Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to identify and analyze how much influence the atmosphere Stores,Diversity Items, Taste, Price and Lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions are perceived byconsumers in Cafe Happy Ice Cream Sukarame, Bandar Lampung.Research methods used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, andliterature study using Likert scale and sampling methods used is Nonprobality sampling and purposivesampling of 100 samples. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression method.The results showed that the purchasing decisions comprising Atmosphere Stores (X 1), ProductDiversity (X 2), Taste (X 3), Price (X 4) and Lifestyle (X 5) together have a positive influence. Where theregression equation Y = 4,099 + 0,078 X1 + 0,331 X2 + 0,230 X3 + -0,678 X4 + 1,461 X5+ 2,850Moreover, the simultaneous test (F test) seen that the atmosphere Stores, Diversity Items, Taste Priceand Lifestyle have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions with a significance level of0.000. However, based on partial test (ttest), variables that have a significant influence on consumerpurchasing decisions with significant levels such as for Diversity Products 0.003, Price 0.001 andLifestyle 0.000. While that does not affect the Store Atmosphere of 0.052 and taste Cake of 0.053. Ofthe five variables that influence consumer purchase decisions in Cafe Happy Ice Cream Sukarame,Bandar Lampung, the most dominant variable is a variable Lifestyle by ttest results

Abstract

This research was conducted by PT Bank Lampung Tbk Teluk Betung the period 2010-2011. research to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan(NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) toprofitability (ROA) with a sample of 20 financial statements quarterly. Solving problems usingmultiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of calculations by t test (partial regressionimpact on profitability (ROA). This is shown from the results of statistical analysis t (1.893) > t table(1.734), the NPL has no significant effect on profitability (ROA). This is shown from the results ofstatistical analysis t (0.526) < t table (1.734), BOPO positive and significant impact on profitability(ROA). This is shown from the results of statistical analysis t (1.974) > t table (1.734), and LDR positiveand significant impact on profitability (ROA). This is shown from the results of statistical analysis tcount (2.203) > t table (1.734). The results of calculations by F test (simultaneous regression test) with-significant effect on profitability (ROA) at PT Bank Lampung Tbk. This is shown from the results of astatistical analysis of F count (4.206) > F table (3.06).

Abstract

Abstrak. Dalam menghadapi perubahan atas perumahan yang semakin meningkat, tentunya usaha-usaha dalam pemasaran perumahan menjadi semakin kompetitif yang mengakibatkan konsumen Iebih kritis dan selektif salam memilih dan membuat keputusan dalam pembelian. Sebuah keputusan itu menjadi faktor utama dan terpenting dalam melakukan sesuatu yang diinginkan, misalnya proses pengambilan keputusan yang di gunakan oleh seorang pengonsumsi ketika melakukan pembelian barang dan jasa yang bervariasi. Perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari Faktor Pribadi, Faktor Psikologi, Faktor Budaya, dan Faktor Sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t , uji f, dan uji determinasi maka hasil perhitungan sebagai berilcut : Hasil uji secara parsial Faktor Pribadi (XI), Faktor Psikologi (X2), Faktor Sosial (X4) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).Sedangkan hasil uji secara parsial untuk Faktor Budaya (X3) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembelian (Y). Hasil uji simultan dengan Uji Anova atau F-test menunjukkan bahwa faktor pribadi (X1), faktor Psikologi (X2), faktor Budaya (X3), faktor sosial (X4) dalam perilaku konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di Perum Perumnas Bukit Kemiling Permai di Bandar Lampung. Hasil perhitungan uji determinasi variabel perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari variabel Faktor Pribadi, Faktor Psikologi, Faktor Budaya, dan Faktor Sosial hanya mampu mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 73,2%.

Abstract

Abstract. The financial information contained in the company is required to determine the variables -variables that affect stock price changes. This research was conducted in Indonesian banking companies that are in the Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed from 2004 until 2009 with a population of 11 companies. Data analysis was performed with the classical assumption that including normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and test heterokesdastisitas. Test data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and F test multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17. Results of multiple linear regression analysis with a confidence level of 5% was obtained respectively the value of the partial coefficient X1 / NPM obtained thitung> t table (2,979> 2,365), Ho is rejected and Ha accepted (no influence between the NPM to changes in stock prices), X2 / ROA obtained thitung <ttable (-1.338 <2.365), Ho accepted and Ha reamed or no effect on stock price changes ROA test results F / test simultaneously by two independent test variables (ratio NPM, ROA) and 1 dependent test variables (Amendment share price) F-test values obtained Concurrent / Simultaneous F count> F table (6,570> 4,35) therefore Ho rejected and Ha accepted, together synchronously / simultaneously a significant influence significant between NPM and ROA ratios) to changes in stock prices.

