Abstract

In this research, researchers conducted observations directly and found that coffee products from “You Coffee” Wonosalam does not have a logo as visual identity that can describe the characteristics of the products. In this redesign, the researcher will focus on the new logo as visual identity design process in redesign visual identity effort.The concept of the redesign that has been designed is prosperity that obtained from the analysis of data and keywords. The concept is to make an impression to the public and consumen that products of “You Coffee” is the prosperity of exelsa Wonosalam coffee by making a visual identity that can describe the characteristics of “You Coffee”.In addition to creating a better logo, this design also makes the brand guideline that aims to provide an explanation of the values and essence of the “You Coffee” brand along with guidelines for the use of their logos and application for design execution. Implementation of design on stationary sets, brochure, x-banner, packaging, posters and merchandise is intended as an informative media that can help the target audiences in knowing about “You Coffee” Wonosalam.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah bagaimana merancang sebuah media buku story photography tradisi Pencak Macan Lumpur sebagai mengenalkan budaya khas Gresik. Masyarakat kurang begitu mengerti tentang tradisi tersebut, sehingga perlunya dibuatnya buku ini. Dengan begitu solusi yang akan diberikan adalah suatu aplikasi berupa media foto dalam bentuk buku yang fungsinya untuk mengenalkan tradisi Pencak macan Lumpur sebagai budaya khas Gresik.

Abstract

Blitar Regency has a lot of tourism sector, one of which is in the historical Palah Penataran Temple. Palah Penataran Temple is the largest temple complex in East Java and one of the main attractions in Blitar. As a main tourist attraction,   promotional activities should be the maximum. This research aims to increase public awareness of historical knowledge about the Palah Penataran Temple. So beside visitors who come to enjoy the beauty of Palah Penataran Temple also understand the historical. Data collection technique is doing by observation, interviews and documentation to obtain the Branding that will be applied to the Palah Penataran Temple. It brings the concept of "grandeur" Candi Penataran Palah are implemented in the design of media promotion starting from a color photo, illustrations, text, typography and logo. The results of this research are expected tourists visiting the Palah Penataran Temple to increase they knowledge about the historcal and finally is expected to increase a sense of concern in history of Palah Penataran Temple.. Keywords: Palah Penataran Temple, Branding, Design, History, Historical tourism

Abstract

Researchers make direct observations and found that the village tourism Pujiharjo Malang regency does not have a logo that describes the potential owned and lack of supporting media to promote the village.in destination branding design, the researcher only focuses on logo and supporting media as a promotion form of Pujiharjo tourism village. the concept of a logo that has been designed is a fraternity, which in the concept describes the form of the fraternity owned Pujiharjo village. Supported media designed include brochures, banners, x-banners, and merchandise as a destination to promote the Pujiharjo tourist village in order to attract more tourists.

Abstract

The purpose of designing the packaging premium Village Leather based on the wood and resin is to increase brand awareness. The research done by using qualitative research methods by doing interviews, observation and documentation, and study of the library to get data that is used as a supporter of the making of the concept of design promotion media. The data has been analyzed using several stages, i.e. data reduction, presentation of data and the conclusions. From the analysis of the data found some key words that refers to the communication strategy promotional media that will be used to reach the target audiance intended. After the analysis of the data, clean the concept of keyword or design premium packaging design that is "precious". Description of the concept of precious is something valuable, glorious, and have aesthetic value more. The concept of "precious" aims to show that the design of the packaging premium Village Leather is seuah packaging design that has a different appeal to the other. The concept of precious aims to convey the identity of Village Leather through the design of the premium packaging design with the achieved brand awareness.Keywords: the design of the Packaging, premium packaging, wood, resin, Brand Awarness.

