Abstract

Teknologi informasi adalah bidang yang bersentuhan erat dengan kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu penerapannya dalam rangka penyelesaian masalah (problem solving) sering kali bersifat komprehensif, melibatkan berbagai aspek teknologis. Bahkan dalam dunia nyata, penerapan teknologi informasi sering kali bersentuhan dengan aspek-aspek non-teknologi, seperti sosial, psikologis, atau organisasional. Situasi ini mensyaratkan para profesional teknologi informasi untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang solid dan wawasan yang komprehensif. Kemampuan ini hanya dapat diperoleh melalui pendidikan yang memberikan pengetahuan tentang fondasi konseptual yang kuat dan sekaligus kemampuan untuk berpikir secara integral.Dalam upaya mencapai keberhasilan, para manajer sangat menyadari pengaruh lingkungan organisasi. Perusahaan dihubungkan dengan elemen-elemen lingkungan melalui arus sumberdaya fisik maupun konseptual berusaha memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dengan mengelola arus sumberdaya  termasuk informasi. Strategi keunggulan kompetitif berfokus pada arus masuk dari pemasok dan arus keluar melalui saluran distribusi ke pelangan.Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Organisasi, dan Strategi  Keunggulan Kompetitif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui apakah mahasiswa Jurusan Syari’ah telah memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber belajar. 2) Mengetahui alasan apa yang memotivasi mahasiswa Jurusan Syari’ah telah memanfaatkan internet sebagai  sumber belajar. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Syari’ah STAIN Manado angkatan 2011, 2012. Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini 90 orang dengan perincian 45 mahasiswa angkatan 2011 dan 45 mahasiswa angkatan 2012 yang tersebar di Jurusan Syari’ah, terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan kuesioner. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan subyek adalah dengan kriteria tertentu, yaitu teknil purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi peranan internet dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya terdapat korelasi antara peranan internet dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang dibuktikan dengan besaran nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,726 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 berarti berkorelasi secara signifikan. Hasil regresi diperoleh koefisien determinasi Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,726 angka tersebut memberikan petunjuk bahwa peranan internet berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 72,60 %. Sisanya sebesar 27,40 % merupakan variasi atau pengaruh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam kajian ini. Misalnya, latar belakang orang tua, prasarana belajar kampus, dan buku paket belajar dan lain-lain. Hasil regresi antara peranan internet terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa diperoleh persamaan sebagai berikut: Besarnya koefisien konstanta (bo) = 5,933 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,889 pada nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berrati bahwa koefisien signifikan berpengaruh. Nilai bo sebesar 5,933 dapat diartikan bahwa nilai motivasi sebesar 5,933 satuan apabila peranan internet sama dengan Nol. Besar koefisien regresi variabel peranan internet (bx) = 0,105 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,927 pada nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti koefisien regresi untuk peranan internet adalah signifikan berpengaruh, Nilai koefisien bx sebesar 0,105 memberikan arti setiap peningkatan peranan internet dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar sebesar 0,105 satuan. Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Internet, Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract

This research aimed to discover the use of virtual pinboard applications in making learning media for early childhood. The method used is a qualitative research approach. The subjects to be studied were teachers who had used the virtual pinboard application to find inspiration in making media, totaling 10 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation, and interviews using previously validated instruments. The results of the study show that by using virtual pinboard applications to inspire teachers, teachers can increase early childhood student enthusiasm for the learning process. The ideas that the teacher found while using the virtual pinboard application, in addition to being original, combine ideas that are triggered as a source of information to be adapted and adjusted to the teacher's abilities and existing resources to support teaching and learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

This paper explores the impact of technology on Islamic pesantren education and the learning outcomes of santri. The study highlights the emergence of new trends and possibilities in the integration of technology in pesantren education, including the use of online learning platforms, mobile applications, and social media. The paper also examines the potential benefits of technology in enhancing the pesantren education system, such as improved access to educational resources, enhanced communication, and new learning opportunities. Studies in this area typically use quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitative methods may include surveys and questionnaires to gather data on the use and impact of technology on pesantren education and student learning outcomes. Qualitative methods may include interviews and focus groups with pesantren educators, administrators, and students to better understand their experiences with technology in education. Quantitative data analysis often involves using statistical software to analyze survey or questionnaire data, such as calculating mean scores and standard deviations and conducting inferential statistics. Qualitative data analysis may involve content or thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns or themes in the data gathered from interviews or focus groups. Finally, the paper discusses the importance of integrating technology into Islamic pesantren education and the need for pesantren institutions to keep pace with technological advancements to prepare their students for the demands of the 21st-century workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how client loyalty in the marketplace is impacted by brand awareness and the caliber of electronic services. Research of this kind is referred to as quantitative research. The sample for this study included up to 100 respondents who were students who had utilized e-commerce at least twice. Both incidental sampling and nonprobability sampling were used in the sampling strategy. Results of questionnaires that were delivered to respondents online through Google Form were used as the major source of data for this study. While this is happening, secondary data takes the shape of linked documentation. Then, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and instrument test analysis were used to analyze the data that had been obtained. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness and the quality of electronic services. This is demonstrated by the t test results, which have significance levels of 0.000 0.05 for the brand awareness variable and less than 0.05 for the electronic service quality variable.

Abstract

Integrating blockchain technology into the financial system represents a pivotal advancement, initially conceived for Bitcoin but transcending its cryptocurrency origins. This paper comprehensively assesses its impact on financial market efficiency, Security, and stability. Examining historical development and case studies, the study delves into successful implementations, challenges faced, and lessons learned. Security implications are scrutinized, emphasizing blockchain's role in establishing immutable ledgers and protecting against fraud. Stability considerations focus on decentralization, evaluating its contributions to system resilience and transparency. A critical assessment highlights gaps, limitations, and unexplored potentials in current implementations, guiding further research. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the intricate balance between benefits and challenges, advocating for adaptive regulations, technological refinements, and ongoing public education to integrate blockchain's transformative potential into the financial domain seamlessly.

Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of instructional design in developing tactical and strategic skills among wrestlers. The investigation delves into critical instructional design principles, including establishing clear learning objectives and developing structured learning materials. Additionally, it examines technology integration, such as virtual applications and video analysis, and the motivational factors essential for practical skill development. A comprehensive case study illustrates the practical application of instructional design principles in a wrestling training program. The analysis not only evaluates changes in tactical and strategic skills but also considers the holistic impact on overall athlete outcomes. Findings emphasize the multifaceted benefits of instructional design, influencing physical conditioning, mental resilience, and match performance. Decision-making under pressure and adaptability during live competition are qualitative dimensions shaped by instructional design strategies. As wrestling continues to evolve, this study underscores the indispensable role of instructional design in optimizing the learning experience and maximizing athletes' potential in this demanding sport.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect users' satisfaction with mobile banking apps. This study was carried out with a quantitative methodology. Users of mobile banking apps make up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was used to choose 200 samples with active user criteria, ensuring that the participants in the study who answered the questionnaire were actual users of the mobile banking app. After that, analysis was done with Smart-PLS software and the PLS-SEM technique based on outer and inner models and demographics. It is possible to draw the conclusion that, in general, consumers are happy with the mobile banking application based on the discussion's outcomes. The variables content, accuracy, convenience of use, timeliness, system quality, information quality, and service quality that affect user satisfaction with the mobile banking application are the subject of seven recognized theories. One hypothesis is found to be false. This indicates that consumer happiness is unaffected by the variable. According to the study's findings, in order to keep users of the mobile banking app satisfied, it is imperative to maintain or enhance the system's quality, information quality, convenience of use, timeliness, content, and service quality.
