Abstract

The development of tertiary education is now facing a lot of attention, especially in the current condition where there is obligation to work at least at undergraduate education level. Good quality employees are hired to advance education. So it is necessary to assess employee performance through a study conducted at the Indonesian College of Management (STIMI) Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative research techniques. The sample is same as population, which is all existing employees (lecturers and academic staff) because of small population (overall). Data collection techniques are through statements distributed in the questionnaire. Data is analyzed by linear regression analysis. Recruitment, staffing and career developments in this study are in accordance with the real and present phenomena. When the recruitment, staffing and career developments are conducted well, it is expected to create good performances also. Therefore, it will make this institution survive sustainably in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan dalam rangka melaksanakan salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini mengambil objek kelompok usaha yang ada di desa dengan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar agar terjadi interaksi dan kolaborasi yang baik. Selain itu juga dengan melakukan belajar bersama lewat metode penyuluhan, FGD dan praktek bersama diharapkan akan dapat mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan yang sudah ada dan dimiliki sebagian masyarakat. Selain itu bagi anggota masyarakat yang belum terbuka pikiran dan mindsetnya diharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri. Bagi anggota masyarakat yang sudah memiliki potensi berwirausaha diharapkan akan dapat memperkuat kemampuan berwirausahanya yang sudah ada selama ini. Melalui orientasi kewirausahaan yang terbangun dan berkembang di lingkungan rumah tangga dan makin meluas ke lingkup desa dan lainnya diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih besar lewat kemampuan menggali potensi diri dan desa/lingkungan dalam merubah dan menambah nilai social serta nilai ekonomi yang dapat dihasilkan.

Abstract

This activity aims to inspire the growth of self-awareness that the potential that God gives to everyone and the natural environment around them is a peerless gift.  When moved, used, and empowered will become a new force. The method used is action research or Participatory Action Research (PAR). The object of obstetrics is the caretaker and bumdes members are resources that have real power in spearheading village development. This community service activity is a workshop and focus group discussion (FGD). It is expected to explore the problems faced, obstacles that hinder the progress of themselves and the environment, and solutions that can be given based on real problems faced by the village community. It is hoped that through strengthening awareness of self-potential and environmental wealth will be able to be a driver of the growth of a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the village community. The results of the activities of dialogue and inventory of problems show that the mindset of the village community is still difficult to change with just one activity. Further activities and mentoring are needed that can open new awareness and drive changes in people's mindsets in order to be able to compete

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are crucial in all facets of life. Institutional responsibilities are part of the effort required to provide public services. This study aimed to assess the public services provided by all local government working units (SKPD), technical implementing units (UPT), and local companies (Perusda) in Banjarmasin. Measuring public services helps determine the public's concern and allows the community to participate in how well human resources of government apparatus do their jobs and responsibilities for all citizens. The study method was a survey of 700 people in the community who have used public services in different categories and fields in 2021. This study showed that the quality and quantity of public services the Banjarmasin municipal government offers have improved. It also showed that public service personnel's (human resources of government apparatus) professionalism has improved and that those served care about the facilities required for public administration to function. This implied how the Banjarmasin municipal government managed public services through the human resources or government apparatus on each SKPD/UPT/Perusda positively impacted the society receiving the service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON COMPANY VALUE (DIVIDEND POLICY AS A MODERATING VARIABLE) IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE simultaneously and partially. on Devuden Policy in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and analyzing which variables among the Liquidity Profitability Leverage variables have the dominant influence on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a quantitative research approach, where this quantitative approach required numerical data which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program to test a number of hypotheses. The ratios used in this study are profitability ratios (Return On Assets/ROA) and liquidity ratios (Current Ratio/CR). The results of the study show that the results of simultaneous testing of the independent variables, namely working capital turnover, liquidity, capital structure and company size have an effect on the profitability of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the partial test show that the independent variable is Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage on company value in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Analysis of Capital Structure on Financial Performance. The independent variable (X) examined is Capital Structure (X), with the dependent variable (Y) being Financial Performance (Y). Several previous studies on company value have shown varying results. Therefore, further research is needed to retest the theory regarding financial performance. The population used in this study consists of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Sample selection utilized purposive sampling techniques, resulting in a sample size of 20 samples. The data analysis technique employed in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done using the coefficient of determination and partial (t) tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that financial performance does not have a significant impact on financial performance in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. According to the research findings, the researcher suggests that companies continue to enhance and improve financial performance to enhance the company's ability to generate profit and attract investor attention. Advice for investors is to carefully consider a company's performance level and other influencing factors on financial performance before deciding to invest capital. For future researchers, it is recommended to include other variables that influence company value, extend the research period, or incorporate more recent data. Additionally, for the government, a high-interest rate leads to reduced consumer property purchases, causing a decline in demand and property prices. Hence, government intervention is necessary to lower interest rates and boost consumer purchasing power.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan; 2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan; 3) Pengaruh semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan total sampel 21 orang pegawai. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis linear berganda digunakan untuk menguji apakah semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan dan apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian lainnya yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji simultan (Uji F) digunakan untuk menguji apakah semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dikatahui bahwa semangat kerja bepengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Tetapi disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Sedangkan semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantoe Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kalimantan Selatan, dengan sampel penelitian ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan (3) secara simultan, Kemampuan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 42 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) secara parsial Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (2) secara parsial Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (3) secara simultan Kesehatan kerja dan Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Saran peneliti bagi perusahaan, agar seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin memperhatikan kesehatan mereka saat bekerja. Perusahaan telah menyediakan tunjangan kesehatan BPJS untuk Tenaga Alih Daya (TAD) dan PLN Sehat untuk Karyawan/Pegawai (PLN). Serta Perusahaan terus memberikan informasi atau sosialisasi tentang menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta layanan kesehatan kepada karyawan sehingga kinerja mereka dapat ditingkatkan.
