Abstract

Organizational change and company regulations are important factors affecting employee satisfaction in dynamic work environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational change and company regulations on employee satisfaction in the Stockfitting department of PT Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar Sukabumi. The research method employed a quantitative approach with survey design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 48 employees selected using simple random sampling technique from a population of 93 employees. The research instrument consisted of 24 statement items measuring organizational change (8 items), company regulations (6 items), and employee satisfaction (10 items) using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26, preceded by validity, reliability, and normality tests. The results showed that organizational change and company regulations simultaneously have a significant effect on employee satisfaction with an F-calculated value of 36.564 and significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.619 indicates that 61.9% of employee satisfaction variability can be explained by these two independent variables. Partially, organizational change significantly affects employee satisfaction (sig. 0.001) and company regulations also have a significant effect (sig. 0.000). The company is recommended to optimize the implementation of responsive organizational changes and apply fair and transparent company regulations to enhance employee satisfaction.

Abstract

SMA asphalt mixture is an asphalt mixture with gap graded, so this type of pavement requires a high asphalt content. High asphalt content in the mixture has positive and negative impacts. The advantage is that it can make the mixture resistant easily oxidization and can make increase the durability of the road pavement layer. The disadvantage is prone to drain down (a condition where the binder (asphalt) will flow or separate from the mix) in the form of cellulose fibers or polymer fibers. This results in a mixture of SMA which is more resistant to deformation, deflection, and cracking and is stable to withstand the load of the vehicle's wheels. The additives commonly used are synthetic cellulose fibers, called Arbocell and Viatop66. This product is manufactured in Rosenberg-Germany. The use of this product causes problems, namely the high price and depends on the dollar price, and requires additional procurement costs in the form of import costs. Therefore, it is necessary to find an alternative to replace the cellulose fiber with natural fibers that have characteristics that are close to synthetic fibers. Based on the literature review, several natural cellulose fibers that have been successfully used as additives for SMA mixtures are rice bran fiber, palm fiber, coconut fiber, and pineapple leaf fiber, coconut fiber, kapok fiber, corn cobs. With cellulose content ranging from 14 – 64%, it shows good performance. Therefore, pineapple leaf fiber with a higher cellulose content of 69.5%-71.5% has the potential to be used as an additive because it has a cellulose content that is close to synthetic fiber.

Abstract

Abstract

Globalization brings about changes in many areas, particularly in the areas of economy, politics, and technology. Globalization, though, also affects other fields, like human resource management (HRM). This desk study examines the role and influence of strategic management innovation on the preparation of human resources before entering the world of work and business in the midst of the 4.0 revolution in light of the emergence of a new paradigm that recognizes the role of humans as a fact that provides strategic direction and competitive advantage. Businesses and their human resources are dramatically impacted by technology improvements, creating more intense rivalry. Due to technology improvements, businesses must be more inventive and imaginative when it comes to strategic management. Large technology firms keep innovating inside their own structures. This includes their own unique innovation, processes, and goods. Companies that use open innovation strategies might use both internal and external sources of innovation. Alliance tactics may emerge in corporate initiatives to produce various ideas, and companies that pay more attention to innovation management to lessen rivalry are predicted to become more competitive.

Abstract

Learning difficulties in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), particularly in abstract subjects such as akhlak, fikih, and the application of Islamic values in daily life, remain a significant challenge at the junior high school level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Jigsaw Learning model in addressing learning difficulties and improving student learning outcomes in PAI at SMPN 4 Kota Solok. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 60 eighth-grade students divided into two groups: an experimental class (using the Jigsaw Learning model) and a control class (using conventional methods). Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, classroom observations, and student perception questionnaires. The findings showed an increase in the experimental class’s average score from 67.9 to 86.5, while the control class improved from 68.1 to 76.4. An independent sample t-test revealed a significant difference between the two groups (t = 4.85 > t table = 2.00; α = 0.05). These results confirm that the Jigsaw Learning model effectively enhances conceptual understanding, student collaboration, and active participation in PAI instruction. The study concludes that collaborative learning through peer teaching within group structures fosters deeper comprehension and promotes both individual and social responsibility. The implications highlight the importance of integrating cooperative learning strategies in PAI contexts and recommend the incorporation of digital tools to further support critical thinking and social empathy development among students.
