The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the illusion of control, financial literacy and herding bias on the investment decision making of young investors in Surabaya. The population in this study are capital market investors who are domiciled in Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with the results of sample calculations obtained by a total of 95 respondents. This study used quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaires which were distributed to respondents in the city of Surabaya which were then analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect on financial literacy on investment decisions for young investors in Surabaya, while the illusion of control and herding bias variables have no effect on investment decisions on young investors in Surabaya.

This service aims to increase the marketing and reach of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Kebondalem Village, using digital technology, especially the Google Maps platform. MSMEs have an important role in maintaining economic stability and their ability to survive amidst the Corona outbreak in early 2020 is clear proof. During this time, trade and marketing transformed significantly into digital with the use of various technologies. However, MSMEs in Kebondalem Village face challenges in adopting digital marketing. Therefore, using Google Maps is a relevant solution. Google Maps is a platform that allows MSMEs to show their location visually on a map. The app is designed with a simple interface and is easy to use, even by individuals who are not tech savvy. With Google Maps, it is hoped that MSMEs in Kebondalem Village can expand their market coverage. It will be easier for the public to find and contact MSMEs that are registered on Google Maps, providing opportunities for MSMEs to increase sales and survive in this digital era. Thus, it is hoped that this service can make a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs at the local level and the economy

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik activities are a form of community service carried out by a group of students to help solve problems that exist in an area without expecting anything in return and aiming to achieve equitable development. This service activity aims to empower MSME actors in the digitalization era to achieve maximum results. Creativity and innovation are needed to create opportunities for business actors to increase people's purchasing power. For this reason, the Thematic KKN activities were carried out by Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur students for one of the MSMEs in Pulosari Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, namely Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo. This activity aims to increase MSMEs understanding of digital marketing as an effort to develop businesses with good product marketing achievements. The implementation method uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method with MSMEs actors Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo. The results of this activity are increased literacy related to digital marketing for the owner of MSMEs Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo and wide market reach that influences the increase in product sales.

Behavioural aspects in making financial or investment decisions have been inspired by the increasing role of behaviour as determinants of buying and selling securities. This study aims to analyze the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions and the role of self-control as a moderating variable on the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions. The research sample was 137 Small and Medium Footwear Industries in Mojokerto City. The sampling technique was probability sampling. Thus, this research used simple random sampling. The respondents of this research were the owners or managers of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs). The primary data was obtained directly from respondents’ answers to questionnaire statements. The data analysis method was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that: First, loss aversion and mental accounting have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Second, self-control is not moderate the effect of loss aversion on investment decisions but moderates the effect of mental accounting on investment decisions. Psychomotor aspects of mental accounting from owners or managers of SMIs is realizing that the existing accounts receivable is the primary source of income for the business.

Potensi UMKM yang ada di kelurahan Rembang, kota Blitar sangatlah besar dan beragam. Berdasarkan beragam potensi yang ada, ketahanan dan pengembangan usaha menjadi salah satu hal yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk kegiatan pengabdian. Mempertahankan usaha berdasarkan aspek keuangan menjadi salah satu permasalahan UMKM, dengan para pelaku yang susah untuk mengelola asset keuangan, menentukan harga produk, yang kemungkinan mengalami kerugian. Begitupun juga dengan pengembangan usaha dengan pemasaran yang belum menggunakan digital sedangkan pada era yang telah disrupsi menggunakan media sosial. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi pemasaran digital dan pembukuan keuangan terhadap pelaku UMKM serta warga. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah para warga serta pelaku UMKM dapat melakukan pengembangan usaha serta mengurangi kemungkinan kerugian.

Sumberjo Village as a tourist village that is rich in natural resources, ultimately encourages the formation of various kinds of MSMEs. However, until now, the knowledge of MSMEs regarding the use of social media and digital marketing is still considered lacking. Some MSMEs still apply conventional methods in marketing so that the profits and market reach they get are not optimal. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to MSME actors in Sumberjo Village about digital marketing procedures to help MSME players expand their market so they can compete with competitors. This activity was carried out through door-to-door socialization with several stages of the method including observation and interviews, lectures and discussions, as well as demonstrasions and practices. Communities need to be equipped with the basics and equipped with knowledge of the use of digital marketing so that development and increased sales can be realized as well as expectations as an MSME-friendly tourist village.

Indonesians are aware of the value of saving money and placing financial security first. It is envisaged that through fostering a favorable investment environment, the majority of investors will be interested in using the convenience provided to invest their wealth. Investment is the act of putting money into assets by either individuals or businesses with the goal of earning significant returns in the future. When using the capital market as a venue to invest for specific financial goals, the role of investor behavior is crucial. Investment is the act of investing a sum of money into one or more assets over a specific time period with the hope of making a profit or seeing the value of the investment rise. Investors engage in investment activities in order to generate income or increase their rate of return on investment in the future. Decisions about investments are influenced by both rational and emotional factors. According to the prospect hypothesis, people do not always make rational judgments when faced with risk and uncertainty; instead, they can be swayed by psychological variables and irrational conduct. These psychological elements have an impact on investment and have an impact on the outcomes. By employing satisfaction as a mediating variable, this study examined the impact of investment literacy on young investors' decisions to purchase shares. Young investors who invest in a variety of securities firms in the city of Surabaya make up the respondents to this study. The findings of this study show that financial literacy has a direct impact on investors' investment contentment and decision-making and that investment satisfaction can mediate the relationship between investors' investment literacy and decision-making

PKKM Bina Desa is a community service activity carried out by student groups with the aim of solving problems in an area to achieve equitable development. One of the student groups at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University carried out PKKM Village Development activities to assist the "Roti Nova" MSMEs located in the Gunung Anyar sub-district area, Surabaya City. Digital marketing is still minimally delivered and implemented by MSMEs in Gunung Anyar Village. The promotion and sales sector are one of the sectors that relies on digital information technology, including sales via the GoBiz platform. So far, Roti Nova UMKM has carried out marketing using conventional methods and participated in several activities such as offline bazaars and events organized by Gunung Anyar Village, so its marketing is still not extensive. With increasingly rapid technological developments, conventional marketing is considered less than optimal. Registration with GoBiz is intended to facilitate MSME players in digital marketing, as a step to develop their business by achieving better product marketing results. The method of implementing the activities used was by conducting interviews, observing, and assisting the owners of Roti Nova MSMEs. The results of this activity include increasing knowledge about digital marketing and expanding market reach which has an impact on increasing the income of Roti Nova MSMEs. With this activity, it is hoped that Gunung Anyar Village can provide further learning related to digital marketing to its community, especially to MSMEs.

The reading degree program is an ruang belajar aqil initiative which aims to increase reading interest and literacy skills of elementary school students in the education 4.0 era. This research shows that interest in reading among elementary school children is still low, so then it is need to be handled. The program implementation study includes four main stages: observation and problem mapping, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used include read aloud activities for grades 1-2 and reading degrees for grades 3-6. The research results show that this program is effective in increasing students' reading interest and understanding of the information they read. Technology integration through digital platforms such as the ruang belajar aqil website expands the reach of the program and provides access to various reading sources. In conclusion, the reading degree program has succeeded in being a significant step in improving literacy skills and encouraging interest in reading among elementary school students, with the potential for further development through the use of digital technology.
