Abstract

The high rate of employee turnover in the café business, along with café Sapa Seduh's record-high turnover of 40% in the past year, prompted the research. The study used a quantitative methodology with an explanatory focus. With complete sampling as the method of selection, the population comprised all eighteen permanent employees. A validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data. Multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26 was used to analyse the data. The findings indicated that there was a significant partial effect of the workload variable on turnover intention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), but no significant partial effect of the compensation variable (significance value 0.481 > 0.05). Nevertheless, the combination of workload and compensation had a notable impact on turnover intention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), as determined by an Adjusted R Square value of 0.851. These results show that employees' intention to leave is most affected by workload. Consequently, in order to lower turnover rates, management should prioritise the equitable management of staff workloads.

Abstract

This quantitative study seeks to ascertain the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on the work motivation of the “Melati Muda” mosque youth group in Suryowijayan, Yogyakarta. The research had 46 active participants chosen through purposive sampling. Data were gathered via questionnaires employing a Likert scale. “The data were examined with multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The t-test results indicated that leadership style has a considerable impact on work motivation, although organizational culture does not have a meaningful partial influence. The F-test demonstrates that both factors collectively exert a considerable influence on work motivation. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.215 signifies that the independent variables account for 21.5% of the variance in work motivation, whilst the remaining 78.5% is affected by factors not analyzed in this study. These findings underscore the significance of proficient leadership in augmenting motivation within faith-based youth groups.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of culture shock, human relations, and self-efficacy on the adjustment of students from North Maluku in Yogyakarta. The method used is quantitative with primary data, and the population consists of all North Maluku students in Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the equation Y = 5.855 + 0.258X1 - 0.325X2 + 0.804X3 + 1.219. The F-test results show = 56.825 > = 3.09 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on student adjustment. The t-test results show that culture shock ( = 2.677 > = 1.984) and self-efficacy ( = 5.792 > = 1.984) have a significant effect, while human relations ( = -2.246 < = 1.984) do not have a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work experience, motivation, and work discipline on the productivity of tofu and tempeh factory employees in Mejing Village. The sample in this study was 100 tofu and tempeh factory employees in Mejing Village. A non-probability sampling technique was used, namely saturated sampling. This study was quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software. The results indicate that, partially, work experience, motivation, and work discipline influence employee productivity. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant influence on employee productivity at the tofu and tempeh factory in Mejing Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Consumer Purchase Intention at Nilu Kopi in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 71 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 22. The results showed that both Digital Marketing and E-WOM have a significant partial effect on Consumer Purchase Intention. Simultaneously, these two variables also have a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.690. This indicates that 69% of the variation in consumer purchase intention can be explained by Digital Marketing and E-WOM. These findings highlight the importance of digital marketing strategies and the power of consumer communication in shaping purchasing decisions in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of dividend policy, interest rates, and inflation on the stock prices of financial sector companies in Yogyakarta. The data used are secondary data obtained from company financial reports and macroeconomic indicators over a specific period. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the independent variables affect stock prices as the dependent variable. The results indicate that dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices, while interest rates and inflation have a negative impact. These findings provide important implications for investors and financial managers in formulating investment strategies and dividend policies, as well as in considering macroeconomic conditions in financial decision-making within the financial sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. Service quality includes various aspects of interaction and service provided by staff to customers, while product quality is related to the taste, appearance and consistency of the seblak pasta served. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who were customers of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the variables studied on consumer satisfaction. The research results show that both service quality and product quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with product quality having a stronger influence. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa to continue to improve service standards and product quality in order to increase customer satisfaction and maintain consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Rocket Chicken Bantul. Work discipline is an important factor that reflects employee discipline in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, while the work environment includes physical and non-physical conditions that affect employee comfort and productivity. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were Rocket Chicken Bantul employees. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of these two variables on employee performance. The research results show that work discipline and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline shows a more dominant influence than the work environment. These findings provide important implications for Rocket Chicken Bantul management to improve employee performance through increasing work discipline and improving the work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of reward variables and partial motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method with the sample determination method used is Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 20 and collecting samples by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results show the results of Validity analysis testing to determine the significance of the influence of rewards on work motivation. The table of questions regarding the influence of rewards on work motivation 1-6 above shows correlation values ​​of 0.738, 0.731, 0.665, 0.853, 0.678, 0.693, and the significant values ​​for the questions on the influence of rewards on work motivation 1-6 are 0.00 and 0.01, so it can be stated valid, and the results of the reliability statistics on the reward variable questions, the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.654, this value exceeds the minimum value of 0.60, thus the questions in the reward variable table are declared reliable or reliable.