Abstract

Surabaya can be the learning object to study about how metropolitan city manage their area so that it has the existence of suitable green open space, concerning the fact that it has important role for environment. It is associated with the way the government of Surabaya City maintain and sought the existence of green open space in the middle of high land requirements as the Metropolitan City. Green open space is the most needed thing especially in urban area. The benefit of keeping the green environment especially in urban area is: direct benefit (within the meaning of quick and tangible) is shaping beauty and comfort (shady, fresh and cool) and gaining thing to be sold (woods, flowers and fruits), indirect benefit (long term and intangible), which is cleaning the air effectively, conserving and continuance of groundwater supply, preserving environmental function along with the content of flora and fauna exist (biological conservation and diversity). Keywords: Photography Essay Book, Green Open Space, Surabaya City, Enjoyable.

Abstract

Bojonegoro Regency is one of regencies in East Java province which is geographically quite unique, which in addition has a lot of forest, most of Bojonegoro also has mountains, valleys and plains as well as the persistence of the forest area or inland. This diversity raises exotic nature so that it can be used as a tourist attraction. Therefore, as the introduction of Bojonegoro in East Java tourism as well as to promote the tourism sector in Bojonegoro, the authors put it in the form of the design of nature-based tourism promotion videography. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection technique using observation, interviews, literature, existing studies, and study competitors. The concept used in the design is "Remarkable". That is the concept of "Remarkable" presented to provide information to the target audience that nature Kayangan Api Bojonegoro Regency East Java has the beauty and uniqueness. The concept will be applied to any design that includes video and other supporting media. The results of the video and the media promotion of the natural attractions are as efforts to introduce tourism in Bojonegoro Regency East Java to attract tourists to visit. Besides promoting the natural attractions that can be enjoyed in various media.

Abstract

In this design, researchers will focus on the logo design process in the goal branding effort.The concept of a logo that has been designed is impressive from data and keyword analysis. The concept is to give a great impression to the tourists who visit this tour by making a visual identity that describes the potential and natural wealth of this tour.In addition to creating logos, the design also designs brand guidelines that aim to provide an explanation of the value and essence of the Coban Talun brand along with guidelines for the use of their logos and applications for design execution. Implementation of designs on stationary sets and promotional media such as designed brochures, x-banners and merchandises intended as an informative medium that can help target audiences in knowing the brands of Coban Talun.

Abstract

Kain endek merupakan kain tenun khas Bali, yang ada semenjak masa pemerintahan Raja Dalem Waturenggong di Gelgel Klungkung. Kain endek ini kemudian berkembang di sekitar daerah Klungkung, salah satunya yaitu di desa Sulang. Meskipun kain endek telah ada sejak zaman Kerajaan Gelgel akan tetapi endek mulai berkembang pesat di desa Sulang setelah masa kemerdekaan. Perkembangan  kain endek di desa Sulang dimulai pada tahun 1975 dan kemudian berkembang pesat pada tahun 1985. Pengrajin kain endek di desa ini bernama Bapak Mangku Darma (Mangku Darme) dalam bahasa Bali. Tidak hanya di Klungkung saja, di desa Sidemen Kabupaten Karangasem juga merupakan tempat pengrajinan kain endek. Bahkan di desa Sidemen inilah pusat terbesar pengerajinan kain endek dan merupakan tempat paling bersejarah dalam pembuatan kain endek. Pemilik dari pengerajinan kain endek di desa Sidemen ini adalah Bapak I Dewa Ketut Halid. Seluruh proses pembuatan kain endek dari awal hingga akhir ada dirumah Bapak I Dwa Ketut Halid ini. Namun ada 1 proses yang tidak ada pada tempat pembuatan kain endek miliknya, yaitu tempat pencelupan. Proses penceluban kain endek hanya ada pada satu tempat saja di Pulau Bali. Yaitu di desa Sampalan, Banjar Tatag, Bali. Untuk melakukan usaha agar seluruh masyarakat khususnya msyarakat Bali dapat memahami sejarah dari kain ende, mengerti motif motif beserta makna dari motif tersebut, mengerti cara pembuatan kain endek dari awal hingga akhir, serta memahami aturan adat tentang penguunaan kain endek. Maka sebagai upaya mengenalkan kain endek, usaha yang di lakukan adalah membuat buku essay photography tentang seluruh hal mengenai kain endek, agar masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk membaca hasil visualisasi ini dan lebih mudah di pahami oleh masyarakat.
