Abstract

The lecturers of STMIK Palangka Raya were given the autonomy in developing the curriculum and syllabus of English subject so they must use English instructional material that related with the developed curriculum and syllabus. So that, the writer was interested in developing English instructional material and considering English for specific purpose as the approach in developing the material. The topics of the developed English instructional materials were about computer and technology. The subject of this R &D study was the Information System (SI) students of STMIK Palangka Raya. The research accomplished through the procedures of need analysis, first draft material development, expert validation, materials revision, material try out and final draft of material revision. The instrument used in this study consisted of observation, questionnaire and guided interview for the students, lecturers and also the expert validation. The data obtained were analyzed and described qualitatively. The result of the need analysis showed that the students were in the need of English Instructional Materials which were relevant to their major content course and their level of English proficiency. Related to this condition, the materials taken from some English for computer user books and some related websites. The data of try out showed that the effectiveness of the developed material in teaching learning process during try out, the observation and interview reflected that the students were very interested about the latest English Instructional Materials and they got involve actively in teaching learning process.

Abstract

Ikan betok (Anabas testudineus, Bloch 1792) is one of fishes which is a member of family Anabantidae. Betok is an endemic fish in Riau Province. The scientific study about DNA barcoding of betok fish is still rarely. This research aims to analyze the DNA barcode sequence of cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) on betok fish. Methods were used in this study such as sampling, total DNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis, sequencing and data analysis. The COI sequence studied had size of 694 bp. The BLASTn analysis showed that the betok fish had the highest similarity of 99.7% with A. testudineus and the lowest 93.00% with A. cobojinus. There was one nucleotide that characterize the betok fish based on the COI sequence namely nucleotide number 309. This study may enrich the DNA barcode database of betok fish in GeneBank.

Abstract

Siswa SMP yang tidak memahami peran guru BK menyebabkan siswa memiliki persepsi positif dan negatif. Siswa melihat peran guru BK dalam memberikan layanan informasi dengan cara yang baik. Siswa yang dekat dengan guru BK mereka akan merasa senang saat dipanggil ke ruang BK. Siswa bisa lebih terbuka dan sering berbicara tentang masalah yang mereka pikir mereka tidak dapat menyelesaikannya sehingga mereka meminta bantuan guru BK mereka. Siswa yang dekat dengan guru BK mereka juga memiliki rasa kenyamanan tersendiri untuk berkomunikasi dengan guru BK mereka, sehingga siswa tidak merasakan cemas atau ketakutan saat masuk ke ruang BK. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di SMP 8 Sarolangun dengan jumlah sampel 101,untuk pengumpulan data megunakan penyebaratb istrumet angket .Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis pengolahan data dengan menggunakan teknik persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif presisip siswa di proleh data 24 siswa (23.76%) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 59 siswa (58.42%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 22 siswa (21.78%) berada pada kategori sedang, 6 siswa (5.94%) berada pada kategori rendah dan 0 siswa (0%) berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan berada pada angka 28.41 Hal ini menunjukkan, bahwa studi tentang persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan informasi di SMP 8 Sorolingun dinilai baik oleh siswa. dengan kriteria rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif guru bk dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi di proleh data 41 siswa (40.59%) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 56 siswa (55.45%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 12 siswa (11.88%) berada pada kategori sedang, 2 siswa (1.98%) berada pada kategori rendah dan 0 siswa (0%) berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan berada pada angka 30.08 Hal ini menunjukkan, bahwa pelayanan informasi yang di berikan oleh guru bk di SMP 8 Sorolingun sudah baik dengan kriteria rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi

Abstract

Study This aiming For know performance finance government area Office Sub-district Head Liukang Kalmas District . The Pangkep inrange year 2019-2023 via observation to ratio finance that is ratio efficiency and ratio effectiveness . Method analysis Which used that is analysis descriptive quantitative through observation to ratio finance ratio efficiency, and ratio effectiveness . Data collection techniques are with Field Research Technique ( Research) Field ) which is collection data with do observation And analysis to reporting realization Sub-district Office Budget (LRA) Liukang Kalmas , Pangkep Regency. Research results This show that percentage from performance Sub-district Office Finance Liukang Kalmas District . The Pangkep with ratio efficiency performance finance Sub-district Office Liukang Kalmas, Pangkep Regency is at a lower level efficient, where the level of efficiency obtained for 5 years in a row everything is at in the range of 90%-100%. And to ratio effectiveness Sub-district Office Performance Liukang Kalmas, Pangkep Regency Already including Good Where percentage its effectiveness still is at 100% and above every the year, so that interpreted that the percentage has been very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to find out students' perception of information services provided by Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers at SMP 8 Sarolangun. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive design. The population of this study consisted of 101 students, and the sample used amounted to 50 students taken by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 10 statements with a closed questionnaire that measured three aspects, namely information services, communication quality, and student satisfaction levels with BK teacher services. Validity: The instrument is considered valid if the validity of the content, the validity of the construct, and the empirical validity indicate that this questionnaire can measure the three aspects in question well. Reliability: The instrument is considered reliable if the Alfa Cronbach ≥ 0.70, and the test-retest and split-half tests show high consistency. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of student answer distribution. The results of the study showed that the average score for information services, communication quality, and satisfaction with BK teacher services were all in the Good category. The average score of the statement ranged from 2.54 to 3.36, indicating that students felt that the information provided was clear and useful, and felt comfortable when consulting. Student satisfaction is high with an average score of 2.82 to 2.84, and many are willing to recommend BK teachers to their friends. Based on these results, it is recommended that BK teachers continue to improve the quality of information delivery and communication in order to better meet the needs and expectations of students.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling approach combined with behavioral theory in addressing behavioral and spiritual problems among adolescents at MTs Muhammadiyah Curup. Behavioral theory emphasizes that behavior can be shaped through stimulus and response using reinforcement and punishment principles. Within the Islamic framework, this approach is enriched by spiritual values derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, thus addressing not only behavioral aspects but also the spiritual dimension of faith. This research employed a library research method alongside documentation, observation, and interviews in the field. The findings indicate that the combination of behavioral theory and Islamic counseling significantly aids students in improving discipline, responsibility, and emotional control, while also enhancing spiritual values and religious motivation. This approach is considered effective as it reaches the students' internal awareness and fosters consistent personal transformation. The study recommends that the Islamic Guidance and Counseling approach be continuously implemented in Islamic educational settings to support adolescents in overcoming behavioral and spiritual challenges.
