Abstract

KSPPS Yaummi Masiyah Assa’adah Pati merupakan lembaga keuangan syari’ah yang melaksanakan nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam bekerja untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan atau fraud. Nilai-nilai kejujuran berpedoman pada Kitab Riyadush Shalihin yang disusun oleh ulama besar ahli hadist yang lebih dikenal sebutan Imam Nawawi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1) Nilai-nilai kejujuran dikemukakan dalam ayat al Quran sebagai dalil utama untuk menguatkan hadist-hadist yang dibahas. 6 hadist kejujuran diantaranya kejujuran membawa ke surga dan ketenangan. Kejujuran juga harus diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan pribadi, sosial dan pendidikan. 2) Pencegahan fraud dengan cara kesusuaian kompensasi, budaya etis organisasi, kultur organisasi, promosi jabatan dan komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Manajemen Dakwah dalam kegiatan keagamaan sesuai dengan peran manajerial yang dilakukan meliputi, Takhthit (perencanaan dakwah), Tanzhim (pengorganisasian), Tawjih (pergerakan/ pelaksanaan), Riqabah (pengendalian), dan evaluasi. Kegiatan Keagamaan yang rutin dilakukan adalah: shalat dhuha, shalat dhuzur, kultum, pembacaan kitab kuning, upacara hari santri, penghafalan 1 juz Al-qur’an, khatam Al-qur’an, perayaaan hari-hari besar Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan ada tidaknya hubungan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika siswa melalui model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas diperoleh siswa kelas XI MIPA D sebagai kelas uji coba (eksperimen). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk minat belajar fisika dan tes untuk hasil belajar fisika. Analisis data diuji menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Uji prasyarat analisis data berupa uji normalitas. Berdasarkan analisa data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika siswa melalui pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu. yang ditunjukkan  dari nilai  yang lebih besar dari  (0,660>0,479) dengan kontribusi minat sebesar 43,56% dengan indikator minat yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah indikator perasaan senang dengan nilai korelasi rata-rata sebesar 0,669 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The massive construction of mosques that are comfortable and easily accessible in society in the current era is an interesting phenomenon to generate enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge for the development of Muslims. The mosque in the context of the physical environment as a means of non-formal education has an optimal role. This study analyzes how to optimize the role of the mosque as a center for non-formal education in the development of Muslims. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with the type of literature research. From this research, it was found that optimizing the role of the mosque in the scope of non-formal education means managing the organizations within the institution well so as to produce the development of Muslims as seen from the output of the quality of humans who have extensive knowledge of the Islamic religion and are able to apply it in life based on Al Quran and As Sunnah as well as the understanding of the Companions. Optimizing the role of the mosque will indirectly support the development of Muslims as whole human beings, especially children as the next generation. Optimizing the role of mosques aims to enable mosques to support development programs for Muslims universally.Managing mosques in optimizing their role for non-formal education through routine activities in mosques, namely through educational activities such as 1) Mosque Schools, a teaching and learning program in which the curriculum is delivered specifically regarding religious materials to assist formal education. 2) Halaqoh (study circle) led by a scholar with the main material on Islamic religious knowledge with its various branches. 3) The Reading Literacy through the mosque's library which provides readings of Islamic sources and 4) Scientific I'tikaf, a discussion room used for discussions before and after congregational prayers.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the teacher's role in the use of music and identify the types of music learning applied in kindergarten in stimulating the development of early childhood music. Teachers in kindergartens (N=100) in the kindergarten area of ​​Palu City were asked for data to fill out online questionnaires via google form. Most teachers stated that the use of music is always done every day, especially singing learning activities, listening to children's songs played through cassettes and movement and song learning activities. Teachers also use music to build children's enthusiasm, distract children when children get bored in class, and involve children in all their activities using music to connect the themes that will be studied at that time. Teachers consider music to be the most important and dominant thing in early childhood learning, because it contributes a lot to children's learning and brain development. However, the current obstacle, according to him, is because of the limited ability of teachers in music and there has been no training on the importance of learning music in early childhood, so it is believed that currently teachers are limited in providing music lessons in kindergarten. Therefore, the implementation of teacher preparation and teacher training to learn music in early childhood needs to be socialized.

