Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal on rewarding employees at PT. Madani National Capital, Gorontalo Province. In this study the authors chose the type of quantitative research, using survey methods. The survey research is research that takes samples from one population. The analytical method used is path analysis by first converting ordinal scale data to interval scale. The results found that Performance Appraisal (X) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the provision of rewards (Y) to employees at PT. Madani National Capital of Gorontalo Province is 82.3%. And there are 17.7% influenced by other variables not examined in the research model. The second hypothesis testing results show that the Technical Ability (X1) of 46.1%. Conceptual Ability (X2) of 24.5%. And the ability of Interpersonal Relations (X3) of 30.1%. partially positive and significant effect on the awarding of rewards (Y) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Pemberian Reward Pada Karyawan di PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Provinsi Gorontalo. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Adapun penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analisis) dengan terlebih dahulu mengkonfersi data skala ordinal ke skala interval. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Penilaian Kinerja (X) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberian Reward (Y) Pada Karyawan di PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Provinsi Gorontalo sebesar 82,3%. Dan terdapat 17,7% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa Kemampuan Teknis (X1) sebesar 46,1%. Kemampuan Konseptual (X2) sebesar 24,5%. Dan Kemampuan Hubungan Interpersonal (X3) sebesar 30,1%. secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberian Reward (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence competence has on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Gorontalo City by taking 38 employees as the research sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using multiple regression as a method of data analysis. The results showed that competence simultaneously affects employee performance by 60.2% and 39.8% is influenced by external variables that are not studied. Knowledge (X1) of 37.0%, Skills (X2) of 32.6%, Traits / traits (X3) of 52.3%, Motive (X4) of 72.0%, Self-concept (X5) of 142 , 0%, partially affects Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader behavior and division of labor on the work effectiveness of employees at the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office either simultaneously or partially, by taking 69 employees as research samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using multiple regression as a method of data analysis and using the SPSS version 21 application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was revealed that simultaneously leader behavior and division of labor had a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office with a large influence, namely 0.966 or 96.6%. partially the leader's behavior has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office with a large effect of 0.435 or 43.5% and the division of labor partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office of 0.549 or 54.9%. there are variables that are not examined but have an effect that is equal to 0.034
