Abstract

To achieve the learning objectives of civic education, strategies and models are needed in learning that can increase student participation and creativity and be able to instil character values in students and national integration of informatics engineering students. To instil character values in students and national integration of informatics engineering students, researchers chose a Project-Based Learning model based on projects / activities as a medium. Through this project-based learning, lecturers are required to be able to shape and build the character of students who love the country and are able to carry out foreign activities. For this reason, the author is interested in conducting research with the theme "The Effect of the Project Based Learning Model in the Civic Education course on the national integration character of Informatics Engineering students". The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an effect of the Project Based Learning Model in the Civics Education course on the national integration character of Informatics Engineering students. Data analysis used in this study includes normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is obtained that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, then proceed to hypothesis testing. Based on the hypothesis test that has been carried out so that the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < ∝ = 0.05 means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Project Based Learning Model in the Civic Education course on the national integration character of Informatics Engineering students.

Abstract

Pengembangan warga negara yang demokratis sesuai dengan karakteristik warga negara abad ke dua puluh satu yang menekankan pada dimensi pendidikan, sosial, politik, sosial budaya, dan ekonomi sehingga diperlukan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Disamping itu digitalisasi juga berpengaruh pada karakter generasi muda yang mudah terbawa arus instan informasi. Berawal dari kondisi seperti ini, perlu adanya  Penelitian tentang pengembangan model pembelajaran Citizen Journalism untuk meningkatkan civic skills dan civic empathy pada mahasisiwa, dimana penelitian tersebut bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi dampak pada penggunaan model pembelajaran citizen journalism kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan civic skills dan civic empathy sebagai upaya penguatan Pendidikan karakter bagi para mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Tindakan kelas menggunakan model dari bachman. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Teknik informatika Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri semester dua yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para mahasiswa telah memiliki perangkat keteram- pilan dan empati sebagai bagian dari civic competencies yang membentuk karakter dan moralitas publik mereka. Melalui model pembelajaran citizen journalism, kedua kompetensi tersebut diperkuat dan tampak lebih jelas dengan pola pembelajaran berbuat dan penyelesaian masalah melalui penyelesaian proyek. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model citizen journalism mampu mengembangkan sikap-sikap demokratis mahasiswa seperti keterbukaan, berpikir kritis, toleran, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Real-time object detection is a crucial aspect of computer vision. With the increasing prominence of the big data field, it has become easier to gather data from various sources. Over the past few decades, computer vision inspection systems have become essential tools in agricultural operations, and their usage has seen a significant rise. Computer vision automation-based technology in agriculture is increasingly being employed to enhance productivity and efficiency. Tomato is a widely utilized crop commodity, finding applications in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Consequently, tomato farming continues to evolve and has become one of the nation's export commodities. YOLO is an algorithm capable of real-time object detection and recognition. In this study, the YOLOv7-tiny architecture, which has lower computational overhead, was utilized. For quality detection of tomatoes, they were categorized into three classes: ripe, unripe, and defective. The trained model yielded a recall score of 0.97, precision of 1.0, a PR-curve of 0.838, and an F1-score of 0.81, indicating that the model learned effectively. The research achieved an accuracy of 90.6% on original images with an average IoU of 0.90 and a detection time of 2.7 seconds. In images with added light disturbance, the average accuracy was 91.2%. Images with reduced light yielded an average accuracy of 92%, while images with blur disturbance had an average accuracy of 78.2%. In real-time testing, ripe tomatoes were detected up to a maximum distance of 90cm, unripe tomatoes at 90cm, and defective tomatoes at 70cm.

Abstract

In improving the quality of service to customers, UD. Lasmi Jaya store is asked to be able to handle problems that often arise, among others, lack or absence of (out of stock) stock of building goods that are very popular, less strategic layouts, assist in decision making to develop marketing strategies and promote better products and more. Therefore, in this problem, there must be utilization of sales transaction data for processing using a priori algorithms so that it can provide new knowledge that can be utilized by shop owners. From the results of research that has been carried out from 300 sales transaction data from January 1, 2022 - June 30, 2022 with a comparison of a minimum transaction of 15 or a minimum of 5% support and a minimum of 40% confidence with a minimum of 12 transactions or a minimum of 4% support and a minimum of 30% confidence, associations the final results found were more at least 12 transactions or minimum support 4% and minimum confidence 30% because if the minimum support value and minimum confidence value were lower then the association value found would be more, so for determining stock of goods or layout of goods or as promotion and others so that it will make it easier for the owner to manage their sales so that they can grow and provide satisfaction

Abstract

Lack of Computational Thinking in schools can cause problems including lack of problem-solving skills, limited creativity, lack of abstract thinking skills, inability to manage and analyze data, lack of understanding of the implications of technology, and lagging behind in career preparation. Therefore, it is important to strengthen the teaching of Computational Thinking in schools so that students have the skills and understanding needed to face challenges in the digital era. To overcome the problem of lack of Computational Thinking in schools, it is important to improve adequate curriculum, provide training and support to teachers, provide sufficient resources and access to technology, raise awareness of the importance of Computational Thinking, and encourage integration with other subjects. Socialization of Computational Thinking in schools can help prepare students to face an increasingly digital and complex world and can help overcome several problems related to technological developments and competency needs in the digital era. Through the socialization of Computational Thinking, problems such as lack of computational thinking skills, inability to solve complex problems, lack of understanding of the impact of technology, lack of integration of technology in learning, and less than optimal preparation for the digital workplace can be overcome. Thus, students can be better prepared to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities in the ever-evolving digital era

