Abstract

The purpose of this study is to better understand the value of creativity and creative work practices in boosting competitive advantage, starting with psychological empowerment via the mediating impact of digital leadership. In this study's quantitative methodology, 300 SMEs in Palembang City, South Sumatra, Indonesia, were given questionnaires to complete. Path analysis using SEM-PLS is the analysis method employed. The study's findings indicate that psychological empowerment directly influences creativity and innovative work behavior but has no impact on competitive advantage. While creativity promotes new work practices, competitive advantage is unaffected. Competitive advantage is impacted by innovative work practices. Innovative work practices and competitive advantage are mediated by creativity, although competitive advantage is not one of them. Digital leadership does not mediate psychological empowerment and creativity into a competitive advantage, but it does mediate creativity into innovative work behavior and innovative work behavior into a competitive advantage. As a result, it will be simple to mold employees' innovative behavior. Creativity is required to compete in the modern world, and it must be based on the desires of the employees themselves. This creative conduct will encourage the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Leaders must keep up with trends and technical advancements and be able to help staff members advance their IT literacy. As a result, it will quicken behavioral adjustments necessary to be creative and successful in the contemporary technological era.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how service users are supervised by the Apron Movement Control Unit and how service users are dissipated by the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II International Airport in South Sumatra. This study employs primary and secondary data in a qualitative manner. Three methods of gathering data were employed: documentation, interviews, and observation. The study's findings support the assertion that the AMC unit oversees all tarmac operational activities related to the discipline of service users, including monitoring the speed of GSE and officer vehicles, regulating passenger and person mobility, supervising the use of equipment that agents are required to use, such as safety vests, supervising engine travel, supervising refuelling, and keeping an eye on the apron area's cleanliness. The AMC unit monitors everyone's movement, including passengers, and imposes discipline on service users on the air side (apron). Ground handling agents who violate the guidelines face disciplinary action from the AMC. The person in question receives a straight reprimand, and if they receive one of these actions three times in a row, their airport pass is cancelled or withheld, making it impossible for them to work on the airside or apron areas.

This research analyzes fintech development in Indonesia through a multi-perspective bibliometric approach that includes technology, regulation, economy, and social impact. Using scientific publication data from several leading databases, the study identified key trends, dominant keywords, and collaboration networks between researchers. The results show that technologies such as blockchain, big data, and artificial intelligence are the main drivers of fintech transformation. At the same time, adaptive regulation is needed to support innovation while protecting consumers. In addition, fintech has contributed significantly to financial inclusion, especially for people whom traditional banking services have not reached. However, challenges such as low digital financial literacy and lack of public trust must be overcome through integrated education and policies. The study offers strategic recommendations to strengthen an inclusive and sustainable fintech ecosystem. It opens up opportunities for further research on the long-term impact and adoption of new technologies in the fintech ecosystem in Indonesia.
