Abstract

The research method uses an associative method and a quantitative descriptive approach with the help of the SPSS version 21 program where variables are measured by a Likert scale.The study population numbered 34 people, given the small number of population above, the researchers used the entire population to be the sample, where this research is called census research while the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 34 people who are employees in the Department. North Labuhanbatu District Fire Department.While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, and F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed a partial test that the Work Environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance, Work Culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Fire Service Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency, and simultaneously tests that the Work Environment, Culture variables Work, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Fire Service of North Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity and Current Ratio on Price to Book Value with Debt to Equity Ratio as an intervening variable in transportation companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The partial test results with is that return on equity has a significant effect on the debt to equity ratio the current ratio has no significant effect on debt to equity ratio. The second equation shows that return on equity has a significant effect on price to book value, current ratio has a significant effect on price to book value and debt to equity has a significant effect on price to book value. The second equation proves that return on equity, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on price to book. The test using path analysis proves that the debt to equity ratio can be an intervening variable between the variable return on equity to price to book value and the debt to equity ratio can not be an intervening variable between the variable current ratio to price to book value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence teacher competence, motivation, and work environment have on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. The results showed that simultaneously teacher competence, motivation and work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. Partially teacher competence, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan and partially teacher competence, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative associative approach. The population in this study were all plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely 6 companies. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using documentation techniques. The data used in this research is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Accounts receivable turnover has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability. Abstract

The data used in this research is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study are using path analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate partially that: (1) The current ratio has a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. (3) Return On Assets has a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity to price earning ratio with price to book value as an intervening variable in automotive sub-sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.. The test using path analysis proves that Price to book value can be a variable that mediates between the variable current ratio to the price earning ratio with a value of -1.278, the price to book value can be a variable that mediates between the variable debt to equity ratio to the price earning ratio with the value - 216.22 and price to book value cannot be the variables that mediate between the variable return on equity to the price earning ratio with a value of -12.847.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan sosial bagi seluruh masyarakat miskin dikota tanjungbalai merupakan tujuan dari utama yang ingin dicapai oleh walikota tanjungbalai. Salah satu upaya Pemerintah Kota Tanjungbalai untuk mencapai mengentaskan kemiskinan di Kota Tanjungbalai adalah dengan menghadirkan  program pemerintah pusat yaitu Program Keluarga Harapan yang merupakan salah satu program andalan dari Kementrian Sosial Republik Indonesia yang dalam implementasinya masih sering mengalami masalah yang diakibatkan kurangnya pengetahuan akan program tersebut sehingga untuk mengatasi itu makan ditunjuklah pendamping sosial untuk membantu dalam mengaplikasikan program bantuan ini. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif  yang didukung dengan data primer dan sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada penerima PKH langsung. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan informasi melalui angket dalam bentuk pernyataan dan pada tahap akhir dengan menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan variabel Program Keluarga Harapan mempengaruhi variabel Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kota Tanjungbalai sehingga pemerintah Kota Tanjungbalai harus bisa mempertahankan program bantuan ini agar masyarakat Kota Tanjungbalai dapat terbantu. Sedangkan menurut hasil penelitian kinerja pendamping menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan Variabel Kinerja Pendamping memoderasi hubungan Program Keluarga Harapan  terhadap Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kota Tanjungbalai yang artinya Kinerja Pendamping dapat memperkuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKH Dikota Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh online customer review,e-recovery service quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dimediasi oleh trust pada Ayu Shop Tebing Tinggi, populasi penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan Ayu Shop Tebing Tinggi, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 88 orang.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif kuantitatif, dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode penyebaran angket online, dan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur menggunakan alat aplikasi smart PLS.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari online customer review e-recovery service quality terhadap trust. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organiasi yang di mediasi kepuasan kerja pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Medan Sukaramai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Medan Sukaramai maupun unit dibawahnya dengan jumlah 102. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 17, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda, regresi variabel intervening dan koefisien determinasi. Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif. Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi yang di intervening oleh kepuasan kerja lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung antara pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi.Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi yang di intervening oleh kepuasan kerja lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung antara kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and promotion on job promotion through promotion at PT. Bank Sumut Medan head office. The sample in this study uses the 10% slovin formula for as many as 87 employees, where the population of all employees is 675 employees. The data collection technique in this study used the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the software program SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of this study prove that competence directly has a positive but not significant effect on employee promotions, directly work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee promotions, directly work performance has a positive and significant effect on promotions, and direct competence has a positive and significant effect on work performance, directly work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance, indirectly competence has a positive and significant effect on promotion through work performance, indirectly work experience has a positive and significant effect on promotion through position promotion. This shows that work performance it can affect competence towards promotions and through work performance, it can affect work experience towards promotions in positions PT.
