Abstract

Currently we cannot escape the influence of information technology. Because like it or not, the development of science and the application of technology is experiencing an increasingly rapid increase, especially in every work environment such as business practitioners.Computer/information technology is the technology that is most widely used in various agencies, both government and private. The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

Abstract

The Kuantan Singingi Regency General Election Commission Office is a government agency that organizes general elections in Indonesia, including members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, General Elections for President and Vice President as well as General Elections for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.

Abstract

School is a place where students are taught under the guidance of teachers. Schools have an important role in developing children's intellectual capacity because school is a place where children look for information and hone their skills. Choosing a school that suits your child's character is very important. Children need kindergarten education to develop their character and personality and to prepare themselves for entering elementary school. There are many things parents choose to do when choosing a school for their children, including: distance, facilities, curriculum, costs, etc. In this case, to find out the parents' factors in choosing a kindergarten school for their child, the author uses the K-Means algorithm to see the highest factors that make parents choose the Aek litta kindergarten school. K-Means separates data into groups according to how close each group is to a particular cluster. The results of the clustering process with 3 iterations stated that for cluster 1 there were 7 parents who had similar factors in choosing Aek Litta Kindergarten, for cluster 2 there were 3 parents with similar factors.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of diabetes has led to a growing need for accurate and efficient disease detection methods. This research focuses on evaluating the performance of diabetes detection using Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means clustering algorithms. The study aims to compare the effectiveness of these two clustering techniques in identifying diabetes cases based on relevant medical data. A dataset comprising various health parameters and diagnostic indicators was utilized for experimentation. The Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means algorithms were implemented to cluster the dataset, and their detection performance was assessed using metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and F1-score. The results indicate that both clustering methods exhibit promising potential for diabetes detection, with variations in their performance based on different evaluation criteria. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the applicability of clustering algorithms in diabetes detection and provides insights into their strengths and limitations. Further optimization and validation of these algorithms could lead to enhanced diagnostic accuracy and early intervention in diabetes management.

Abstract

As a fairly large institution, management and system development that needs to be designed from a manual basis to a digital basis is very necessary, of course, so that the use of Technology and Information can also be applied to minimize deficiencies and bring the expected profits in providing medicine stock at Islamic boarding school clinics. Due to geographic location, it is necessary to develop a system that can assist in handling the availability of drug stocks so that the process of distributing drugs to patients can run without problems. It is hoped that the use of the Apriori algorithm can help in supplying medicine stock at the Darul Mursyid Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are increasing quickly in any direction to generate a lot of information technology and applications in various fields. In the information field technology, inventory systems are also needed to visualize them goods warehouse at UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani. UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani is one of them a stand selling various herbicides. The use of chemical herbicides is intended not to affect the plant but to influence growth weed. Therefore, selective herbicides or agents are needed effective in controlling weeds. Inventory systems are one enabling factor can also be developed using Internet resources. Internet is possible role in encouraging activities. The reason is due to inventory activity requires communication between parties regarding this issue. That The goal of using an inventory system that enables the main thing Align customer demand with available supply or control existing inventory. The results of this research are to determine the number of goods in inventory marketed, creating a system that is accessible to everyone and creating attractive consultation layout. Inventory is a storage place owned by a company exchanged or used for business activities. All items are summoned inventory system, depending on the type of activity of the company.

