Abstract

Presidential elections constitute a cornerstone of democratic governance, symbolizing the legitimacy and trust vested in government by the populace. The 2024 Indonesian presidential election provided a platform for public participation in shaping the nation's policy trajectory. Recognizing the pivotal role of social media, particularly YouTube, in contemporary campaigns, candidates leveraged these platforms to facilitate public discourse and gauge public sentiment towards presidential and vice-presidential candidates. This study employed a corpus-based approach to analyze netizens' comments during the debates. Through a qualitative methodology, 79,378 comments were collected from eight prominent YouTube channels: KPU RI, CNN Indonesia, INews, RCTI, TVRI, TVOne, Kompas TV, and Metro TV. The analysis draws upon Teun A. van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) and Stewart L. Tubbs and Sylvia Moss' communication styles. Findings indicate that Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar projected an image of academic prowess, intelligence, law-abidingness, and religiosity, while adopting a controlling communication style. In contrast, Prabowo and Gibran were associated with discourses of sincerity, millennial appeal, continuity of Jokowi's programs, and impressiveness. However, this pair exhibited a relinquishing communication style, characterized by passivity and a deferential approach. Finally, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD presented themselves as visionary, credible, and possessing integrity, employing an equalitarian communication style marked by respect and dialogue. ***** Pemilihan presiden (pilpres) adalah elemen vital dalam demokrasi yang mewakili legitimasi dan kepercayaan rakyat kepada pemerintah. Melalui pilpres Indonesia 2024, masyarakat ikut menentukan kebijakan negara. Para kandidat menyadari pentingnya media sosial, terutama YouTube, dalam kampanye mereka, yang memungkinkan publik untuk menyampaikan pendapat dan mencerminkan sentimen terhadap calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset berbentuk korpus yang berisi komentar warganet saat debat berlangsung. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan 79.378 komentar dari channel KPU RI, CNN Indonesia, INews, RCTI, TVRI, TVOne, Kompas TV, dan Metro TV. Kami mengimplementasikan teori Teun A van Djik untuk Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK), Stewart L Tubbs dan Sylvia Moss untuk gaya komunikasi. Hasil studi ini, Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar menunjukkan pribadi yang akademis, cerdas, taat hukum, dan religius serta bergaya controlling style. Sedangkan ihlas, milenial, melanjutkan program Jokowi, dan impresif merupakan wacana yang terlihat pada Prabowo dan Gibran, namun pasangan ini mengadopsi gaya relinquishing style, yaitu bersikap lebih pasif dan menyerahkan inisiatif kepada lawan debat. Paslon terakhir, Ganjar Pranowo dan Mahfud MD dalam menyampaikan pendapatnya terlihat visioner, kredibel, dan memiliki integritas, selain itu pasangan ini menerapkan gaya equalitarian style, yang mencerminkan sikap saling menghargai dan dialogis dalam menyampaikan pendapat.

Abstract

Koperasi RT RW Net Indonesia semenjak pandemi mengalami penurunan jumlah anggota dari 20 menjadi 15 orang dan penurunan neraca keuangan. Ini disebabkan tingginya tunggakan anggota, munculnya konflik internal antara pengurus/anggota. Menurunnya jumlah desa pengguna jasa jaringan komputer dari 30 menjadi 8 desa. Koperasi belum mampu melindungi hak cipta produk anggotanya. Tujuan pengabdian: Meningkatkan kinerja koperasi melalui peningkatkan layanan dan kepercayaan anggota terhadap transparansi keuangan serta operasional. Wujud peningkatan kinerja berbasis teknologi digital economy 4.0 diharapkan akan mendorong koperasi menjadi booster pembangunan desa cerdas di Desa Tugubandung. Metode: 1) Rancang bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) operasional dan manajemen koperasi, 2) Rancang bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Sederhana (SIMKeuS), 3) Pelatihan character-capacity building manajemen organisasi dan keuangan, 4) Pelatihan pendaftaran hak cipta. Hasil yang sudah dicapai: a) Tersedia aplikasi SIM operasional koperasi berbasis web melalui pendekatan System Rapid Prototyping, b) Tersedia applikasi SIMKeuS, c) Peningkatan character dan capacity building bidang strategi marketing UMKM dan Koperasi, d) Kemampuan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana, e) Kemampuan mendaftarkan HKI produk anggota koperasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication, work quality, and workplace spirituality on employee performance at the Teluk Dalam District Office, Simeulue Regency. Using a quantitative causal design, data were collected from 32 employees through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results show that internal communication, work quality, and spirituality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with spirituality emerging as the most dominant factor. The model explains 70.2% of the variation in performance, confirming the crucial role of intrinsic motivation and moral values in public service. Theoretically, the study contributes to human capital and workplace spirituality literature by integrating spiritual dimensions into performance models for public organizations. From a policy perspective, the findings suggest that local governments should enhance communication systems, strengthen employee development, and institutionalize spiritual and ethical programs to improve service quality. However, the limited sample size and cross-sectional design restrict the generalizability of findings. Future research should include broader samples and longitudinal designs to deepen theoretical and practical insights.

