Abstract

Proverty is a serious problem, the occurrence of proverty in the community is caused by a condition of the inability of the family economically to meet primary needs. Poor people are found in almost every country, city, and region. One of them is in the Oransbari District, which is one of the areas in Indonesia where the population does not receive assistance evenly. Based on these conditions, clustering is carried out to assist the district in grouping the poor population, so that the assistance provided can be right on target. With this problem, data mining with k-means clustering method used in clustering the poor population to make it easier for the Oransbari District to provide the population so that it is right on target. The data used is the data of the poor population in 2020 which amounted to 1872 with 17 attributes. Based on the results of tests carried out by applying the k-means algorithm, the results obtained with 3 clusters, the first cluster with a population of 471 with the category of poor population with medium priority, the second cluster has a population of 428 with a high priority category of poor population, and the third cluster has a population of 826 a low priority category of poor population. The k-means method is expected to be able to assist the Oransbari District in making decisions so that assistance is more targeted.

Abstract

Although application mobile JKN would facilitate the public. However, until now has a view on the level of satisfactiom users application mobile JKN particulary in the area of west Papua. Reseach objectives to be evalution when do for improve te weaknesses and shortage of system. Raising the level of satisfaction mobile users JKN. The use writer method user experience questionnaire (UEQ) to assess the variable UEQ: attractiviness, clarity, efficiency, the reliability of, stimulation and novelty. The result of the research by the number 117 respondents from 5 administrative areas west papua, category above average on a scale attractiviness with the 1.22. Scale clarity with the 1.13 to a category bellow average. Scale efficiency the average value of 1.42 with category above average. Scale the accuracy of get result the average score 2.04 to a category excellent. The stimulation average scoring 1.16 category above average. The last a novelty average 1.85 with excellent categories.

Abstract

The success of an organization is heavily influenced by the quality of its website in the current digital era. PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI), as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that plays a crucial role in sea transportation in Indonesia, understands the importance of having an effective website to support its mission and vision. Therefore, PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) has developed a website that aims to facilitate the public in accessing information and services related to sea transportation. The analysis of user satisfaction with the PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) website is the particular goal of this study. The methods used in this research are WebQual 4.0 and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A total of 103 respondents using the PELNI website participated in this study, where data was collected through a Google Form-based questionnaire. The analysis's findings indicate that a number of factors, including usability, perceived usefulness, information quality, system quality, and informativeness, positively and significantly affect user satisfaction (T-Statistic> 1.96 at the 5% significance level and P-Value <0.05). However, variables such as Perceived Ease of Use and Service Quality do not show a significant effect on user satisfaction (T-Statistic < 1.96 and P-Value > 0.05). These findings can serve as a foundation for PELNI to make further improvements and development to their website, with the aim of improving service quality and better meeting user needs

Abstract

In order to study the holy book of the Qur'an, reading and understanding the content and meanings of every verse of Al-Qur'an that we read of course we need to learn tajwid punctuation in the letters of each verse of the Qur'an. For the reading is as a tool to make it easier, know the short and length, to know lafaz and the law of reading the Quran. Because tajwid is applied at an early age, children are often easy to forget and difficult to understand material reading. The purpose of making tajwid learning application to facilitate children to understand and master the reading of material. The writer uses research method data collection, including the use of observation, interview, and questionnaire. The tool was used in the design of this system using UML modeling Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and software used by the writer is Basic4Android (B4A) and the tool used is android SDK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher professionalism and education quality in Indonesia, especially in the context of regional autonomy. The issues raised include the challenges faced by the education system, such as inequitable access to education and teaching quality. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and surveys of teachers, students and education stakeholders in several regions. The results show that there is a significant relationship between teacher professionalism and improving the quality of education, where teachers who have good pedagogical competence and professional attitudes are able to create a conducive learning environment. In addition, factors such as adequate education facilities and parental and community involvement also contribute to student learning outcomes. This study recommends improving the quality of teacher training, developing equitable education policies and improving teachers' welfare to support their professionalism. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective education policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how globalization affects leadership ethics and identify the educational issues that arise as a result of this phenomenon. The methodology used is a literature study and qualitative analysis of relevant data, including interviews with educational leaders and analysis of educational policies in various countries. The results show that leaders need to understand cultural complexities and apply ethical principles in decision-making. In addition, although globalization provides greater access to knowledge, the access gap and commercialization of education are significant challenges. The research recommends the development of digital infrastructure, curriculum revision and teacher training to improve the quality of education. In addition, international collaboration and strengthening local values in education are also considered important to maintain cultural identity amid globalization. The findings are expected to provide insights for leaders and policymakers in facing the challenges of globalization ethically and effectively

