Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap perkembangan afektif siswa kelas IV SD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tomohon yang berjumlah 120 dan sampel berjumlah 60 terdiri dari 30 siswa dan 30 orang tua siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional yang menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tahap pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket. Analisa data dilakukan dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliablitas yang hasilnya semua data dinyatakan valid dan reliable, selanjutnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan diperoleh hasil nilai Lhitung = 0,060841593 dan Ltabel = 0.09922672 diketahui bahwa Lhitung < Ltabel dan disimpulkan bahwa kedua data dinyatakan normal, selanjutnya dilakukan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan hasil : Y = -0,034270261 + 1,032989913X. Maka dinyatakan pembelajaran daring tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarah positif. kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa thitung = -0,149 < ttabel = 2,001, Karena thitung < ttabel maka secara tidak langsung penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran daring terhadap perkembangan afektif siswa kelas IV SD. Cara belajar siswa dan pendampingan dari orang tua siswa tentunya sangat menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers as educators, instructors, and trainers in learning at SD Negeri 70 Manado. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. Research data sources consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained from interviews with homeroom teachers as informants to determine the role of teachers as educators, teachers, and trainers in learning. The research site is at SD Negeri 70 Manado. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is based on the theory of Miles and Huberman with a sequence of steps for data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done through triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers of SD Negeri 70 Manado are known to have a role in educating students responsibly in developing the potential of students in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains, as well as having sincere and sincere feelings in educating and making students comfortable to come to school and comfortable in learning, (2) Teachers at SD Negeri 70 Manado have a role to teach in providing information related to knowledge to students so that it can be understood easily for students, (3) Teachers at SD Negeri 70 Manado is known to have a role in training students to develop the interests and talents that exist within students, so that they can be used for good things in the school environment and outside the school environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada pembelajaran IPS Materi Kenampakan Alam di Kelas IV SD Inpres Lopana. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Lopana yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes dan observasi. teknik pengolahan data melalui rumus persentase. Hasil yang dicapai pada siklus I adalah 64 % dan siklus II telah mencapai hasil 96 %. Penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS tentang kenampakan alam dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Lopana. Bertolak dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi untuk lebih memotivasi siswa dalam belajar sehingga dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa pada saat belajar mengajar guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah, siswa juga tidak menggunakan kesempatan yang diberikan guru untuk bertanya jika ada kesulitan tentang materi yang sedang diajarkan, guru juga kurang efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Ditemukan dari jumlah siswa 12 orang, hanya 3 orang yang mencapai KKM dengan presentase yang diperoleh 25%, sedangkan 9 orang siswa lainya belum mencapai KKM dengan presentase 75%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran talking stick di Kelas IV SD GMIM 1 Sarongsong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan menggunakan model spiral dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dengan empat tahap: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Tindakan, (3) Observasi, (4) Refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 12 orang siswa di kelas IV SD GMIM 1 Sarongsong. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik pengamatan (observasi dan tes). Sedangkan data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan perhitungan persentase dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pencapaian hasil belajar pada siklus I 66,67% pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 87,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD GMIM 1 Sarongsong.

Abstract

The development of the Out-of-School Education sector has a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources. Learning media in alphabet cards is needed to increase students' motivation and learning achievement in reading learning, which are used as a learning resource to develop learning models while playing for students. This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of implementing the development of the learning process for reading while playing through alphabet card learning media for residents learning literacy in PKBM North Sulawesi Province. This research uses the "Research and Development" method, following the research stages of developing the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) in 4 districts: 1). Bolaang Mongon-dow South, 2). East Bolaang Mongondow, 3). Talaud Islands, and 4). North Minahasa. This research was designed for two years, and in the first year, 2022, it was carried out in 3 stages: 1). Analysis Stage, 2). Design stage, and 3). Development Stage. Meanwhile, two stages were carried out for the second year, namely the Implementation and Evaluation stages. It can be concluded that the learning process is effective because students who were previously literate but forgot the letters have learned them again. There is an increase in students' cognitive abilities, better ability to arrange letters to form meaningful words, and students' learning becoming more involved.

Abstract

This research aims to improve social studies learning outcomes on Ethnic and Cultural Diversity material through the application of the Problem-Based learning model for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Lansot. This research was carried out using the Classroom Action Research method according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart (Aqid Zainal, 2006:31), which consists of four stages, namely Planning, Implementation/Action, Observation, and Reflection. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation and test sheets, namely assessment sheets (LP) and student worksheets (LKS). The data analysis technique uses the formula (Trianto, 2008: 171) KB = T/Tt x 100%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I only reached 62%, while in cycle II it reached 84%. It can be concluded that implementing the Problem Based learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes with material on ethnic and cultural diversity in class IV students at SD Inpres Lansot and can help students to be more advised to apply the Problem Based learning model in social studies learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher performance on elementary school students' academic achievement. The study was conducted at Elementary School Gugus I, West Likupang District, involving 80 students, 1 principal, and 12 teachers. The method used is a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. Data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, as well as teacher performance which also makes a significant contribution. Simultaneously, both variables have a synergistic effect on student learning outcomes. It is recommended that principals maintain a democratic leadership style and continue to improve teacher professionalism to support improved student academic achievement.

Abstract

Education at the elementary school level has an important role in shaping the basis of students' knowledge and character. Social Sciences (IPS) subjects in Indonesia aim to introduce social, cultural, and geographical concepts, as well as connect local knowledge with global dynamics. In the era of globalization, it is important to integrate local wisdom with global phenomena so that students can understand these two aspects in a balanced way. Digital media, with its ability to disseminate information quickly and widely, offers a potential solution in overcoming this challenge. This study aims to explore the use of digital media in social studies learning in grade 4 elementary school to build a connection between local wisdom and globalization, as well as to see how digital media can enrich students' learning experiences with local and global cultural contexts. This research uses a literature study approach, by collecting various secondary sources related to the use of digital media in education, especially in connecting local wisdom with globalization in social studies learning. Data is collected through searches for relevant articles, books, and research reports. The results of the study show that digital media such as digital scrapbooks, digital comics, e-story books, and multiplatform media are effective in introducing the values of local wisdom to students. In addition, digital media is also able to bridge local knowledge with a global context, providing a more interactive and relevant learning experience to the needs of the times.

Abstract

This institutional research aims to analyze and describe the relationship between leadership style and productivity; achievement motives and productivity; and leadership style and achievement motives simultaneously with the productivity of North Sulawesi PKBM training participants. The results of the study are that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and productivity; achievement motives and productivity; and leadership style and achievement motives simultaneously with the productivity of North Sulawesi PKBM training participants.
