Abstract

Business competition in the palm oil industry causes customer loyalty to be an important factor to maintain business continuity. The authors examine the factors that influence customer purchase intent and its relationship with customer loyalty. The researcher sees the influence of the relationship between Product Quality, Goods Price and Service Quality and the influence of moderation factors from the Payment System on Customer Purchase Intention and Influence Customer Loyalty. In the results of this study, Product Quality and Quality Perceived by Buyers Affect Customer Purchase Intentions. The Payment System strengthens Product Quality to the Customer's buying interest, Purchase intention affects loyalty. While Product Prices and Product Services do not affect Customer Purchase Intention and Ease of Payment is unable to moderate Product and Product Service Prices against Purchase Intentions. This study discusses the relationship between the influence of payment systems on buying interest and customer loyalty in the palm oil industry. This article will contribute literature in palm oil marketing and will simultaneously help the company to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Irigasi permukaan (surface irrigation) diterapkan di Indonesia karena dulu jumlah air di lahan pertanian masih melimpah, sedangkan kondisi saat ini yang ada jumlah air semakin berkurang. Sistem irigasi yang meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan air adalah satu solusi yang dibutuhkan agar lahan tetap produktif, salah satunya adalah sistem irigasi pancar (sprinkler irrigation). Sistem irigasi pancar pada umumnya diterapkan pada tanaman yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Diantaranya untuk mengetahui desain layout jaringan irigasi pancar, kebutuhan kapasitas jaringan irigasi pancar, serta tipe pompa yang sesuai untuk perencanaan sistem irigasi pancar tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini disusun secara sistematis untuk melakukan analisis dalam mencari penyelesaian dari permasalahan yang ada. Penyelesaian studi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data (topografi, klimatologi, tanah, tanaman, pemompaan sumur). Hasil studi diperoleh kebutuhan air irigasi dan desain sistem jaringan irigasi pancar adalah tipe solid set. Jenis sprinkler yang digunakan yaitu metal impact sprinkler. Pipa yang digunakan yaitu pipa PVC dengan diameter 1 inch untuk pipa riser, 4 inch untuk pipa lateral dan 6 inch untuk pipa utama. Besar head pompa pada jaringan irigasi pancar adalah 30,6 meter dengan besar tenaga yang diperlukan sebesar 4,77 kW.

Abstract

The construction of a parking building in the Santerra de Laponte tourism area requires a comprehensive analysis of parking needs and visitor behavior to ensure adequate facilities. This study is a case study using a quantitative approach, conducted through direct field surveys. The analysis includes daily parking volume, average parking duration, parking capacity, design effectiveness, and future parking demand projections. The results show that the parking building is designed with three floors on a 4,225 m² plot, capable of accommodating a total of 1,052 light vehicles. A double-sided parking layout with a 90° angle is implemented to enhance capacity and vehicle circulation efficiency. The peak parking volume occurs between 13:00 and 14:00, with 86 cars and 305 motorcycles. The average parking duration is 1.904 hours for cars and 1.669 hours for motorcycles. The building's maximum capacity can handle up to 400 cars per hour with an effective capacity of 118 vehicles, and 1,502 motorcycles per hour with an effective capacity of 871 vehicles. It is expected that this parking facility will support the development of the tourism sector without parking-related issues, while also improving comfort and accessibility for visitors. Abstrak Pembangunan gedung parkir di kawasan wisata Santerra de Laponte membutuhkan analisis komprehensif terkait kebutuhan parkir dan pola perilaku pengunjung guna memastikan fasilitas yang tersedia memadai. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui survei langsung di lapangan. Analisis mencakup volume parkir harian, rata-rata durasi parkir, kapasitas parkir, efektivitas desain, serta proyeksi kebutuhan parkir di masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gedung parkir dirancang tiga lantai di atas lahan seluas 4.225 m² dan mampu menampung total 1.052 kendaraan ringan. Sistem parkir yang diterapkan adalah pola dua sisi dengan sudut 90° untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan efisiensi sirkulasi kendaraan. Volume parkir tertinggi tercatat pada pukul 13.00–14.00 dengan jumlah 86 mobil dan 305 sepeda motor. Rata-rata durasi parkir mencapai 1,904 jam untuk mobil dan 1,669 jam untuk sepeda motor. Kapasitas maksimum gedung parkir dapat menampung hingga 400 mobil per jam dengan kapasitas efektif 118 kendaraan, serta 1.502 sepeda motor per jam dengan kapasitas efektif 871 kendaraan. Diharapkan, gedung parkir ini dapat menunjang pengembangan sektor pariwisata tanpa terhambat oleh permasalahan parkir, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan aksesibilitas bagi pengunjung.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the contribution of RK and EAF technologies using a technometric approach, focusing on four technological components: Technoware, Humanware, Inforware, and Orgaware (THIO). Furthermore, the study analyzes the economic feasibility of both systems using financial indicators and sensitivity risk analysis. The methodology includes calculating the Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) for each technology based on the degree of sophistication, state of the art, and intensity of use. Additionally, the economic analysis employs indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Payback Period, along with sensitivity analysis on cost and interest rate variables. The results show that both technologies fall into the semi-modern category, with TCC values of 0.7588 for RK and 0.7563 for EAF. However, Humanware in RK and Inforware in EAF are identified as the weakest contributing components, highlighting priority areas for improvement. From an economic perspective, EAF outperforms RK across all financial indicators under both optimistic and pessimistic scenarios. These findings lead to a recommendation for a gradual transformation from RK to EAF, emphasizing workforce development, information system digitization, and technological management enhancement. The primary output of this research is the development of a technology contribution assessment model based on technometric analysis, integrated with economic feasibility evaluation, providing a strategic foundation for more precise technology and investment decision-making in the mineral processing industry.
