Tradisi bedah blumbang yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Dusun Gintungan di kaki Gunung Ungaran merupakan rangkaian upacara merti dusun atau sering dikenal dengan tradisi bersih desa. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana peran tradisi bedah blumbang dalam praktek konservasi sumber daya air di kaki Gunung Ungaran serta makna tradisi tersebut pada masyarakat Dusun Gintungan. Praktek tradisi bedah blumbang telah mengalami berbagai perubahan serta improvisasi pelaksanaannya, mulai dari tata acara, kelengkapan upacara, hingga keterlibatan masyarakat. Tidak hanya masayarakat Dusun Gintungan saja yang terlibat, tetapi juga para pemangku kebijakan di tingkat pemerintahan. Bedah blumbang juga menjadi salah satu atraksi wisata di Dusun Gintungan. Keberlimpahan air di Dusun Gintungan juga belum terkelola dengan baik, warga masih menganggap air adalah sumber daya yang tidak akan habis sehingga warga cenderung menggunakannya tanpa batas. Akan tetapi, mitos-mitos yang berkembang di masyarakat seputar sumber mata air menjadi pengontrol masyarakat dalam memanfaatka sumber daya alam sekitar mereka, khususnya sumber daya air. Bedah blumbang kini berfungsi sebagai penjaga tradisi, penjaga kerukunan antar warga, ajang berwisata, dan sebagai pengingat leluhur mereka. proses konservasi lingkungan secara tidak langsung terjadi pada saat mengingat mitos tentang leluhur, dengan demikian warga terus menjaga kelestarian blumbang yang menjadi sumber mata air bagi warga Dusun Gintungan dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipasi. Wawancara mendalam dan observasi dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan data primer.

This study aims to determine the factors that underlie speakers using the Nagoya dialect, which is a dialect used in the city of Nagoya, the capital of Aichi prefecture. The research data is collected from the Japanese comics (manga) entitled YATOGAME CHAN NO KANSATSU NIKKI. The data collection method used is the referential method. The data were analyzed using the equivalent and descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the analysis known that the factors underlying the use of the Nagoya dialect are group membership factors, age, and situation.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan JLPT N4 untuk pembelajar bahasa Jepang, yaitu kenshuusei dan masyarakat umum. Kegiatan ini dirasa sangat penting bagi mereka yang sedang belajar bahasa Jepang dan yang saat ini sedang mencari kerja.. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, simulasi, dan tanya-jawab. Rencana pelaksanaan pengabdian dijadwalkan selama kurang lebih empat minggu, meliputi identifikasi permasalahan dan penyusunan proposal; sosialisasi kegiatan; pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi kegiatan; dan terakhir, penyusunan output dan laporan kegiatan. Pelaksaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga sesi, yaitu presentasi, pengerjaan latihan soal JLPT N4, dan evaluasi. Diharapkan pelatihan JLPT ini bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai persiapan mengikuti tes JLPT atau jika di tempat kerja mensyaratkan pelamarnya untuk mengerjakan tes bahasa Jepang.Kata kunci : Pelatihan; JLPT N4; bahasa JepangThis community service is in the form of JLPT N4 training for Japanese language learners, namely kenshuusei and the general public. This activity is considered very important for those who are learning Japanese and who are currently looking for work. Activities are carried out through lecture, simulation, and question-and-answer methods. The service implementation plan is scheduled for approximately four weeks, including identification of problems and preparation of proposals; socialization of activities; implementation of the activities and evaluation of activities; and finally, the preparation of outputs and activity reports. The implementation of the activities consisted of three sessions, namely presentations, working on the JLPT N4 practice questions, and evaluation. It is hoped that this JLPT training can be used as preparation for taking the JLPT test or if the workplace requires applicants to take a Japanese language test.Keywords : Training; JLPT N4; Japanese language

ABSTRAKDesa Wisata Nglanggeran merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang dikenal akan keindahan bentang alam dan keunikan gunung api purbanya. Pada tahun 2021, desa wisata ini berhasil meraih penghargaan sebagai Desa Wisata Terbaik Dunia. Dari hasil pengamatan di media sosial diketahui bahwa media promosi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Wisata Nglanggeran sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertemakan pelatihan pembuatan leaflet untuk para pelaku wisata di Desa Nglanggeran, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat leaflet yang baik dan benar dalam pembuatan leaflet sebagai sarana promosi desa wisata, terutama di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran.Kata kunci: leaflet, desa wisata, media promosi, Nglanggeran ABSTRACTNglanggeran Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages known for the beauty of the landscape and the uniqueness of its ancient volcanoes. In 2021, this tourist village won Best Tourism Village 2021. From the results of observations on social media, is known that the promotional media owned by the Nglanggeran Tourism Village is still very minimal. Based on this, this community service has the theme of training in making leaflets for tourism actors in Nglanggeran Village, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is to describe the elements of coherence in the discourse of Japanese video blog. The data of this research is taken from a video blog entitled ‘[Chōkai | Nihongo Kaiwa] Daigaku No Tomodachi to Hanasu Toki <Nihongo Joukyuushamuke>’ uploaded to YouTube on January 22, 2020. The data retrieval method used the referral method, using the tapping technique as its advanced technique. Furthermore, in the data analysis phase, using the ‘Agih’ method with the direct element sharing techniques. Then in presenting the data, using informal presentation methods.The results showed that there were 5 coherence data that showed interconnected discourse, seen from the use of cohesion markers. That way, the five datas can represent discourse coherence.