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia play a crucial role in the nation's economic development. While some SOEs have achieved significant profitability and operational efficiency, others face challenges such as governance issues and financial inefficiencies. This study examines the impact of corporate governance and internal control systems on the performance of SOEs, focusing on both financial and non-financial outcomes. Data were collected through surveys distributed to top management across 29 SOEs, with a total of 290 responses. The results suggest that both corporate governance and internal controls positively influence firm performance, with corporate governance having a slightly stronger impact. This finding emphasizes the importance of transparent and accountable governance structures in achieving long-term sustainability and operational effectiveness. The study also highlights the role of internal controls in mitigating risks, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance to improve SOEs’ performance. The research underscores the need for continuous enhancement of both corporate governance and internal control frameworks to improve SOE performance. The findings offer a better understanding of how these systems may interact to influence performance and provide insights that could inform future reforms aimed at strengthening SOEs in Indonesia. Future research should further explore the dynamic relationship between these governance factors and other organizational elements to offer a comprehensive understanding of SOE performance.

Abstract

The government initiated an impactful campus program, namely the role of campuses that not only produce graduates but also transform people's lives. One of them is through campus social responsibility based on Islamic values. This study aims to explore the contribution of universities in developing networks and digitizing BUMDes Lumintu in Blora Regency and at the same time carry out the role of preaching in society through Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers, lecturers, students, and other stakeholders. Data were analyzed systematically to understand the role of campuses in village empowerment. The results of the study show that universities play an important role in strengthening networks through collaboration with the government and community. Despite challenges in infrastructure and community involvement, the synergy between academics, government, and the community in different ways, namely through taujih, irsyad and himayah has proven effective in supporting BUMDes development. The University Social Responsibility (USR) approach provides a relevant model for village empowerment, emphasizing the importance of active participation from all parties. Sustainable and collaborative programs are expected to be a catalyst for more independent and sustainable village development.

Abstract

Penerapan reward and punishment pada PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Banda Aceh mengindikasikan adanya kecenderungan peningkatan kedisiplinan pegawai namun belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal, sehingga masih perlu dicari alternatif solusinya, dalam arti perusahaan harus beruasaha menemukan rumusan dan mampu mengimplementasi kebijakan reward and punsihment yang paling tepat bagi pegawainya dan secara efektif mampu mendongkrak kinerja para pegawai PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Banda Aceh sedemikian rupa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada PT. Anugarh Argon Medica Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Skala pengukuran variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama variabel reward dengan indikator gaji dan bonus, tunjangan, pengembangan diri serta penghargaan psikologis dan sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Banda Aceh. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, (9.249>2.01808), atau sig, 2.01808), atau sig, Ftabel 3,23 dengan probabilitas 0.000. Keempat, X1 dan X2 masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap Z, hal ini berdasarkan nilai signifikasi < 0,005. Hal yang sama juga terlihat pada pengaruh Y terhadap Z. Dari analisis diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000 < 0,005. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan Y terhadap Z. Sementara itu pengaruh X1 melalui Z terhadap Y, dan pengaruh pengaruh X2 melalui Z terhadap Y, menunjukkan hasil nilai yang positif dengan nilai signifikan di bawah 0,005, secara tidak langsung X1 dan X2 melalui Z mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Internal, Quality Of Work Life dan Spiritualitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Gampong Aceh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 70 pegawai. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan/kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi, hipotesis diuji dengan uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) dimaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel Komunikasi Internal, Quality Of Work Life dan Spiritualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Gampong Aceh. Pengujian secara parsial bahwa Komunikasi Internal, Quality Of Work Life dan Spiritualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Gampong Aceh. Variabel Komunikasi Internal mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Gampong Aceh. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu kinerja pegawai saat ini sudah baik dengan adanya Komunikasi Internal kerja yang baik serta adanya Spiritualitas pegawai. Hal ini disebabkan pegawai memiliki kualitas kerja yang baik, kemudian pegawai dapat meningkatkan kuantitas kerja disetiap tugas yang diberikan, pegawai dapat menyelesaikan tugas dengan tepat waktu dan pegawai dapat menyelesaikan tugas dengan efektif serta memiliki keahlian kerja yang baik