Abstract

Audit ketaatan merupakan salah satu tugas pokok Inspektorat dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan terhadap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Pemerintah Kota Payakumbuh yang bertujuan untuk menilai ketaatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, kebijakan, prosedur yang berlaku serta peraturan terkait yang telah ditetapkan atas area, proses, sistem, fungsi, program / kegiatan. Pada pelaksanaannya audit ketaatan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan kompleksitas peraturan yang sering berubah, yang menyebabkan proses identifikasi temuan berjalan lambat dan kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dalam mengidentifikasi temuan audit ketaatan berbasis web di Inspektorat Kota Payakumbuh, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses audit. Sistem ini bekerja dengan membandingkan kasus baru dengan basis data kasus yang ada, menggunakan algoritma CBR untuk memberikan rekomendasi atau solusi berdasarkan kasus-kasus sebelumnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Laporan Hasil Audit Ketaatan Inspektorat Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2021-2023, serta wawancara dengan pakar audit. Data yang diambil sebanyak 100 data kasus temuan dan sampel pengujian sebanyak 25 data kasus yang sering terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pakar berbasis CBR dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan audit ketaatan sebesar 75% dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 85%. Sistem ini tidak hanya mempercepat proses identifikasi temuan audit, tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan kualitas laporan hasil audit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode CBR merupakan pendekatan yang tepat untuk mendukung proses audit ketaatan yang lebih efektif dan akurat di lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi indonesia yang semakin pesat telah menandakan adanya perubahan transisi pada era kehidupan manusia yang baru Kemajuan teknologi memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai macam bidang, khususnya pekerjaan didalam dunia kesehatan seperti di Rumah Sakit. Salah satu penyakit yaitu Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut atau yang kita sering sebut ISPA merupakan infeksi yang terjadi pada bagian sinus, tenggorokan, saluran udara, atau paru-paru. Kejadian penyakit batuk pilek pada balita di Indonesia diperkirakan 3 sampai 6 kali per tahun, yang berarti seorang balita rata- rata mendapat serangan batuk pilek sebanyak 3 sampai 6 kali setahun. Selain itu dari virus dan bakteri banyak factor-faktor penyebab terjadinya infeksi yaitu salah satunya dari asap rokok, system kekebalan tubuh pada anak-anak, dan lanjut usia yang sangat lemah membuat mereka semakin rentan terhadap serangan virus atau bakteri yang menyebabkan gejala infeksi. ISPA menjadi salah satu penyakit terbanyak yang diderita oleh anak-anak, baik dinegara berkembang maupun dinegara maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi penyakit ISPA di Puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes dipilih karena merupakan salah satu dari metode pengklasifikasian yang simpel dan efisien. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data dari kasus ISPA yang ada pada Puskesmas Muaro Bodi dengan total mencapai 2.678 kasus. Dari 21 Responden didapat hasil pengolahan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes yang terdiri dari 6 Responden ISPA Berat, 8 Responden ISPA Ringan dan 7 Responden Tidak ISPA. Tujuan akhir dari proses Klasifikasi penyakit ISPA dengan presentase kelas Penyakit ISPA lebih besar dari kelas Tidak ISPA. Maka dapat dinyatakan model proses Naïve Bayes termasuk layak digunakan sebagai penentuan hasil keputusan yang baik dalam hal prediksi dan klasifikasi.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing pozzolan truck queue management at PT. Danas Putra Mandiri through the application of the Monte Carlo method. The main objective of this research is to develop and implement a simulation application that is able to predict and calculate the average availability of trucks in a certain time unit, with the ultimate goal of increasing the company's operational efficiency. In industries that rely on the transportation of raw materials such as pozzolan, effective truck queue management is key to avoiding distribution delays and reducing operational costs. A queue is a service from one or more services that is caused by the need for services exceeding the capacity of the service or service facilities, so that customers who arrive cannot immediately receive service due to busyness in the service. The method used in this research is the Monte Carlo method. Monte Carlo is an experiment of various elements of probability using random samples. The Monte Carlo method is useful for solving quantitative problems with real or physical processing. This method has the ability to simulate and manage queues that occur in companies. PT Danas Putra Mandiri is one of the companies operating in the mining sector which supplies pozzolan to PT Semen Padang. The pozzolan delivery process uses trucks. The delivery process using trucks can affect the availability of the number of trucks in the company. The data used in this research is data from January 2023 - December 2023 with a total of 1619 data. Data taken through the admin of PT. DANAS PUTRA MANDIRI. Based on simulation predictions of queues on trucks, results were obtained with an average accuracy of 80.6%. The queuing simulation results show that the application of the Monte Carlo method can effectively reduce truck waiting times and increase the availability of trucks for rental, which ultimately contributes to increasing the company's operational efficiency.

Abstract

Kenaikan pangkat guru merupakan salah satu elemen kunci dalam pengembangan karir dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Proses kenaikan pangkat ini tidak hanya sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas prestasi dan kompetensi guru, tetapi juga sebagai alat motivasi yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja para pendidik. Namun, proses kenaikan pangkat sering kali menghadapi berbagai kendala, salah satunya adalah penggunaan metode manual dalam pengolahan data dan evaluasi kinerja guru. Proses manual ini memerlukan waktu yang lama, rumit, tidak akurat serta keputusan yang tidak tepat.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang memanfaatkan metode pembelajaran mesin untuk membantu proses penentuan kelayakan kenaikan pangkat guru secara otomatis. Dua metode pembelajaran mesin yang diimplementasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengolah data kinerja, kompetensi, dan kualifikasi guru dari data historis yang tersedia, dengan tujuan menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, akurat, dan dapat diandalkan dalam proses kenaikan pangkat. Studi kasus penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah dengan menggunakan data historis kinerja dan pencapaian guru selama beberapa periode. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan menghasilkan dua guru diklasifikasikan tidak naik dan satu naik, dengan guru 14 diklasifikasikan tidak naik. algoritma SVM dan KNN. Metode SVM digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam menangani data dengan dimensi yang tinggi dan memberikan margin pemisahan terbaik antara kelas-kelas data, sementara KNN dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam melakukan klasifikasi berdasarkan kemiripan data, sehingga dapat memberikan hasil prediksi yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada data pengujian 1, hasil jarak euclidean menunjukkan nilai 123125, 93914, dan 115639. dari klasifikasi ini, dua guru dinyatakan tidak naik dan satu naik, dengan guru sampel guru 12 diklasifikasikan tidak naik. pada data pengujian 2, jarak terdekat adalah 188190, 156090, dan 178140, menghasilkan dua guru diklasifikasikan naik dan satu tidak naik, dengan guru 13 diklasifikasikan naik. sementara itu, pada data pengujian 3, nilai euclidean terdekat adalah 70145, 58492, dan 78222.
