Nias. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deksriptif dan linear berganda. Data primer diambil dari 80 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling. Dari hasil pengujian analisis deskriptif diketahui variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja non fisik serta kepuasan kerja karyawan masuk kedalam kategori yang baik. Berdasarkan perolehan analisis regresi linear berganda membuktikan bahwasanya K3 serta lingkungan kerja non fisik secara simultan maupun parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan kepada kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja  AbstractHuman resources in an organization must be managed professionally with the aim that the organization can achieve a balance between the demands and needs in building employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is one of the important elements that become a benchmark of employee comfort to the work and environment the company. Therefore, this study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Haleyora Powerindo Sibolga Nias Branch. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques used, namely descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Primary data was obtained from 80 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of descriptive analysis research that occupational safety and health (K3) variables, non-physical work environment and overall employee job satisfaction fall into the good category. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that K3 and non-physical work environments both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai, employee relations, dan employee engagement di RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara, serta untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruhnya employee relations dan employee engagement terhadap pada kinerja pegawai, dari segi parsial ataupun simultan di RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan ialah metode kuantitatif. Total sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 105 pegawai dengan teknik incidental sampling pada pegawai RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis statistik yang diterapkan ialah regresi linear berganda dengan pengaplikasian menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penganalisisan deskriptif, employee relations dan employee engagement berada pada kategori baik, serta kinerja pegawai memiliki kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial serta simultan menerangkan bahwa employee relations dan employee engagement terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Kinerja Pegawai.AbstractThis analysis was conducted to determine and analyze employee performance, employee relations, and employee engagement at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra, and to examine and analyze the effect of employee relations and employee engagement on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra. The research method applied is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 105 employees with incidental sampling technique on employees of RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra. The statistical analysis method applied is multiple linear regression with the application using SPSS version 23. From the results of descriptive analysis, employee relations and employee involvement are in the good category, and employee performance has a very good category. The results of the study partially and simultaneously explained that employee relations and employee involvement had a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance.
