Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets , Return On Equity , Debt Equity Ratio on policies in viden. The study of retrieving data from financial statements of pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2017. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation data collection technique, a measuring instrument to find out the company's dividend policy in this study, which is using Dividend Pay o ut Ratio . From the results of this study it can be concluded that the ROA, ROE, and DER that we call the independent variable (X) have a significant effect and are positive for the DPR or what we call the dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there are simultaneous effects of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover to Pofitability (Return On Asset) on Transportation Company Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchanged. This research use quantitative method. The population on this research is transportation companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2014-2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, from 71 transportation companies globally converged into 10 transportation companies, so that the data obtained were 50 observation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio does not partially affect ROA, while Total Asset Turnover has a partial effect on ROA. And the three independent variables (CR, DER and TATO) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely profitability (ROA)

Abstract

All aspects of human life today use the internet, for example in the trade aspect. Based on these needs, various websites/applications have emerged that provide consumer goods. One such website/application is Shopee. This study focuses on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. Purchasing decisions have several influencing factors, but researchers only take two factors, namely Promotion and Price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application/website. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach, with the data collection technique is a questionnaire. This study used 100 respondents based on purposive sampling theory (respondents based on predetermined criteria). The data that has been collected through the distribution of the questionnaire will then be processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Promotion and Price variables partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

This research intends to determine: (1) the effect of work communication on employee performance, and (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The population in this research are all employees of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, totaling 65 employees. The sample utilized in this research is the entire population of 65 employees, thus it is called a population research. Instrument testing was carried out at PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. The validity test used correlation product moment, while the reliability test used Spearman Brown which processed by using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. In the validity test of work communication, there are 9 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of work motivation, there are 5 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of employee performance, there are 9 statements and all are valid. Furthermore, the classical assumption test includes multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test in this research applies multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Work Communication (X1) has a partially significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is demonstrated by the magnitude of the significance value of 0.029 which is smaller than 0.05. In accordance with these results, it can be concluded that work communication has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (2) Work Motivation (X2) has a partially significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). This is indicated by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. According to these results, it can be inferred that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is revealed by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y).

Abstract

City and District governments in Indonesia would take the initiative in order to increase local revenue, in addition, to improve the performance of SMEs, but also to cooperate with the investors to take advantage of regional assets into Sentra SMEs. This research aims to develop SMEs Sentra Investment Feasibility Model Mix-Used in areas with Fuzzy Logic as a strategy to increase the prosperity of the region under the ASEAN Economic Community. Abstract

This type of research uses a correlation coefficient, the sample used in this study is members who are also customers of Koperasi Karyawan PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industry in Surabaya as many as 50 customers who actively transact as many as 5 to 6 times each month. Processing data using validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test using t-test. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program amounted to 0.544 which means that there is an influence between employee service quality (x) on customer satisfaction (y). The results of the discussion and the results of testing the independent variable (x) service quality with dependent variables (y) customer satisfaction that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, because with t-count of 4.4917 > t table of 1.6672. This means that there is an influence of variable (x) on variable (y).

Abstract

The object of research is Koperasi Karyawan PDAM (Drinking Water Company) Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative, the objective of this research is to measure the influence of independent variables and their contribution to the dependent variable, the independent variable is compensation which consist of direct compensation and indirect compensation and the dependent variable is employee motivation. Among the two independent variables, it turns out that both of them have a significant effect on employee work motivation of Koperasi Karyawan PDAM Sidoarjo. Both simultaneously and partially proved to be significant, meaning that both independent variables contributed to employee motivation.
