Abstract

Clinic Charisma Skin Care provides consultation and treatment services where treatment is obtained after conducting a consultation process. The Charisma Skin Care Clinic provides free and public consultation services so that many people are interested in taking treatment. The existence of this free consultation causes treatment time to decrease due to the large number of queues. For this reason, we need a system that can speed up the consultation process. Expert System for determining the type of facial treatment based on skin type is built to help the Charisma Skin Care Clinic in conducting effective and efficient consultations. This system uses the Forward Chaining method which is a data search method that starts with the premises and produces a final conclusion. This system begins by selecting risk factors and types of symptoms and then produces skin type, skin abnormalities, treatment and serum. To build this expert system application in the design process using Ms Visio, the PHP programming language uses Notepad ++ as a text editor and uses the MySQL database with Xampp software. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to determine the type of facial skin care based on this type of skin produces the final results in the form of recommendations for treatment and serum. The advantage of this Expert System Application is that it makes it easier for patients to determine the type of treatment and serum, and can speed up the consultation process and patients can find out how much it costs to do the type of treatment and serum.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimalisasi pengelolaan bisnis ritel Touring Motor, sebuah usaha bengkel dan penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor, melalui penerapan sistem manajemen terpadu. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pencatatan stok secara manual, penggunaan nota tulis tangan dalam transaksi, serta tidak adanya sinkronisasi antarproses bisnis, yang sering menimbulkan ketidakakuratan data dan inefisiensi kerja. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan implementasi dilakukan dengan Laravel Framework, PHP, dan MySQL. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengintegrasikan pengelolaan stok, transaksi kasir, dan laporan rutin, sehingga memberikan informasi yang real-time dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi transaksi, akurasi data persediaan, serta dukungan pengambilan keputusan bagi pemilik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa DSDM efektif digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi adaptif yang berorientasi pada pengguna di sektor bisnis ritel kecil-menengah.Kata kunci : Manajemen Ritel; Sistem Informasi; DSDM; UML; Larave; Abstract - This research focuses on optimizing retail business management in Touring Motor, a motorcycle service and spare part retailer, through the implementation of an integrated management system. The study identifies key operational challenges, such as manual stock recording, handwritten transaction notes, and lack of synchronization across business processes, which often lead to data inaccuracy and inefficiency. To address these issues, the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) is applied as the main software development approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was designed using UML modeling and implemented with Laravel Framework, PHP, and MySQL. The developed application integrates stock management, cashier transactions, and reporting features, providing real-time and accurate business insights. Testing results show improvements in transaction efficiency, accuracy of inventory data, and decision-making support for management. This research demonstrates that DSDM is effective for developing adaptive and user-centered information systems for small-to-medium retail businesses.Keywords: Retail Management; Information System; DSDM; UML; Laravel;

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana merupakan elemen krusial dalam menunjang operasional perguruan tinggi. Di Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia (UCIC), proses pengelolaan masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pencatatan fisik dan perizinan langsung, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan manusia, tumpang tindih jadwal, serta lambatnya penanganan keluhan. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna menyebabkan umpan balik tidak terdokumentasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana berbasis web serta menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Agile Scrum untuk memastikan adaptabilitas terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, dengan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan implementasi berbasis PHP. Sistem ini mencakup fitur peminjaman ruangan otomatis, inventarisasi aset, dan kuesioner terintegrasi untuk evaluasi kepuasan. Hasil analisis IPA mengidentifikasi 3 atribut prioritas perbaikan (Kuadran I), termasuk ketersediaan proyektor dan kebersihan ruangan. Nilai CSI sebesar 58,66% menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada dalam kategori "Cukup Puas". Pengujian teknis dengan White-box Testing (Cyclomatic Complexity = 5) dan Black-box Testing membuktikan seluruh fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai ekspektasi. Hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) terhadap 17 responden mencapai skor 83,35%, mengindikasikan sistem mudah digunakan dan diterima pengguna. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi layanan sarana prasarana kampus melalui digitalisasi dan analisis kepuasan berbasis data.

Abstract

The implementation of Point of Sales (POS) systems in culinary MSMEs still faces a major problem in the form of low usability levels of available applications, thus hampering technology adoption in daily operations. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based POS application with a Goal-Directed Design (GDD) approach to improve ease of use and system effectiveness. The case study was conducted on a typical Cirebon culinary MSME, namely the Empal Gentong Mang Sumedi Restaurant. The research method includes Goal-Directed Design stages that include persona identification, user goal formulation, usage scenario design, and application implementation using the Flutter framework . System evaluation was carried out through functionality testing and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on 20 respondents using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the developed POS application obtained an average SUS score of 77.25 which is in the Good and Acceptable Usability categories . The relatively homogeneous distribution of scores and the 95% Confidence Interval values which are all above the usability threshold indicate the consistency of user perceptions of the ease of use of the system. These findings indicate that the implementation of Goal-Directed Design contributes significantly to improving the quality of the interface and user experience in Android-based POS applications for culinary MSMEs.
