Abstract

Community organizing is a process or effort to form, manage, and organize communities or groups to achieve common goals and solve problems that exist in a particular social environment. The purpose of this research is to: 1) Knowing the role of community leaders and community institutions through the process of organizing community management of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism2) Knowing the form of community participation in organizing the community management of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach, this research uses data collection techniques, through interviews, observations, and document studies. The data was analyzed narratively using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana approach with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To get accurate data, this research uses source triangulation and technique triangulation.The results of this study include 1) The role of community leaders and community institutions in organizing the community management of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism is carried out through community awareness, Village Deliberation(Musdes) and the formation of the Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism management group. 2) The formof community participation in the organization of community management of Madiredo Lake Agrotourism is participating in planning, the community provides suggestions and opinions related tothe management of Madiredo Lake Agrotourism through Musdes and evaluation activities. Inimplementation, the community participates in contributions in the form of labor, funds, and promotion. Participation in the form of labor is that the community is involved in the construction of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism infrastructure, participation in the form of community funds as investors andparticipation in the form of community promotion in promoting Telaga Madiredo Agrotourismon their personal social media. The form of community participation in utilizing the results is that the community participates as employees, the farming community cooperates with the manager of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism, and the people who live around Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism sell drinks andsnacks. Abstract

The application of the parenting model is considered very important, especially in adolescent prosocial behavior, because the application of the right parenting model to children can provide a stimulus on how to properly form adolescent prosocial behavior which will affect the development of prosocial behavior in adulthood. The tendency of students to behave prosocially can occur from peers who make adolescents behave and behave in the same way as their peers, therefore interaction with peers can also be an encouragement in the development of prosocial behavior of adolescents. This study aims to describe the parenting model, and describe the interaction of peer friendship as well as describe the prosocial behavior of adolescents in class X of SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pagak. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive research design. The results of this study are (a) the parenting model of class X of SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pagak is included in the good category: (b) the interaction of adolescent friendship in class X of SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pagak is included in the good category: (c) the prosocial behavior of adolescents in class X of SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pagak is included in the category of quite good: and (d) there is a sufficient influence between the parenting model and peer friendship interaction on the prosocial behavior of adolescents in class X of SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pagak.

Abstract

This research was used to identify coaching methods to shape the character of children in the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Blitar City. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. LPKA Class I Blitar City's efforts to make andikpas have the awareness to worship. Apart from worship, the cultivation of religious character values can also be seen when correctional students are happy to help friends who are experiencing difficulties, comforting friends who feel sad. Apart from that, Andikpas also increasingly understands its responsibilities. The coaching method used by LPKA Class I Blitar City to improve the religious character of correctional students is by using the method of example, habituation and advice. Meanwhile, the coaching method used by the Class I Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Blitar City to improve the responsible character of correctional students is by using the exemplary method and also the habituation method.

Abstract

Parenting competency refers to the ability of parents encompassing knowledge, skills, and attitudes in child-rearing. This study aims to (1) describe the understanding of parenting among parents of students at Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria, (2) describe the implementation process of the parenting program by Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria, and (3) describe the efforts to strengthen parenting competencies undertaken by parents of students at Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The researcher analyzed the data through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that (1) parents' understanding of parenting is at the stage of extrapolating material application into their lives, (2) the implementation process of the parenting program involves several stages including discussions between facilitators and parents, facilitators studying the issues and finding speakers, and the parenting program being conducted according to parents' learning needs, and (3) efforts to strengthen parenting competency include self-learning, sharing with facilitators and other parents, and participating in the parenting program activities organized by Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria.

Abstract

Informal education is an education obtained from the family environment and its surroundings independently. The family is the first and main place in obtaining education to start life. Every family has its own way in raising children. Social interactions in the family do not just happen, but there are goals to be achieved from all family members. Which causes them to be able to connect and interact with each other, namely the existence of the need that must be met. Connect in the family is inseparable from interaction activities between parents and children. The purpose of this study was to explain the role of the parents of the guardian of the child's informal education of TKWSingle Parentin Blitar Regency. In addition, it also aims to explain the strategy of parents' parents in developing social and emotional children of the TKWSingle Parentin Blitar District. This study uses descriptive research types using qualitative methods. This qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Data collection in this study was conducted with observation and interview techniques. The data obtained were analyzed by the data reduction stages, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions and verification. Check the validity of this research data is carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study are if informal education from guardian parents is still lacking, then the child will behave arbitrarily and has a negative impact on the child itself. There needs to be more attention and supervision of the parents of the guardian so that informal education of children is specialized about environmental socialization education can develop optimally.