Abstract

Financial ratio analysis is basically because they want to know the level of profitability (profit) and the level of risk or the soundness of a company. Using comparable reports, including datatentang changes that occur in the amount of rupiah, as well as the percentage of the trend, analysts realize that the ratio of individual will assist in analyzing and interpreting the financial position of a company. The ratio describes a relationship or balance (mathematical relationship) between a certain amount by the number of others, and using the analyzer in the form of this ratio will be able to explain or give an overview to the analyzer about the good or bad things are or the financial position of a company, especially if the ratio of the compared to the comparative ratio is used as a standard Partial assay results variable X, (CR), variables X2 (NPM), X3 (ROE) has thitung> ttable Thus, for the three independent variables that exist Ho rejected and Ha accepted this means masng-masng independent variables partially have influence significant changes in earnings. Results are Simulatan Hypothesis Testing (Test F), shows that the value of F count> F table. Thus rejected Ha Ho accepted This means that there are significant effect between current ratio (CR / X1 (CR), variables X2 (NPM), X3 (ROE) simultaneously or with -Same to changes in income. The coefficient of determination (R2) pad the bottom line measure of how far the ability of the model to explain variations in the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.995, meaning that 99.5% profit change diperngaruhi pleb variable CR, NPM, and the remaining 0.05% are caused by other factors not included in the equation.

Abstract

PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk is a company engaged in industrial starch and sorbitolderivatives known polyols, the company will require additional funding to expand its operations inorder to meet increasing market demand for finance companies with share capital and equity capital.PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk continues to improve its financial performance to increase thecompany's share value and attract investors. The financial performance of the company can be seen byanalyzing the company's financial statements, analysis tools used are profitability ratios represented bythe net profit margin (NPM), return on investment as (ROI), return on equity (ROE), and earnings pershare (EPS). This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability on stock price returns PT SoriniAgro Asia Corporindo Tbk partially or simultaneously. Based on the analysis of financial statementsconducted in PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk period 2006 to 2011 is partially the result that thereturn on investment as a variable ROI and EPS significantly influence the stock price return, whilethe NPM and ROE does not significantly influence the stock price return. Simultaneously NPM, ROI,and EPS significantly influence stock prices and dipeoreh return results that EPS is a variable that hasthe greatest influence on the price return stock. Value ajusted R Square of 0.996, which means that theshare price return 99.6% influenced by NPM, ROI, and EPS. While the rest of 0.4% can be explainedby other variables outside the model.Keywords: Stock Price Return, NPM, ROI, ROE, and EPS

Abstract

Abstract The boycott policy against Unilever products is seen as a form of firm legal standing on which the Indonesian people stand and aims to provide a deterrent effect against any party that supports Israel's attack on Pakistan. Therefore, this research aims to analyze these policies from the perspective of Pancasila Economics and Maslahah Al-'Ammah. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from scientific articles, books, magazines, credible websites, and a number of other sources that are usually used in every research. The research results show that first, The boycott policy against Unilever products has a number of strengths and opportunities as indicators of profits and a number of weaknesses and threats as indicators of equal losses. However, a number of weaknesses and threats lie in materialistic matters such as loss of salaries for employees, loss of jobs, increased unemployment, and so on. A number of strengths and opportunities as indicators of profit lie in principal matters that are in line with the philosophy of Panacasila and Maslahah Al-A'mmah including humanity, justice, welfare and equality. Second, The policy of boycotting Unilever products is in line with the principles of Pancasila economics which do not only view profits as materialistic in nature, but profits must also uphold human, divine, justice and welfare values. Last, The boycott policy of Unilever products is in line with the concept of Maslahah Al-'Ammah which upholds human values, namely that dharuriyyah needs must be fulfilled in every human being in general and the Palestinian community in particular. Thus, anything that prevents the fulfillment of these needs must be opposed at all costs. One way is to boycott Unilever products. Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada pengguna marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa Manajemen, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diteliti dalam penelitian ini yakni mengenai pengaruh e-commerce, word of mouth, product inovation dan influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian marketplace shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna Shopee dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian di Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan merupakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-commerce, word of mouth, product inovation dan influencer berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan dari hasil uji simultan diketahui bahwa e-commerce, word of mouth, product inovation dan influencer berpengaruh secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat masyarakat sektor informal dalam keikutsertaan pada program jaminan sosial di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, strategi promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Secara parsial, strategi promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,208 mengindikasikan bahwa 20,8% variasi minat masyarakat dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan gojek dengan EWOM sebagai variabel moderasi (studi kasus mahasiswa pada prodi manajemen universitas malahayati bandar lampung). Penenelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS Versi 4. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa aktif prodi manajemen angkatan 2023 Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung sebanyak 239 sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan pelanggan, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan hasil Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa EWOM tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, EWOM mampu memoderasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara EWOM tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