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase production productivity and marketing capabilities through assistance and training in clothing waste processing at Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Berkaho, Pungpungan Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The main problems faced by BUMDes Berkaho are the low skills and knowledge in processing clothing waste into products of economic value and limited access and ability to market these products. The training method used includes preparation, socialization, training, technology adaptation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the program show a significant improvement in clothing waste treatment skills. BUMDesa Berkaho is able to produce various handicraft products such as bags, wallets, and other accessories that have a high selling value. In addition, the trainees also showed creativity in creating new designs that are more varied and interesting. In terms of Marketing, BUMDes Berkaho was introduced to digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to promote and sell products. The evaluation of the program shows that the assistance and training provided have a positive impact on increasing the income of the people of Pungpungan Village. The handicraft products produced have succeeded in attracting the interest of consumers both from inside and outside the region

Abstract

Bulu adalah Desa di wilayah Kecamatan Balen, Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. Luas wilayah desa Bulu sebesar 3.01920 km2. Desa Bulu memiliki tiga dukuh, yaitu Dukuh Bulu Banaran, Bangle, dan Ngantulan. Perekonomian masyarakat desa Bulu bisa dibilang dalam kategori menengah ke atas. Mayoritas penduduk di desa Bulu bekerja sebagai petani dan peternak. Desa Bulu di Kecamatan Balen sangat berpotensi untuk menjadi desa yang dapat menyumbang pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah Bojonegoro dengan bermodal banyaknya potensi pertanian dan peternakan yang dimilikinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan dan Pendampingan. Diadakannya kegiatan pemberdayaan dan penyuluhan dengan tema “Pertanian Terpadu Pertanian Masa Depan” ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan wadah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat terutama petani dan peternak. Selain itu kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang baik mengenai teknik budidaya pertanian dan ternak yang efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pengetahuan mendalam tentang pembuatan pupuk organik dan pakan ternak. Peserta juga mampu mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam proses fermentasi dan penerapan pupuk organik di dalam praktik pertanian mereka.

Abstract

The increasing number of people with diabetes is an international health problem. To prevent diabetic complications, early diagnosis and accurate classification are essential. This study looks at how the composition of split data affects the classification performance of diabetics with machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The research data is taken from Bojonegoro Regency Hospital, which consists of 128 samples that have 10 main features. To ensure the data is ready for use, the research method goes through a preprocessing stage. Next, the data was divided into training and testing data with a ratio of 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50 respectively. Using confusion matrix, the algorithm is assessed for accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. In this study we focus on the accuracy values obtained and the results show that the proportion of data sharing affects the performance of the algorithm. Random Forest achieved 100% accuracy in some scenarios. This algorithm also proved to be the most effective in the classification of diabetics. In conclusion, algorithm selection and data split composition are very important for model performance optimization. These results are important for the development of more accurate and efficient Machine Learning-based diagnosis systems. Further research can consider larger datasets and additional algorithms for better results.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sumber Hidup Ngeper merupakan lembaga ekonomi desa yang didirikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya keterampilan dan pemahaman pengelola BUMDes dalam menjalankan operasional usaha serta pemutakhiran data dan updating data. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan SDM di BUMDes Sumber Hidup dalam hal manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan data, serta mengoptimalkan proses pemutakhiran data yang dapat mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan BUMDes. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini meliputi pelatihan langsung kepada pengelola BUMDes, penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya pemutakhiran data, serta penerapan sistem informasi berbasis digital yang memudahkan pengelolaan data secara real-time. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kapasitas SDM BUMDes Sumber Hidup, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan usaha dan pemutakhiran data. Monitoring dan evaluasi berkala terhadap hasil program juga penting dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang muncul dan memastikan keberlanjutan program ini dalam mendukung pengembangan ekonomi desa.

Abstract

Stunting or stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers, where toddlers experience failure to thrive as a result of chronic malnutrition so that toddlers are too short for their age. Broadly speaking, stunting is caused by a lack of nutrition for a long time and the occurrence of recurrent infections, and these two causative factors are influenced by inadequate parenting from the womb to the first 1,000 days of birth. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) reports that the prevalence of children with stunting under the age of five in Indonesia is the second highest in Southeast Asia. Its prevalence reaches 31.8% in 2020. Further monitoring and data collection by the Singgahan Pukesmas regarding stunting cases determines the growth and development factors of toddlers both in the womb and toddlers who have been born. However, the problem that often arises at the Singgahan Pukesmas is that examining the status of stunting in toddlers still takes quite a long time because it is done manually and is also prone to inaccuracies, so a system is needed that can classify toddler examination data to predict whether the child is in stunting or not stunting status. fast and accurate. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Naive Bayes Algorithm with backward elimination feature selection makes it easier to determine the status of stunted or not stunted toddlers with the variables gender, age, weight, height, BB/U, Z-core BB/U, BB/ TB, Z-Core BB/TB, Z-core TB/U with a total of 450 dataset records, 360 training data records and 90 testing data records taken randomly with an accuracy of 86.11%
