Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON COMPANY VALUE (DIVIDEND POLICY AS A MODERATING VARIABLE) IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE simultaneously and partially. on Devuden Policy in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and analyzing which variables among the Liquidity Profitability Leverage variables have the dominant influence on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a quantitative research approach, where this quantitative approach required numerical data which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program to test a number of hypotheses. The ratios used in this study are profitability ratios (Return On Assets/ROA) and liquidity ratios (Current Ratio/CR). The results of the study show that the results of simultaneous testing of the independent variables, namely working capital turnover, liquidity, capital structure and company size have an effect on the profitability of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the partial test show that the independent variable is Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage on company value in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Research how the influence of service quality, product quality, customer value, and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. 100 customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch was taken as a sample. As for the calculation results of the analysis of the description of the research variables with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Version 23.0 program. The results of the study prove that service quality, product quality, customer value, and brand image have an effect on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Banjaramasin Branch.

Abstract

The findings of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a positive impact on employee performance at Q Mall Banjarbaru. These findings suggest that organizational commitment plays a crucial role in connecting job satisfaction with employee performance. The managerial implications of this study are that Q Mall management needs to pay attention to job satisfaction and make efforts to enhance employees' organizational commitment to improve their performance.This research contributes both theoretically and practically to expanding the understanding of the relationships among job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi memiliki peran strategis di suatu daerah. Selain mendorong peningkatan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, juga menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Serta tidak kalah pentingnya adalah menjadi bagian dan berkontribusi langsung dalam memecahkan masalah yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat sekitarnya. Disinilah Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk menunjukkan kepeduliannya melalui berbagai kegiatan bertajuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Solusi dari persoalan tersebut, Kampus STIMI Banjarmasin berperan dalam membantu Pemerintah mendorong percepatan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) serta Sertifikasi Halal bagi produk-produk UMKM, terutama produk rumahan yang banyak tersebar di masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, tim dosen STIMI Banjarmasin melakukan pendampingan pembuatan NIB dan juga Sertifikasi Halal bagi produk UMKM yang ada disekitar lingkungan kampus sehingga pelaku UMKM tersebut bisa terbantu dalam mengatasi legalitas usahanya yang sesuai dengan aturan Pemerintah

Abstract

Penelitian Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas Dan Aktivitas Terhadap Rasio Profitabilitas PT Astra Internasional Tbk bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas dan Aktivitas Terhadap Rasio Profitabilitas PT Astra Internasional Tbk dari tahun 2015-2023. Hasil penelitian menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perushaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1 perusahaan yaitu PT Astra Internasional Tbk, dengan 27 data berkaitan dengan likuiditas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis regresi penelitian ini menunjukkan signifikansi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas PT Astra Internasional Tbk periode 2015-2023 sebesar 0,010 <0,05. Signifikansi berpengaruh aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 0,269 <0,05. Jika signifikansi < 0,05, maka pengaruh parsial penelitian ini diterima. Jadi likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas PT Astra Internasional Tbk periode 2015-2023. Aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas PT Astra Internasional Tbk periode 2015-2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of salary on employee loyalty, the effect of work environment on employee loyalty, as well as the simultaneous effect of salary and work environment on the loyalty of honorary employees at the Education Office of Banjarmasin City. The population in this study consisted of 41 honorary employees, and the sampling technique used was total sampling since the population was fewer than 100 individuals; therefore, all members of the population were included as samples. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that salary has a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that fair and appropriate compensation should be maintained to increase employee appreciation and commitment. The work environment also has a significant effect on employee loyalty, which means that improving physical and non-physical work conditions is essential to support employee motivation and comfort. Simultaneously, salary and work environment have a significant influence on employee loyalty, with the work environment being the most dominant factor. Therefore, efforts to improve the work environment and periodically evaluate compensation are necessary to enhance the loyalty of honorary employees at the Education Office of Banjarmasin City.
