Abstract

This study takes the theme of employee performance analysis in the context of online system implementation at the Islamic University of Riau in Pekanbaru City. Islamic University of Riau, is one of Islamic Education Institution that is undergoing the development of transformation in the implementation of information technology. Since formulated in the company policy in 2014 to implement student administration system based on information technology. information-based information and communication technology system, namely online system, in response to the problems faced to increase competitiveness and improve the quality of service to various parties. Academic Information System, abbreviated as 'Academic system', is an online-based information system service for students who function as a means to fill out Study Plan Card (Study Plan Card), print Study Study Card (card of study results), and print Value Transcript. The Academic system system is enforced throughout 2014 for all classes. Constraints related to human resource factors. These constraints include (1) relatively slow transfer of knowledge, (2) employees who are poorly trained in training, (3) employees are less enthusiastic to follow changes in information technology applied by the organization, (4) when employee turnover, still not ready, because the different task demands in the use of information technology in a new position. From the results of this study can be concluded that the performance of employees in the perception of quantity of work, quality of work, work knowledge, and timeliness in the context of the online system application (Academic system) that since the implementation of online system (Academic system) has a good influence while the performance of employees in perception work skills in the context of online system implementation (Academic system) has a pretty good influence.

Abstract

Basically consumer decisions to buy and consume a particular product is strongly influenced by the quality of existing products in the product, because it is impossible for a consumer to buy a product without knowing the superiority of the product. The quality of products that affect consumers in making decisions is very important because it is useful to put interest and taste. Besides, it is necessary to make some improvements to the quality of products produced such as: improving product quality in terms of brand, ease of getting product, service, responsibility, and product completion time. This is important to expand market share and to keep the company retained its customers. This is what makes researchers interested to see the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions, because with the existence of Product Quality Analysis done conceptually by industry can influence consumer purchasing decision to a product. Type of research used is descriptive research type. This type of descriptive research is a study done with the main purpose to provide a description or description of a situation objectively. For example, observing consumer purchasing decision on light steel roof truss product of Prima Truss at PT. Hari Rezeki Kita Semua Pekanbaru. The research sample is 1 person Head Production, 1 person leadership, and 30 consumers. types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data obtained directly from the respondents by using questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected by means of observation. While the data analysis technique used is by descriptive method. Based on analytical techniques, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Quality Analysis of Light Steel Frame Roof Products was in the category of Good Enough. Recommendation to be considered is the company should further improve the quality of Prima Truss products, especially those that include performance, features, reliability, suitability, service ability, endurance, aesthetics, image and reputation so that consumers can make the right purchasing decision by choosing Roof Lightweight Prima Truss.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the business development strategies of culinary MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method that describes the reality of culinary businesses with a focus on development strategies. Data collection tools by prioritizing interviews, observation and documentation. After collecting field data, the authors will distinguish primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the author collects data, which is then thoroughly analyzed and concluded to find out the strategies used in the development of Pekanbaru City Culinary MSMEs. The results of the study found that the need for strategies for Pekanbaru City Culinary MSMEs to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges related to capital, business innovation, utilization of social media and so on. in the future, more attention needs to be paid from related agencies so that Pekanbaru City MSMEs continue to exist such as capital, product innovation to social media utilization.. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the Coordination of Implementing Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility in Siak Regency, Riau Province. This type of research uses a qualitative research type of descriptive method—data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and literature studies from various sources. The results showed that the coordination of implementing the Company's social and environmental responsibility has not been maximally implemented. Based on the unity of action indicator measurement, coordination meetings between stakeholders are rarely held to unite actions. Then, the lack of information about TJSL is also a factor in the lack of communication. The inability of the TJSL forum to carry out its duties is also an obstacle, so there is a lack of supervision of companies, which results in companies not complying with regulations, such as making reports on the implementation of TJSL in Siak District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the bureaucratic innovations implemented at the Special Development Institution for Children (LPKA) in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The focus includes administrative, institutional, policy, and system innovations designed to improve the quality of public services in correctional institutions. A descriptive qualitative method was used with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed inductively. The findings indicate that while various innovations have been introduced—such as the use of CCTV, digital-based services, and standardized operating procedures—the implementation remains suboptimal, particularly in administrative and system aspects. This study contributes to strengthening bureaucratic reform in correctional institutions and promotes the use of technology to enhance transparency and service efficiency. The findings offer practical implications for public service policy development in the correctional sector.

Abstract

The problem of homelessness and begging in Pekanbaru requires an adaptive approach to address the ever-changing social dynamics. This study explores the application of Agile Leadership as a strategy to increase the effectiveness of social interventions in addressing homelessness and begging. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Furthermore, data obtained from the literature selection results were then analyzed using a descriptive approach to explore the application of Agile Leadership in the context of addressing neglected children in urban areas. The research findings indicate that Agile Leadership allows for faster policy adjustments based on field feedback and social conditions. Collaboration between the government and local communities has been shown to increase program effectiveness, while a data-driven approach supports more accurate decision-making. The implications of this study indicate that with adaptive and collaborative strategies, the city government can create more effective and sustainable interventions in addressing the problem of neglected children. This research contributes to the understanding of the application of adaptive leadership in urban governance and can serve as a reference for other cities facing similar challenges.
