Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis motivasi kerja di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, E-Government Dan Organisasi Agility Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan Dalam Menghadapi Era New Normal. Penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden dari Pegawai di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal (2) E-government berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal (3) Organisasi agility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal dan (4) Kepemimpinan transformasional, e-government dan organisasi agility secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and prove the influencet of training, motivation, and employee satisfaction on employee performance at PT Parkland World Indonesia. In this research, the sample population was taken from field workers, totaling 2300 workers, all of these workers were staff of Human Resource, General Affairs, PPIC, Export, Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, Development, Quality Control, Line, Cell Production, Technichal Bottom, Stock Fittings, Warehouse Materials, and Engineering. Based on the criteria for the SEM test requirements, the number of samples taken is 200 samples. The number of samples is close to the number of stock fitting employees, which means that what will be studied further are employees who are in stock fittings. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and hypothesis testing in this study is used Partial Test (t test) and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS program. The results obtained from the data analysis of this study explained that there was a positive influence on training, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance after the research was made a mediating variable. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Di Indonesia Peranan UMKM tidak dapat diragukan lagi terbukti dapat bertahan pada saat krisis melanda Indonesia dan menjadi penggerak ekonomi , sector ini telah terbukti memberikan lapangan kerja dan memberikan kesempatan untuk berkembang di masyarakat, Namun UMKM masih banyak menghadapi masalah seperti keterbatasan modal kerja,sumber daya manusia yang rendahdalam mengelola usaha,kurang cakapnya penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, informasi dan jaringan pasar,kemudahan akses pendanaan, serta peningkatan daya saing, sehingga diperlukan sinergi semua pihak dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan kepadaUMKM di Indonesia. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Daroyon Kecamatan Cileles Lebak Banten sebagai lanjutan dari Pengabdian yang telah dilakukan tahun 2020.Luaran yang diinginkan dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah memberikan solusi pada pelaku UMKM agar dalam mengelola usahanya memiliki kemampuan,menghitung harga pokok produksi, menghitung harga jual dan melakukan pemasaran produk dengan tepat kepada konsumen sasaran, sehingga usaha yang dikelola mengalami pertumbuhan dan dapat dijadikan binaan oleh Bank Jabar serta dapat menjadi usaha formal. Sebelum abdimas dilaksanakan ,para peserta diminta melakukan pengisian kuesioner untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman mereka tentang modal. Harga pokok produksi , harga jual dan pemasaran produk sebanyak 85% mereka belum memahaminya. Diakhir pelatihan dan penyuluhan pemahaman mereka terhadap pengelolaan modal, perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual serta pemasaran produk meningkat menjadi 95% dan akan melakukan pada usaha yang mereka kelola

Abstract

MSME players in Indonesia must be literate in information on Islamic financial products, the number of which is very varied and complex. For example, the financing of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Istisna', Salam, Ijarah, Qard, Rahn, and so on (Zaini et al., 2019). The complexity of this sharia contract must be massively and systematically socialized to our MSME actors, which are very large in number. The goal is not only to improve the quality of Islamic financial literacy, but also as a means of obtaining convenience in obtaining complete and useful information about the availability of Sharia financing products and the application mechanism in obtaining this service so that the needs of capital fulfillment, business development for MSMEs or other consumptive needs can be met with sharia schemes in accordance with Islamic principles (Faizi & Shuib,   2021). Information like this has not been obtained by the public, especially MSME actors

Abstract

The literacy level of the Indonesian people towards Islamic financial institutions is still deficient, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The low level of Islamic financial literacy makes MSMEs seek capital from illegal institutions, moneylenders or online loans due to the proliferation of low-interest offers and easy access to capital without complicated bureaucracy. Suppose we know that it is also easy to access business capital in Islamic financial institutions. Therefore, there is a need for socialization regarding the literacy of Islamic financial institutions in MSMEs. This socialization aims to increase information about the existence of Islamic financial institutions and products and services owned by Islamic financial institutions and to invite MSME actors domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area to abandon the concept of interest (usury). This method of implementing community service activities is still in the atmosphere of COVID.19 pandemic, so the implementation is carried out online (online). The implementation of the activity begins with the presentation of the material, simulations, giving questionnaires through the google form and evaluation. The results of the activities achieved are based on the answers of the participants who filled out the questionnaire after participating in the socialization activities for MSME actors, the level of understanding of knowledge on literacy of Islamic financial institutions, banking, and non-banking is average. The average is quite significant. The implementation of this activity implies a need for synergy between universities and the community, especially Muslims, to access Islamic financial institutions in daily life

Abstract

BUMDes Cimanggis tries to be a solution for empowering the potential of the village. However, there are obstacles regarding financial management because human resources do not yet have the ability and expertise in the field of accounting. Though the financial aspect is a sensitive matter. It is feared that unaccountable financial management will become a serious problem in the future, such as ignorance of financial position, unclear cash flows, making financial statements that are less informative so that the report cannot be used as a basis for making financial decisions. This results in unprofessional and non-transparent BUMDes management, resulting in the loss of public trust. The purpose of this research and community service is to provide training or workshops on manual and digital accounting to BUMDes Cimanggis managers in order to improve better and accountable financial management. The methods used in this research and community service are lectures, discussions, workshops, mentoring and the application of manual and digital accounting. The expected result is that BUMDes can become a professional and transparent body in financial management as one of the determining factors for good managerial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze management knowledge, employee attitudes, work discipline through decision making on MK3 at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. In this study, there was a sample population taken from field workers totaling 98 workers, all of these workers were pulling engineering workers, fiber optic cable installations. The sample selection technique used in the study was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the partial test (t test) and the coefficient of determination test using the SPSS program. The results obtained from the data analysis of this study explain that there is a positive influence on Management Knowledge, Employee Attitudes, Work Discipline through Decision Making on Health and Safety Management after the research is used as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertaujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman kerja, kompetensi melalui pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM. Sampel responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 pegawai dan pemilihan sampel yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dengan simple random sampling. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structure Equation Models (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memiliki nilai 0,283 pada original sampel yang berarti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi dengan nilai 0,274 yang berarti bahwa kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang positif kepada kinerja pegawai, pengembangan SDM mendapatkan nilai original sample 0,385 yang artinya bahwa pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengetahi pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 pegawai di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Pengujian hipotesis memperoleh hasil (1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
