Abstract

Studi penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi serta kinerja karyawan PT. MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) Semarang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja; motivasi terhadap kinerja; kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi; kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Langkah pengujian empirisnya dengan tiga tahap. Model pertama adalah outer model, model kedua yaitu inner model dan model ketiga yaitu weight relation. Jumlah sampel dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. The study purposes to analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, performance organizational   commitment, the influence of job satisfaction on performance  and commitment, the effect of commitment on performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling and questionnaires are used to collect data from 45 respondents. The respondents are the employees of PT. MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) Semarang. Data analysis uses three step tests that are testing outer model, inner model and weight relation. The results show that motivation affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Moreover job satisfaction influence organizational commitment and performance. Meanwhile organizational commitment affects employees’ performance.

Abstract

Organizations and human resources face rapid changes and significant challenges, including employees of Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa to require them to adapt and find new effective ways to deal with these changes and challenges. Patient visits and health services data are evaluated and assessed to measure how good the health level service is. This research aims to determine that job crafting and work engagement can improve the performance of employees at Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa. The population of this research is all employees of Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa, totaling 109 employees, and the sample obtained was 86 people. The data collection method used observation and questionnaires, and the data analysis method used the SEM PLS method with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses in this research were accepted and showed a positive and significant effect. Suggestions for further research can involve the entire UPT Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Central Java Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kecocokan nilai individu dan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan peran mediasi pemberdayaan psikologis pada pengaruh kecocokan nilai individu dan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Populasi dari penelitian merupakan seluruh pimpinan koperasi simpan pinjam dan konsumen di Kabupaten Kebumen. Sebanyak 70 responden telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecocokan nilai individu dan organisasi tidak berpengatuh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Namun, kecocokan nilai individu dan organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan psikologis. Pemberdayaan psikologis juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Kemudian, pemberdayaan psikologis memiliki peran mediasi penuh pada pengaruh kecocokan nilai individu dan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Responden yang terbatas dan pengembalian angket kurang maksimal menjadi keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini, sehingga untuk penelitian yang akan datang diharapkan mampu menambahkan responden untuk mencapai data ideal, mengembangkan variabel independen yang lain seperti kepemimpinan dan persepsi dukungan organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategic priorities that green companies need in Indonesia. This type of research is exploratory research. The research method utilized in this research is qualitative clustering through 'idea networking' to obtain the strategic priorities of the company predicated on the green industry in Indonesia. The results of the study show that strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia have several important points, namely: Excellence, Sustainability, Eco-friendly, CSR, Value Creation, Customer Focus, Efficient. It is expected to provide important information for the green industries to face the challenges. Moreover, the results of this research can be used to conduct further research on the strategic priorities of green companies in Indonesia.