Abstract

Motoric development in early childhood is one aspect of development that is very important in child development, by looking at the overall motor development of children at an early age we can see how other aspects develop. There are two motor skills in children, namely gross motor and fine motor, each of which has its own indicator of ability. This study aims to look at the development of children's motor skills at the age of 4-5 years, because at the age of 4-5 years the child's motor skills are clearly visible, both fine motoric and gross motoric. This study uses a data collection method with observation checklists, which is an informal observation method where the observer has determined the behavioral indicators to be observed from the subject in one table. The research location was for students of TKIT Yaummi Fatimah Pati class A (age 4-5 years), totaling 23 students. the results of the research on children's motor skills in class A TKIT Yaumi Fatimah Pati in general are in the good category with an average percentage of gross motor skills of 83% and fine motor skills of 84%, with the highest score being able to score 100% there are 4 children, the lowest is 2 with an ability score in the percentage of 56%, while the average average score between 70-80% is 6 children.

Abstract

The development of a nation's civilization needs to be based on the development of moral values among citizens both as individuals and groups. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The purpose of this research is to describe Afkaaruna's curriculum framework in the habituation of religious and moral values. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that: Implementation of habituation of religious values and integrated with everyday learning by using an active learning approach and learning methods such as storytelling, advice, attention and supervision, habituation, gifts, and exemplary. Habituation activities in the formation of behavior are carried out through habituation strategies which include routine activities, integrated activities, special activities and spontaneous activities. Routine activities include the flag ceremony, dhuha prayer, dirosah islamiyah, congregational dhuhur prayer, environment day, saving day, children's play, ablution, and infaq. Integrated activities include IPC (International Primary Curriculum) theme activities, namely: outdoor investigative activities, mini projects, and literacy. Special activities include Hajj rituals. While spontaneous activities include praying for friends or relatives who are sick and giving rewards.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF VOCABULARY MASTERY ON ESSAY WRITING SKILLS DESCRIPTIONThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vocabulary mastery on description essay writing skills. The method used is a quantitative method with a causal technique. The data of this study were obtained by using multiple choice tests for vocabulary mastery variables and description tests for variable description writing skills. The population in this study were students of grade IV 03 Karangtengah State Elementary School, Babakanmadang, Bogor Regency, totaling 66 students. The sample used was 40 students, obtained by calculation using the Taro Yamane formula. Simple regression analysis and correlation techniques produce a relationship model that is expressed in the form of a regression equation that is Ŷ = (49 + 0.4X), with a price of 38.808 greater than the real level of 0.05 at 4.01 and contributions based on research results of 90%. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between vocabulary mastery of the writing essay skills in students.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca menjadi salah satu bagian dari perkembangan bahasa reseptif yang dapat distimulasi pada masa anak usia dini. Teori dalam pemerolehan bahasa membawa pada dua pendekatan yakni Whole Word dan Phonics. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Rumah Belajar nonformal Jauzaa yang memfasilitasi bimbingan untuk stimulasi membaca awal menggunakan penggabungan Pendekatan Phonics dan Whole Word pada anak usia 3-9 Tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip bimbingan membaca terbagi menjadi 2 sesi, yakni 1) Sesi Phonics: Sistematika tahapan membaca melalui acuan dengan tahap huruf, suku kata, kata, kalimat, dan paragraf. 2) Sesi Whole Word: Materi yang diberikan adalah utuh, menyeluruh, dan memaknai konteks bacaan. Pendekatan tersebut diberikan melalui perancangan situasi yang menyenangkan melalui permainan ataupun aktivitas lain sehingga anak akan lebih termotivasi dan semangat dalam belajar membaca.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa yang melatar belakangi kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa dan bagaimana upaya-upaya untuk membangun kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa agar mempunyai kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada mahasiswa STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas maka dapatlah disimpulkan bahwa masih sekitar 40% mahasiswa STAIT Yogyakarta pada saat berbicara di muka umum merasa merasa tegang dan grogi, hal ini disebabkan karena tidak menguasai materi, dan tergantung suasana atau keadaan audiens atau keadaan lingkungan sebanyak serta kurang berpengalaman dalam jam terbang untuk berbicara di muka umum, dan cara mengatasi ketegangan berbicara di muka umum bisa dengan cara peregangan relaksasi dengan meniup nafas panjang serta mengeluarkan secara perlahan sehingga akan lebih mudah rileks
