Abstract

The food and beverage business in the city of Semarang every year continues to grow. However, in addition to the growth rate of its business which always grows every year, the number of players (trademarks) also increases both from foreign and local, both franchised and non-franchised which means that the market is narrower because there are more and more new competitors entering, for this reason Chockles must always make breakthroughs in order to develop following a dynamic market so that it is able to continue to compete and remain the choice of the community amid the onslaught of old players and competitors new. The purpose of this study is to increase scientific understanding of how innovations are made and developed in the face of challenges that are being faced as well as those that are coming given uncertain business conditions. This shows that the challenges and determining factors for business continuity are one of the things that influence innovation design in achieving competitive advantage. The number of informants used in this study were owners and employees of Chockles. The method of data collection is by using interview. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis with interactive model. Based on the research that has been done then it can be obtained the conclusion, for Ferto Group's survival in achieving its goal of becoming a true and trusted distributor company, it is needed a new generation that will be able to lead Ferto Group in the future. Structured and sustainable mentoring will make Ferto Group's company components to have the same consistency and vision of both employees and leaders and in the long run it is expected to change the principal as well. The company's new culture is based on the value of continuous mentoring to instill corporate values to employees.

Abstract

Perusahaan keluarga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia dan dapat dianggap sebagai pemain utama dalam ekonomi global. Namun hanya sejumlah kecil diseluruh dunia, perusahaan keluarga yang bertahan hingga generasi kedua, dan yang bertahan sampai generasi ketiga jumlahnya jarang. Suksesi kemudian menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi perusahaan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang proses suksesi dari perspektif pelaku usaha Perusahaan X dan Perusahaan Y di Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif yang akan mengeksplorasi pengalaman individual dari para responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan member checking. Salah satu perusahaan dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil melakukan proses suksesi pada generasi kedua dan masih dalam proses dari generasi kedua ke generasi ketiga sedangkan yang lainnya masih dalam proses pada generasi kedua. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi incumbent, persiapan suksesi, dukungan keluarga, hubungan incumbent successor, dan lamanya proses suksesi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan successor dan keberlanjutan dalam perusahaan keluarga. Sehingga disarankan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan motivasi dalam proses suksesi, incumbent harus berinisiatif dalam memperkenalkan dan mengajarkan perusahaan keluarga kepada successor sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keunggulan bersaing terhadap Kinerja Bisnis (Studi Pada UMKM Batik di Kota Semarang). Data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Semarang mencatat jumlah UMKM batik di Kota Semarang hanya 30. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi masalah yang cukup serius karena menurunya jumlah UMKM Batik dan omzet setiap tahunya, oleh karena itu akan di teliti lebih lanjut. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, intellectual capital, inovasi produk dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel semua pemilik UMKM Batik di Kota Semarang. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode pengumpulan data, penentuan jumlah sampel adalah 30 dan 30 form kuesioner terkumpul dari responden serta dengan teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh adalah dengan teknik Structural Equation Mode partial least square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS. Seluruh hipotesis pada penelitian ini yakni. Pertama, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif keunggulan bersaing. kedua, orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing ketiga, intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Keempat, inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing kelima orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Keenam orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Ketujuh intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. kedelapan inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Kesembilan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan, sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan data Top Brand Award market share Indihome mengalami penurunan dalam 4 tahun terkahkhir, berbeda dengan penyedia layanan lainanya yang cenderung meningkat. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 150 responden yang disebar oleh peneliti. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Indihome Area Semarang. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah AMOS 22 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 6 hipotesis dapat diterima. Adapun faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan yaitu Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan menjawab H1, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepercayaan menjawab H2, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan menjawab H3, Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Kepercayaan menjawab H4, Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan menjawab H5, Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan menjawab H6.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and compensation on employee performance at the Semarang City MSME Center. This research was motivated by the emergence of employee dissatisfaction during the reorganization. Many factors trigger employee dissatisfaction in carrying out work, including those related to leadership qualities that have not been in line with expectations. In addition, the turmoil that arises comes from leadership that is less capable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of MSME Center employees in Semarang City. The population determined in this study is UMKM Center Semarang. This study involved 75 respondents using census / saturated sample techniques. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire and in its measurement in the form of a Likert scale, by testing it using the help of SPSS. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. Test classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove research hypotheses. The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME Center employees in Semarang City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research was only conducted on the influence of service quality and user experience on reuse intentions with user satisfaction as a intervening variable for Grab Bike consumers in Semarang City. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and user experience on reuse intentions with user satisfaction as a mediating variable among Grab Bike consumers in Semarang City. The population in this study were Undip students who used Grab bikes in the city of Semarang. This research used a positive sampling technique, where samples were taken based on criteria, obtaining a total of 130 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents to obtain information. The analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOSS Software 25. The results of the research are: service quality has a positive and significant influence on intention to reuse, service quality has a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction, user experience has a positive and significant influence on intention to reuse, user experience has a positive and significant influence on service user satisfaction , and user satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on reuse intentions.