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of distinctive quality standards in Integrated Islamic Schools (JSIT) through a conceptual approach. The main focus of the research is how Islamic values are integrated in curriculum, learning, and evaluation at JSIT. The method used is a literature study, by reviewing literature related to integrative curriculum, holistic education, and value-based evaluation. The results showed that JSIT combines the national curriculum with Islamic values, creating balanced learning between cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Teachers act not only as teachers but also moral guides (murabbi), forming an environment that supports students' Islamic character. Evaluation not only measures academic achievement, but also students' character and spiritual development. This study suggests the need for continuous training for educators and further research to explore more deeply the effect of implementation on learning outcomes and student character.

Abstract

This study explores the use of augmented reality (AR) technology as a technology enabling the preservation of traditional Papua musical instruments. It aims of understanding factors that influence the adoption of this technology by people living in Papua who are not indigenous Papuans. The use of AR as a tool for cultural preservation is still limited, particularly in the context of Papua, highlighting a research gap concerning the acceptance of AR technology in regions rich in culture but limited in technology adoption. The study employs Design Science Research (DSR) as a research framework. The development and evaluation in the DSR are conducted rigorously and robustly. Once the AR artifact is developed using uniteAR tool, subsequently it is evaluated employing UTAU2 as a theoretical lens. Particularly in the evaluation stage, it involves 115 respondents as participants in data collection. The data is analyzed with partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The main findings indicate that the measurement model has good reliability and validity, with an R² value of 0.8, meaning that Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior explain 80% of the variability in AR technology adoption. The findings also reveal that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions are significant factors driving AR technology adoption among respondents. The implications of this study are highly relevant for the development of strategies using AR technology to introduce and preserve traditional Papua musical instruments. These findings can be used by local governments, indigenous communities, and local content developers to design more effective solutions for enhancing AR adoption in Papua, taking into account key factors influencing public behavioral intentions. Thus, this research not only provides theoretical insights into technology adoption but also strengthens the integration of culture and technology in Papua, opening opportunities for more interactive and engaging cultural preservation.   Keywords:  Technology Adoption, Augmented Reality, Papua Traditional Musical Instruments, PLS-SEM, UTAUT

Abstract

Digital transformation plays a vital role in enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing regions. A case in point is Rumahekraf in West Papua Province, which faces infrastructure challenges such as limited internet access, inadequate technological devices, and insufficient digital training for MSME actors. In addition to infrastructure challenges, external factors such as economic conditions, local culture, and the digital divide also influence the adoption rate of this platform. This study aims to investigate the factors that drive and hinder its adoption. By combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Technology Readiness Index (TRI), and Performance Importance Map Analysis (IPMA). Particularly, this study examines the role of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity in shaping behavioral intention (BI) that might lead to usage behavior (UB). With a total of 157 respondents, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the results showed that perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) have a significant effect on BI (R2=56.3%), while BI influenced UB (R2=58%). Optimism affects PEOU but not PU, this can be explained by the nature of optimism, which tends to reinforce confidence in one's ability to master technology rather than directly evaluating the platform's perceived benefits. While Innovativeness positively affects both. The findings emphasize that in areas with limited infrastructure, such as West Papua, prioritizing easy-to-use design and useful features is key to effective platform adoption. This research provides insights for policymakers and developers to improve strategies in promoting digital platform adoption among MSMEs.

Abstract

The quality of education in elementary schools is greatly influenced by the quality of the learning process, one of which is through academic supervision carried out by school principals and school supervisors. This study aims to examine the roles of both parties in the implementation of academic supervision and their contributions to improving the quality of basic education. The research method used is a literature review with a literature analysis approach from primary and secondary sources, including educational management theory, government policies, and previous research results. The analysis results indicate that school principals play a direct role in teacher development through classroom visits and feedback, while school supervisors have a broader role in evaluating and developing the professionalism of both school principals and teachers. Synergy between the two is a key factor in the effectiveness of supervision.