Linguistics is a discipline that delves into various aspects of language, including the formation, usage, and articulation of language by its speakers. Linguistics helps us to understand the mechanisms behind language formation, the reasons for its use, and how language is articulated within society. This study analyzes continuum words that appear in news articles on the NHK NEWS website in May 2024, with the aim of exploring the processes of word formation and conducting a morphophonemic analysis of these words. Using a qualitative approach, eight continuum words were analyzed to uncover the formation of morphemes and their meanings. The results indicate that these continuum words combine kango and gairaigo, without wago, effectively condensing complex concepts into concise terms for media communication. The morphophonemic analysis reveals sound changes and zero morphophonemics, reflecting the efficiency of the Japanese language in summarizing complex concepts. Further research is recommended to explore the flexibility of the Japanese language in other contexts.

Yogyakarta merupakan kota pariwisata dengan kekayaan budayanya. Pariwisata dikembangkan secara meneyeluruh dengan berbasis pada budaya. Artinya pengembangan pariwisata yang tetap didasarkan pada nilai-nilai budaya Yogyakarta. Becak sebagai alat transportasi tradisional merupakan salah satu icon pariwisata di Yogyakarta. Desain becak dengan pengemudinya turut serta menentukan perkembangan pariwisata di Yogyakarta. Salah satu hal terpenting adalah etika berkomunikasi dengan para wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Etika komunikasi harus dikedepankan karena menentukan makna pariwisata secara keseluruhan. Komunikasi yang mengedepankan etika akan menciptakan suasana yang aman, nyaman, dan damai sehingga para wisatawan merasa ingin berlama-lama berwisata di Yogyakarta. MAKNA KONTEKSTUAL ~TEKURERU DAN ~TEYARU DALAM NOVEL BOTCHAN Wiyatasari, Reny

The problem in this research is the contextual meaning of ~tekureru and ~teyaru (~teageru) usage. This research is a descriptive case study on Japanese novel of Botchan which applied purposive sampling. The data were collected by employing observation method through note-taking techniques. The data were analysed by using componential analysis of Spradley.The result of research shows that : ~tekureru and ~teyaru (~teageru) have beneficial meaning and disadvantageous meaning. The supporting verb of ~tekureru have beneficial meaning and disadvantageous meaning beside thanking meaning.. The usage of supporting verb ~teyaru (~teageru) not only has beneficial meaning, but also have disadvantageous meaning when it’s usage give a bad influence on listener or on p.

Language change is a dynamic phenomenon that evolves along with societal development. One contributing factor is technological advancement, which facilitates interaction between communities and individuals with diverse linguistic backgrounds. This interaction can lead to new understandings within a language, ultimately driving language changes. One form of language change in Japanese is gairaigo, or loanwords from foreign languages adapted to suit speakers’ communicative needs. This study aimed to expand the discussion on the morphological forms of gairaigo, particularly in the context of daily life usage in digital media. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using a video from the CrazyMagnet YouTube channel titled 「仲良し3姉妹がチート爆食い中になぜか動物の森迷い込んで癒されすぎてヤバい」 (Nakayoshi 3 shimai ga chiito baku kui naka ni nazeka Doubutsu no Mori mayoikonde iyasare sugite yabai) as the data source. The analysis identified 18 instances of gairaigo in the video. Three types of morphological processes were identified: compounding (4 cases), clipping (2 cases), and borrowing (12 cases). The results indicate that gairaigo in digital media functions not only as a lexical supplement, but also as a marker of linguistic style and cultural identity among Japanese youth. This study emphasizes the role of gairaigo in ongoing linguistic dynamics, particularly in relation to digital platforms, such as YouTube, which are integral to popular culture. While previous studies have often focused on thematic contexts, such as beauty or cuisines, the use of gairaigo in everyday contexts remains underexplored. This study seeks to address this gap by providing insights into the morphological characteristics of gairaigo in daily life content on YouTube

Abstract Bedah Blumbang carried out in Dusun Gintungan, Semarang District that near from Ungaran Mountain is a series of merti desa ceremonies or often known as the cleaning village tradition. This article discusses how the role of the bedah blumbang in the practice of water resources conservation at the Ungaran Mountain and the meaning of the tradition in the Gintungan Hamlet community. The practice of bedah blumbang has undergone a variety of changes and improvisations, ranging from procedures, completeness of ceremonies, to community involvement. Not only the Gintungan?s community is involved, but also the stakeholders at the government level. Bedah blumbang is also one of the tourist attractions in Dusun Gintungan . The abundance of water in Dusun Gintungan has also not been well managed, people thinking that water is a resource that will not run out so people tend to use it without limits. However, the myths that develop in the community around the source of the spring become the control of the community in utilizing the natural resources around them, especially water resources. Bedah blumbang functions as a guardian of tradition, guards of harmony between residents, a tour event, and as a reminder of their ancestors. The process of environmental conservation indirectly occurs when remembering myths about ancestors, thus residents continue to maintain the sustainability of blumbang which is a source of water for residents of Gintungan Hamlet and its surroundings. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and participant observation. In-depth interviews and observations are intended to obtain primary data.