Abstract

Indonesia aims for Golden Indonesia 2045, combining economic prosperity, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Facing challenges like deforestation, pollution, and climate change, sustainable development is urgent. Developing eco-friendly technology in areas like renewable energy, waste management, sustainable agriculture, and manufacturing is key for growth while addressing these challenges. This research aims to identify and analyze the development of environmentally friendly technology that can support key industries in achieving the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045. The research methods used include literature studies, secondary data analysis, and interviews with industry experts and environmental experts. The analysis results show that the development of environmentally friendly technology is a strategic step that supports the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045, which emphasizes sustainable and environmentally sound economic growth. Various technologies such as renewable energy, waste management, energy efficiency and sustainable transportation are the main focus in achieving this goal. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the understanding of the role of environmentally friendly technology in industrial transformation towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and project management perspective on competitive advantage and property business performance in Pati Regency. This research is a regression and quantitative research. This research was conducted at the end of 2021 on property companies in Pati Regency with a total of 50 property companies. Data collection using a closed questionnaire, and data analysis using analysis technique partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, management perspective had a positive effect on competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, management perspective and competitive advantage have a positive effect on business performance. The conclusion is that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, management perspective play an important role in competitive advantage and property business performance in Pati district.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTechnology is advancing quickly, reshaping communication, payment systems, and the economy. Mobile banking, in particular, has the potential to revolutionize banking services by enabling customers to perform transactions independently. This research investigates the factors that influence the use of mobile banking among customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk at the Semarang Sudiarto Branch. The study targets active users of the BriMO Mobile Banking application, which serves 49,000 customers at this branch. A simple random sampling method was used to select 100 respondents, without considering population strata. Results show that mobile banking performance positively affects usage decisions, with a coefficient of 0.818 and a significance of 0.001 (H1 accepted). In contrast, mobile banking transaction costs negatively impact usage decisions, with a coefficient of -0.159 and significance of 0.014 (H4 accepted). Additionally, the decision to use mobile banking is positively associated with usage levels, indicated by a coefficient of 0.434 and significance of 0.001 (H5 accepted). However, ease of use (H2 rejected) and security trust (H3 rejected) do not significantly influence usage decisions, with significance values of 0.150 and 0.325, respectively.Keywords: Mobile Banking Performance, Ease of Use, Mobile Banking Security Trust, Mobile banking transaction costs, Decision to Use.

Abstract

Value Chain Financing (VCF) is a financing solution through financial instruments, practices, and technology to optimize the management of working capital and liquidity related to the value chain process for the parent company and supplier companies, distributors, or agents as end users. By utilizing data effectively, Bank BRI can improve financial performance, strengthen competitive positions, and provide added value to customers. For marketing staff at Bank BRI in Regional Office Palembang, especially in the context of the retail loan business, this database has a crucial role in creating strategies to improve performance in credit initiatives based on the Value Chain database. In the context of the retail loan business at Bank BRI, the value chain database has an important role in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore and understand the behavior of marketing performance at Regional Office Palembang in carrying out value chain-based credit initiatives. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Value Chain Database can help the performance of Marketing Staff at Bank BRI in Regional Office Palembang to be even better. So that these Marketing Staff can formulate strategies to improve marketing performance supported by Value Chain-based credit initiatives
