Abstract

This is a qualitative research, the objectives are to know how the self-image of the child trafficking’s victims, the mind-set and the self adjustment formed, and the psychological impact experienced by the victims.The method of this research is structured interview method, which refers to the research’s focus that have been made before. Subject of this research are three victims of child trafficking.The result of this research shows that: (1) Most of the subjects have a negative selfimage; (2) The mind-set formed on the victims are influenced heavily by the judgement of the people around them, and then influenced the victims self adjustment on the daily life, and generally all victims are not able yet to do a good self adjustment; (3) the psychological impacts which experienced by the victims are trauma, which have a similier with perpetrator, being agressive, and even frustration.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sejauh mana perilaku turnover intention PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil VI Makassar dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kehidupan kerja. Tingkat kepuasan, motivasi, keterlibatan, dan dedikasi karyawan terhadap pekerjaan mereka di dalam suatu organisasi dikenal sebagai kualitas kehidupan kerja, sedangkan turnover intention mengacu pada niat atau keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan secara sukarela. Seluruh 1159 karyawan dan 100 karyawan terpilih dari PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil VI Makassar menjadi populasi penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur yang sebelumnya digunakan yang menjalani pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Dengan bantuan rumus regresi sederhana dan metodologi kuantitatif, data yang terkumpul diperiksa. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil VI Makassar's turnover intention behaviour is influenced by work-life quality. The degree of employee contentment, motivation, involvement, and dedication to their work inside an organisation is known as quality of work life (QWL), whereas turnover intention refers to an employee's intention or desire to leave the company voluntarily. All 1159 employees and a selection of 100 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil VI Makassar made up the study's population. The measurement tool was a previously used one that underwent validity and reliability testing. With the aid of a straightforward regression formula and a quantitative methodology, the collected data were examined.
