Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment and career development on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatera. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where all the population was sampled, but non-permanent or temporary employees were not included in the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 70 employees in the Administrative Division. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique in this study used quantitative data analysis methods, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the software program SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of this study prove that the work environment directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, career development directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, directly the work environment has no significant effect on performance, career development directly has a significant effect on performance, directly job satisfaction has no significant effect on performance, indirectly job satisfaction acts as a mediator between the work environment on performance, indirectly job satisfaction acts as a mediator between career development and performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatera

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, untuk menentukan kapasitas motivasi untuk memediasi dampak gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dan kapasitas disiplin kerja untuk memediasi dampak gaya kepemimpinan pada kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Pemeriksaan ini menggunakan strategi kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapat dengan uji faktual SEM-PLS yang menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan kritis antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedua, ada pengaruh positif dan kritis antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi pegawai. Ketiga, ada pengaruh positif dan kritis antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Keempat, motivasi berpengaruh tidak besar terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kelima, kerja Disiplin berpengaruh tidak besar terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keenam, motivasi tidak mengintervensi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Ketujuh, Disiplin kerja tidak menengahi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio and Debt to Total Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study amounted to 26 companies. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data management in this study using the SPSS 23 Software program. The results showed that the Current ratio had no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity.in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The quick ratio does not have a positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The Debt To Asset Ratio has no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX 2016-2020. The Debt To Equity Ratio has no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together do not have a positive but significant effect on the Return on Equity of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity

Abstract

Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini adalah penurunan kinerja di lingkungan pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, yang mana hal tersebut diduga disebabkan faktor kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pengaruh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, sebanyak 42 pegawai sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling atau sampel jenuh sebanyak 42 Pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik daftar pertanyaan melalui menyebarkan angket/quesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Ada pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Ada pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and spirituality in the workplace on employee performance through the morale of the Deliserdang regent's office employees directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Deliserdang regent's office. The sample in this study using the slovin formula totaling 52 employees of the Deliserdang regent's office. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaire methode. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that leadership has a significant effect on performance directly, spirituality in the workplace has a significant effect on performance, direct morale has a significant effect on performance, direct leadership has a significant effect on morale, and spirituality in the workplace has a significant effect, on work morale indirectly work morale is able to mediate the influence of leadership onperformance, endirectly work morale is able to mediate the influence of spirituality in the workplace on the performance of the Deli Serdang regent’s office employee.

Abstract

This study aims to improve entrepreneur's performance through entrepreneur's independence for business actors. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, in line with the objectives to be achieved in this study, namely the development of an entrepreneur's independence model in increasing entrepreneur's business performance.The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and analyzes the entrepreneur's performance of business actors through the entrepreneur's independence model in the business in Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency through 9 small and medium business actors.From the results of the survey and the distribution of questionnaires conducted by the research team, the results of the research are, small and medium enterprises in Lubuk Pakam District do not have good entrepreneurial independence or business independence so they are not able and effective in running a business, so the results obtained have not as expected.

Abstract

The food and beverage sector in manufacturing companies has an important role for the Indonesian economy. This study aims to determine, test and analyze the Debt to Equity Ratio mediating the effect of Return On Assets and Current Ratio on Price to Book Value in Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. In this study using an associative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 10 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique is documentation technique, in the form of secondary data by taking data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis by testing the outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and mediating effect analysis. The results showed that Return On Assets had an effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio. Current Ratio affects the Debt to Equity Ratio. Return On Assets has an effect on Price to Book Value. Current Ratio has no effect on Price to Book Value. Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on Price to Book Value. Debt to Equity Ratio can mediate the effect of Return On Assets on Price to Book Value. And the Debt to Equity Ratio can mediate the influence of the Current Ratio on Price to Book Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, test and analyze the effect of ROA, CR, DER on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable in basic and chemical industrial manufacturing companies for the period 20152019. This research is an associative quantitative research using documentation techniques. The population of this study amounted to 75 company. Research sample of 11 companies by using purposive sampling techniques and using SmartPLS as methode data analysis. The results showed that ROA, DER had a negative and insignificant relationship to stock prices. CR has a negative and significant relationship to stock prices. ROA, CR have a positive and insignificant relationship with dividend policy. DER has a positive and significant relationship to dividend policy. Dividend policy has a negative and significant relationship to stock prices. Dividend policy is not able to mediate the effect of ROA, CR, DER on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value and how the role of Firm Size as a moderating variable in the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in Sub-Companies. Large Trading Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. This research approach is an associative approach, where the total company population is 51 companies with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling so that a sample of 10 large trading sub-sector companies are obtained which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, and the financial statements taken are secondary data. , which is obtained from the www.idx.co.id website, and the data that has been collected will be analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis & Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) accompanied by partial hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 21. The results show that Return On Assets has a significant effect on Firm Value, Current Ratio has an insignificant but not significant effect on Firm Value, Debt To Asset Ratio has an insignificant effect on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Return On Assets to Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Current Ratio on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in large trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of service, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The population used in this study were all employees of the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency. While the sampling technique used the census method, namely taking all members of the population as a research sample totaling 32 people. The analytical model used in this study is Descriptive Analysis and Path Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows 22.0 program. The results of the study found that service had an effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 4.450 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction affects employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 5.507 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. work motivation affects employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 4.276 > ttable 1.685 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. And service, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance, as evidenced by the Fcount value of 5.299 > Ftable of 2.96 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The contribution of service variables, job satisfaction and work motivation to employee performance at the Department of Labor and Industry of North Labuhanbatu Regency is 50.1%, the remaining 49.8% of employee performance is influenced by other variables.
